Their prices are pretty fair - the facials ($100, you can choose from various types) typically last 1.5hr which includes shoulder/upper back/face massage. They finish up with a mask at the end too. This is very different from the extreme pain some of my friends have experienced at other places. In addition she is always on time and makes me very comfortable in a situation I originally thought would be awkward. Last week I decided to try a microneedling facial with her and again am very satisfied with the results. As she promised, it was not painful at all. I had great results. My pores are minimized and skin looks plumper and rejuvenated. I got this on a Thursday and was back to work on Friday. This experience was much better than the chemical peels I have gotten in the past at other places. I highly recommend Dannah! I'd also like to recommend Tiffany for Botox and juvederm. "I can GUARANTEE to get rid of your dark spots and uneven skin tone with our Clear+Brilliant" is what two sales associates told me. I have been dealing with Melasma for the past five years and was always told its incurable. I've tried all the creams, serums, wipes, acids and facials and have spent thousands of dollars to help, to no avail. For a biracial woman who has had perfect skin up until five years ago, hearing two women of color say they "GUARANTEED" to fix my Melasma, was music to my ears. I bought six sessions and spent $1700 that day with a promise of "altering my life with clearer skin." These are the key terms they used over and over to dupe me and steal my money to make a sale. My first session seemed promising. Didnt really notice a difference but was hopeful. The nurse went over my face six passes and didn't mention a continuous use of hydrochloric acids to help the process along. Second and third sessions; noticed a slight change but no mention of aftercare. Just to stay out of the sun. Two different nurses, two different techniques. One went over my face with four passes, the other only two passes. Fourth and fifth visits, I was starting to get worried that this "guarantee" they mentioned was a hoax. Fourth nurse only did four passes on my face; again no mention of aftercare. Fifth visit, only TWO passes. My last session, I explained my concerns and was told by the nurse that all the previous nurses should have been doing EIGHT passes every time and I should've been using creams and acids this whole time. I was so upset. Why wasn't this told to me prior? Why hadn't they gone over my face eight passes every-time? What could be done? "You can buy more sessions, of course!" I voiced my concerns and the receptionist pretty much threw up her hands and shrugged and the nurse told me to buy more sessions. What happened to the "guarantee" they promised me? I was told to call back and ask to speak to customer service. I called twice, to no avail. Fast forward to yesterday, I call LaserAway to get a consultation and explain what happened. I speak to Mariel and she gets me in touch with customer service. I again go into detail about what happened and the condescending man I spoke to was infuriating. Spoke to me like I was a four year old child, mansplaining and talking down to me. No one has taken responsibility for the staff lying to me, no one has apologized for the nurses not giving me aftercare instructions, completely ignored what I was saying just to say "didn't you know Melasma can't be cured?" The condescending man from customer service ended the call by saying "there's nothing I can do. Good luck." Shame on you LaserAway for preying on the insecurities of women and giving them false hope. I honestly believe the staff is trained to lie to women and take no responsibility for their actions.

First, the male doctor who excised my cyst from my left jawline permanently BOTCHED my face, I also paid like $1,000 for that. So thank you Goodman, for charging me to butcher my face. I have had an issue now for a year, where cysts pop up all over my body and Amy couldn't figure it out, the PA Macy wouldn't refill my script after swabbing it, and sending in Amoxocillin since it was indeed bacterial, and today the infection has spread all over. I have moved between states, and she could've easily refilled it and I wouldn't be covered in cysts right now. The phone systems have gotten worse, and worse, and worse. I used to be able to get an appointment same day, someone on the phone within 2-3 rings RINGS (NOT BUTTON PRESSES AND HOLD TIMES). They really need to just ditch that stupid phone system, it's trash and keeps the customer from ever getting any help or anybody on the line. THANK YOU GOODMAN. Dr Louie at the East Cobb Location, is the only dermatologist that has value at these practices. And has been surgically accurate and not caused any scarring. No one else though unfortunately.

Literally everyone. My first visit was for Botox (and maybe lips?) with Missy. It's hard to remember exactly where I started. Since then, I have had facials, laser treatments, Botox, lip fillers, under eye fillers, lash tints and lifts, and now laser hair removal. There is honestly nothing I wouldn't trust them to do.
