I had a coupon that they sent in a mass-mailing when they opened. Huge parking lot, plenty of space. Friendly helpful staff. I needed help trying to find my shoes. I take an odd size, wide width, and they simply did not carry it. But several members of their staff tried to help me find them. They even sent me to the men's section, it didn't work. Several of the discounted women's shoes were clearly mismarked with the wrong size. They said Size 7, but they were gigantic - even too big for a men's size 7. I think it was one particular brand, and it was very irritating. I ended up giving my coupon to another lady who was shopping. It was expiring, and they did not have the type of shoes I wanted. read more

Very helpful staff! I had a hard time looking for the heels I wanted since it was misplaced by one of the customers. (I found the same heels in a different color on the other side of the aisle.) The associate made sure to get my size and double checked if I was okay with the pair she handed to me. At the register, the cashier asked if I were a member. I said no. He, then, offered if I wanted to sign up. For every 200 points, you get $10 off next purchase. This includes promotional items. And it's FREE! All in all, a good experience. Worst customer service. I was just walking into the store when I was bum bared by like 3 employees regarding my bag they were insisting I put in the front of the store. I was like it's my bag I wasn't going to put my Armani bag in the front just to please these individuals that lack some respect. Nevertheless, I continue my way when some other employee had the nerve to continue to Harassed me about me having a bag " only women use purses" is what he said I was embarrassed at that point I was less inclined to shop in the store. 88023227iI didn't get to see the chick' s name that was on the register but I came in on 4/6/19 at 1pm and disliked the service I received. I asked if there's a student discount, she said yes but I currently didn't have my student ID with me. I asked if I can show my course schedule along with my state ID and she said no. Therefore, I was making a decision whether to puchase my items or leave some behind. At this point, I understood and it wasn't a big deal. I was going to come back later. But, when she asked me if I had rewards points with them, I said yes, and she then informed me that I had a $10 reward. I was going to use it for one of the items I was going to purchase but she was trying to upsell me and was telling me that it was a better deal if I applied the reward towards the shoes I decided to leave behind. I said no, and to just apply it towards the other item of interest. She required an ID to verify that it was my account. My boyfriend went to get it from the car and when he was about to hand it to her, she doesn't even get my ID nor does she read my name. What's the point of asking for verification, if all you're going to do is glance at it from a FAR distance?! That's the frustrating part!!! She was trying to upsell me YET she couldn't work with me and my student discount. I would've made my purchase but decided to walk out after this horrible service. You would have made a sell even if you had bothered to look at my ID!!! Also, the line was very long! Get someone on the register before it gets to that point! How ridiculous! read more

First off, if I had a choice to put a zero star rating i would. This has been the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I've ever had in my life, i purchased a pair of shoes the 15th and went to exchange them today, and they wouldn't take them back because I wore them once for a couple of hours, i noticed they were actually very big on me so i decided to do an exchange, however on the other side of the counter you could smell unprofessionalism, they said, "we can't take them "bro" you already wore them, what type of "policy" is that? What happened to the "30 day return policy"? That definitely wouldn't had happen on a different area. The so call "manager" Rosie A. was very rude and had zero customer service knowledge. She just doesn't care about customers so why other employees would? The shoes are in perfect condition to be put back on sale, but all of them were just so stubborn and unprofessional, obviously they don't know what customer service it's all about. I've been a pretty good customer here for a couple of years but after this experience I'll never set a foot in this store! Went in there looking for a decent pair of running shoes.The clerk recommended a "great shoe" that was "perfect for beginners" from Nike. Based on his advice, I bought the shoe and gave it a go for a month, where it quickly destroyed my feet. Now I can't run for a month until my injury heals, all caused by using the wrong shoe. Turns out it was the wrong shoe that was sold to me. But being a newbie, all black and white Nikes look the same to me, so I took the clerk at his word. I tried calling, but no manager appears to exist. At this point, I don't know if you would call the folks that work there an actual staff as much as they are a bunch of amateur shoe enthusiasts who like to wear black and talk about sneakers. read more

Horrible cashier Jorge was taking his time with his coworker talking while she was probably buying the whole store. Only one cashier with 3 people in line and doesnt call for back up. I will NEVER shop at this store again. If I could have given them no star I would. The stores return policy sucks! What happened to a 30 day return? I bought a pair of shoes there and wore them around the house and found out they hurt my feet. The shoe sucked! It was probably made cheaply. I took them back to get a refund a week later. The store "manager", so she said she was, wouldn't take them back as she said they were worn. Yes, around the house not outside. She then said you can't have worn them at all. The shoe has to come back in the same condition which they were. I said thats absurd! You can't try them at home to see how they feel? I had the box and the receipt. I've never had any problem at any other store for a return. She then whispered something to a man who said she can exchange them for a final sale of another shoe or get store credit. But she can't return anything. As this will be a final sale. Those shoes were perfectly fine I know they will put them out to resale them! Again this store sucks!!! Customer service also sucks!!! I live about 10 miles away from this place and I called in advance to see if they had a specific shoe. They told me that they did and I drove over there just to see they don't even sell the brand! I hope she's reading this, Assistant Manger Daisy and Manger Homer. Worst experience with Daisy she absolutely needs more training and needs to be more considerate and caring towards her paying customers. She pretty much accused me and my boyfriend of lying after spending over $500. Yes we didn't have the receipt or the box of the shoe we wanted to exchange, I know they have there policy I completely understand that part. BUT Daisy was able to pull up the receipt on there system but apparently the shoe we purchased was a 9.5 and there system said we purchased a size 9 of the exact same shoe. I almost forgot to mention at Daisy said there was no purchase of Jumpman Jordan's in there system. Then all of a sudden it popped up that they were in-fact purchased BUT WAIT now the size don't match. And even after one of the employees Aysa who helped us and made the purchase said she did remember helping us but she didn't remember what shoe. Are you kidding me ‍? Of course she was going to say that because she didn't want to be the one to blame for THERE mistake! ANYWAY long story short I was mad by that point because Daisy accused us of lying thinking it was a different pair of shoe which I know Daisy knew it wasn't there was no way. I went home looked threw my trash to find the ripped shoe box which I did and GUESS WHAT THEY WERE A SIZE 9.5 I went back to the store and gave Daisy a pice of my mind. She was so sure that her employees always check every shoe and NEVER MAKE MISTAKES At the end I got to exchange my shoes because again we were right and brought the ripped shoe box that said 9.5 and Daisy was wrong. Daisy didn't do anything in her power as an "assistant manager" to help the customer and she was so sure that her employees don't make mistakes which CLEARLY THEY DO LIKE TODAY, NOT TO MENTION SHE DIDN'T APOLOGIZE FOR BEING WRONG I WOULD EXPECT HER AS AN ASSISTANT MANGER TO DO SO. Daisy should not be in charge of the store, there needs to be someone above her supervising her or she should just be replaced over all. And just want to mention I am not someone to go and argue if I'm in the wrong but I wasn't today and I proved my point and let Daisy know she was in the wrong. Leon who helped me with the exchange was awesome and the only one who seemed concerned about the situation as he seen everything unfold and knew it wasn't our mistake or in the wrong. I was shopping for two pairs of shoes and the treatment I received yesterday, disgusted me and appalled at how your management works. I visited the store on Sunset Blvd. and Western in 5525 Sunset Blvd. Los Angeles, CA approximately 5:15 pm. I was browsing because I was unsure as to what I wanted because of all the options, I finally made a decision. As I approached to wait in line, no one was at the register, no one was in line; So I figured ok, I'll wait, inventory can be getting done because the store was slow, I figured because I've worked in retail before. I noticed the security guard advising me, someone was on there way and apologized for the inconvenience. So I'm waiting, a gentlemen shows up and screams next, not a hello, how are you doing? thank you for the wait. I apologize for the inconvenience, nothing. So I was starring at George to see if he gave me some sort of an expression, nothing!! He was cold as ice. Among st the four gentlemen that were in the front of the store, carried a conversation in front of me, which I didn't really mind. Once the security guard stated again, thank you for the wait, i apologized for the inconvenience, the cashier George said No, inconvenience, and started making excuses, and you can feel his vibes as bothered and once he said that, I decided not to purchased the shoes which I would've spent 150 for myself and my son and left the store, not wanting to speak to the manager because that just blew my mind. This is upsetting and distributing to experience because I shop here often and with experiencing this situation, I shall take my money else where, because that's basically what the gentlemen was trying to tell me, not to mention on his name tag it states he has been with the company for 8 years. I will tell me family and friends not to experience this rude behavior and spend our hard working money at other businesses that sell shoes. Bought shoes on a Saturday. Wore them that afternoon for about an hour, they were a bit too tight. I then went today (Monday) to return them and try to get a 1/2 size bigger. I was even ready to pay any difference. This store approved the shoes, but said they didn't have a shoe in my size. They told me that a nearby store 15 minutes away had the size i was looking for. They called the store and "placed them on hold". This was at 10am .I drove there at 2pm, as I had to work. In afternoon traffic it took me 25 min. When I get there they tell me they wouldn't approve the shoes, and they didn't have the shoes on hold. I understand if you don't want to approve the shoes, but if that's the case, don't make me drive 20 min away just to get rejected there. read more
