This time, I had an "A4 Service" message on my panel, so I looked for a local place other than the dealer, which is very inconvenient in SLO. Well, Yelp came to my rescue. Auto Limits shows with 5 stars, and it's located so close to me. I called them, made an appointment, and they gave me a reasonable quote. That morning, I dropped it off, and John said it would be ready by 2pm. Well, before 2pm, i received a call that it could be picked up. Not only that, it was nearly a $100 lower than the estimate "...because it was checked, and wasn't needed"...wow. I love it. What makes up for a little messy / fugly office, they are nice, honest, and give good service. Again, love it.

He told me I didn't even have struts. My car was fine. He did an oil change and a few other things for a very nominal price. Upon returning home I dropped my keys under the seat and couldn't retrieve them. I returned to John where proceeded to get the necessary tolls and found my keys at no charge.
