Drinks were okay, took a minute to be served but it was a busy night. Typically we love supporting the businesses when we come into Wrightwood. Coming to the Wrightwood Inn for the first and last time this weekend, wasn't a great way to end the night. Vibes were definitely off with the way one server was treating certain people. As the night went on it got worse. Ive never seen anyone treated so horrible as I witnessed Jessica scream at someone, kicking them out. The other people did nothing and just walked in as she noticed them and yelled at them "to get the f*** out" in their face multiple times, her hands up. Doing that in their face all the way till they simply walked out. Completely out of line. Instead of handling the situation with grace she went over board. We left shortly after. I cannot support a business with workers that treat people in that way. Unacceptable and I wont want anyone I care for treated that way so it definitely wont be a place I suggest to anyone. read more

My favorite dive bar in Wrightwood. The ladies that work here are mostly friendly. They even do food, mainly frozen pizzas and frozen wings in High Speed oven. Don't expect any type of a dining experience, but when you're fayded-it does the trick! The decor is pretty cool, with a vintage mountain ski vibe and pool tables up stairs. Plenty of locals come through here while it's the only place that stays open late. The drink selection is pretty basic, with simple selections of beer and basic cocktails. The prices are slightly above average. If you are looking for a place to grab a few in this mountain this town, check it out! read more

DO NOT USE CARD! You will be overcharged. Had to dispute with the bank. Also, the price of drinks change constantly. I ordered a ketel one and Red Bull. $13. Came back a half an hour later and it was $14. They also do not give you the Red Bull can you pay for. Red Bull sends out reps to random bars to check for that specifically. It's a cool environment, but they get enough business to not overcharge their guests. read more

Been here several times over the years but holy cow! Bottle of Coors light, pint of corona, cocktail made with Smirnoff vodka and a glass of wine.....$27! We understand there's a "plandemic", they were forced to be closed for awhile but this is a small town and I have to think the local customers are suffering as well financially! I don't think it is run well. I.e. full house, rocking the dance floor, suddenly, for inexplicable reasons, they impose Karaoke as 70% of the customers file out the front door. The drinks are expensive, but way over-poured, so it evens out... read more

Let me make this clear ..... we usually like the vibe at the Wrightwood Inn. However, we definitely do not like the RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICES. 4 bottles of Modelo and a bottle of Guinness cost me $37 tonight! I thought the bartender was joking when she told me the price! I could go to the Beverly Hills Hotel and drink in the Polo Lounge for those prices. At any other bar in the area, those 5 beers would cost about $20, tops. This is highway robbery! I guess the owner thinks that tourists will pay those inflated prices without complaining. Do yourself a favor and check out some of the other bars in the area ..... same kind of beer, for about half the price. This place would be fantastic if it didn't feel like you are getting raped when it's time to pay the tab. Just being honest. You have been warned. read more

Stopped in Friday night for some karaoke. They have karaoke Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Staff was all very friendly! Wasn't really crowded or anything. I think I fit in close to ten songs throughout the night. Great place to practice for the BIG karaoke bars! read more

Best bar I have been too. Everyone is friendly. The ambience here is inviting and cozy. It's just a fun place to hang out for drinks, have a great time, and make fun friends. It appears to be a hole in the wall, but it's definitely a treasure in a rough. Bartender knows her drinks, from the ones I ordered anyways. Super cool venue. I went at around 6pm on a Friday and although my friends and I where the only people there we still enjoyed it. Pool tables up top and dance floor on the bottom deck. The bartender was really friendly. Great place to party it up for the night. read more

Beware! Do not go to this business! I am hardly a person to get on a public forum and bad mouth a local business... however, my last experience at "the Inn" was deplorable. I would like to preface this post by saying that I have years of experience bartending (and drinking!) and Monday was the last time I will spend a dime at The Inn. Not only was the staff discourteous and unfriendly I was short poured when i ordered two mixed shots. After they were poured (into false bottomed shot glasses) half of the cocktail was left in the shaker... Now that's not even two shots poured in the first place mind you. I asked if i could please have the rest of the cocktail I ordered and was told that I was going to have to pay for 4 drinks!! 4 Drinks!! (Now keep in mind that it was less than two shots of booze poured in the first place) I obliged.. and asked was would have happened to the rest of the drink in the shaker had i not asked for it... and here is the kicker. The bartender informed me that she was going to drink it. So half of the drink I ordered was in essence saved by the bartender for herself! Unacceptable behavior from bar staff. I have been there many times before, tipped well and was always very polite. As I said I was a bartender for years and I know the people to treat well (bartenders, wait staff, and so on..) I was incredibly offended and put off by the staff there and hope the owner is aware of what her staff is doing being the bar. I don't have a problem with a mixologist having a drink or two while on shift, even though it is against state Law, but stealing from the customers is absolutely terrible, and should never be allowed. So, I will never go back, I will inform all my friends to never go back and will tell my tale whenever I can. I have been patron of the Wrightwood Inn for many years. Granted, I only visit the establishment on Fridays or Saturdays but I have always found it to be very friendly and entertaining. The Karaoke system and the acoustics are excellent. And for the most part the talent that participates is exceptional. If you what to enjoy an evening out listening to or performing Karaoke, this is the place to be. P.S. Bring you're "A" game because the talent is quite good. But everyone who performs will receive applauds. That's what makes it a friendly place. read more

There's a fight at the end of every night. Patty the bar tender is only accompanied by one lone aged man with a pony tail, and the people that run the karaoke extravaganza. Cash only and fun is not likely to be had unless you are wasted. Being wasted is fine, but being wasted here might mean you get punched for looking at someones future girlfriend. Figure that one out. They should move the bar to Russia or Alaska where the populations there can truly appreciate it. A live beer pong table, which will require you to by a pitcher of beer marks the back drop for putting a plastic ball that repeatedly falls on the floor into a cup you will drink out of. It should be noted that there are many older women that frequent this location in search of food. A recent conversation with a friend of mine ended in a stalemate about the definition of a "cougar". My point was that cougars are old ladies that are hot - her point was that cougars are just old ladies. In any event, regardless of their appearance, they are in abundance here and will grab you and molest you, providing you are a reasonable young man. As an added bonus there are usually drugs to be bought outside. In addition, as stated earlier, there is karaoke and it usually is hilarious. Pool tables upstairs but don't go up there because there are retarded snow boarders abound. It's hard for them to know what you mean. The bathrooms are often littered with crying girls or people doing drugs or asking you how your day was. Twin Peaks. Lastly, there is a wheelchair ramp and the building does have a fake fire place and microwave food. The food as I remember it is of the hot pocket/popper variety. I've been to the Wrightwood Inn often, in the 10 years going there I have not been in a fight! If you go looking for trouble you'll find it at a grocery store! This is the largest bar in town, most pool tables and special functions including Holiday Specials! Patty is the most experienced bartender I've met! You name it, she makes it! The employee's and customers are the friendliest, make you feel like you have been going there for years! Most of the people that talk bad about this bar has been kicked out for one reason or another! And some were expecting charity!
