Fernando Royal called me 20 minutes after my request and told me step by step of his ETA. when he pulled up to my home, I told him my bedtime story and he immediately apologized and stated my call just got dispatched this morning to Finish line. it took him 10-15 minutes to hook my truck up and because the mechanic and special instructions on where to place the car once he delivered it, Mr. Royal assured me he would not only follow those instructions he will send me a picture showing that my car was safely delivered. I sent the office video evidence but all they told me is there's nothing they can do and then blocks my number without letting me speak to a manager. They tried claiming the vehicles bumper was previously damaged after sending me it attached to my car. Businesses like this should not be able to operate in America or even be considered a business. I highly advise anyone reading this to double think about allowing this company access to your vehicle.

I informed the tow truck driver of the items I needed to recover which included my CDL, My Tablet, My House Keys and my Firearm in a Lockbox . They completely ignored me rest of first day , next morning I called at opening and talked to a secretary with a major attitude and I informed her that I was not from here and had to leave hotel to go home and needed items out of truck. With an attitude she told me to be outside in 10 minutes waiting, I did and 30 minutes later guy showed up to take me to truck . When we arrived I was able to recover my tablet and my CDL was in the office. My lockbox was on floor empty and a 9mm Taurus was missing, my tools I had just purchased from TA were gone as well . I went to the office and told the lady my firearm was missing and the whole conversation changed ..She told me to get the F**K out and went in back to grab owner , he immediately comes out and starts yelling at me , telling me to shut the f**k up or he was going to drag me outside and beat me , then secretary says " too bad you survived" and " glad you got fired". I told him it had a bubble in the sidewall and he acted as if he didn't see it. He told me that I would need to take it to the shop where he bought the tire to have it replaced. The very next day I ended up on the side of the highway with a flat tire having to pay for a tow! Save yourself the extra money and trouble and have your vehicle towed to a reputable tire shop from the start because his service is simply not worth it.
