They only recommended replacing what was needed. They said my patio and garage roof was fine and they advised that I only replace the roof for the main 2,000 sq. Ft house which saved me money. I have a great friend nearby who is a general contractor and he came by to inspect the work first hand as well and confirmed they did great. Adam all the paperwork, city inspections and their fees, he was in touch every day with me to update me on progress and the job was done on time and as scheduled. I still remember after installing the cabinets, I noticed the pantry and one more cabinet's doors were very slightly not aligned and was planning to tell Martin about it.
