The fact that it has taken this long and the glasses are still not ready says a lot about the level of professionalism and communication throughout this process. I understand that delays can happen, but I would have appreciated better follow-up and more accurate information regarding the status of my child's glasses. I will leave this review for now and provide another update once my child's eyeglasses have been received.

Great experience from beginning to end…read more Went in for my first visit here on 5-2-25 and was very impressed by the service. The entire staff were extremely friendly and efficient. I was seen as soon as I walked in. They did a great job taking images and testing my eye. Dr Shields was super nice, patient, and explained my results thoroughly. I never felt rushed or treated like another number. Jasmin helped me out my whole way through and even hooked me up with a couple pairs of glasses through my insurance. This is my only eye doctor and place I'll order glasses from here on out.

Dr. Shields explained all of the results of my examinations to me in terms that I could understand. I wear reading glasses every day for work as I'm constantly in front of a computer screen, so my eyes tend to get very irritated and dry by the end of the day. She offered me a coupon for an over-the-counter eye-drop solution that I'm using daily now. I was able to pick out a new eyeglass frame, too. It's incredibly frustrating when a business is impossible to reach, especially when customers are simply trying to get information about a prescription order they've already paid for. I understand offices get busy, but consistently sending callers to voicemail and never responding is unacceptable when this is happening on a daily basis.
