Everything I got is top quality at a price within reach. People get a good first impression from the furniture and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The installers were really great and the senior one had worked there for several decades, that alone tells me that this is a good company both to work for and do business with. The installer told me the story of the first time he had installed my furniture when they sold it to the original owner, and about when he refinished it when the company let the owner trade it in. Amazing. I literally searched all over Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin to try to find used traditional furniture and this company was the only one with any real choices in furniture. No call, no email.......no communication. I went back today to see if there was another salesperson I can speak to, unfortunately they were closed.....it was Saturday. Is it normal to wait so long for a quote? I hate that I have to write this review, but something about the sales woman's approach towards me rubbed me the wrong way. He was patient, kind, and truly wanted to make things right. At one point, staples even stopped selling certain items (that was lost). Michael helped me with better materials to ensure the quality was right. On top of that, when one of the laminators ended up jamming, Michael didn't disregard it--he followed up and helped me days later to make sure everything was resolved. That level of care and follow-through is rare. He tested the second laminator to ensure there's no more issues. Because of Michael, I'll continue choosing Staples.
