I attempted to make a purchase, and the payment went through on my end it was even showing as pending on my bank account. However, the cashier told me that since no receipt printed, I couldn't take any merchandise. I explained that the charge was already showing on my card, but she insisted that I would need to swipe my card again, which I refused to do. At no point did anyone mention that their system might have been down or having issues. I left without my items and immediately called the store several times to have the transaction canceled, but no one helped or followed up. When I finally spoke with customer service, they told me they couldn't handle in-store transactions and to contact the store manager who also provided no real assistance and didn't seem to care about resolving the situation. Overall, the customer service here was extremely poor. Neither the cashier nor the manager took any initiative to fix the problem or even show concern. I left frustrated and disappointed, and I'm now having to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this Shiekh location until they improve their customer service and communication.

Socks. That's the…read moreonly reason I came through here. But there have been multiple visits before, although it's been a minute since. Someone had Jordan socks on their wish list. Admitting, I am one of those who'd rather go online than go to a store to score stuff. But this is one of those rare occasions when online offers were priced completely ridiculous. Then I remembered this spot and remembered finding bargain buys for MJ stuff. Checked out their hours via Yelp and TADAH! Found myself in their store in no time. Parking is no issue - I found out right up front. It almost felt VIP. [Insert chuckle here.] They've done a little upgrade. The store looks a bit chicer and more modern. Tons of merchandise like the last visit. I got distracted for a few minutes (so many cool shoes!) but remained focused: I was here for socks and socks only! They had a bin of socks which I went through but couldn't find the specific ones I need. So, I asked a worker if they had any others. He guided me to a wall next to the cashier and BOOM: there they were, those specific ones I needed to get! And another great surprise: they were cheaper than anything I found online! (We're talking about at least 30% cheaper!) I walked around and found a lot of cool merchandise. Walked through the back and was told of the table with all items "on sale for 40% off." I found a couple of shoes, but even at 40%, it was still a little over my budget. They were so dang cool, though, I WANNNEETTT!!! They always come through at anytime I need anything Michael Jordan.
