When I called, Manuel was incredibly professional and informative, and was able to slot me in for the next day. I opted for the move in/move out deep clean service and left specific directives over the phone of what areas needed special attention, mainly my laminate wood floors which had some white caked on dust from a rug pad that had been on the floor for ten years and left white residue that needed a bit of extra cleaning to get off. The three cleaners that came were very nice and did a good job except for the following: My sink did not look like it had been cleaned with stainless steel cleaner and was did not look clean. My white quarts countertops also did not look cleaned with the right cleansers and I had to go over them again with a magic eraser. The main problem was the floor. I pointed out there were several areas that still had white powder on them. I pointed it out and even got on the floor and started to rub them with the magic erasers. The cleaners saw me doing this and when I said they should give it another pass they didn't and just left. I had to spend another 30 minutes going over with a magic eraser. When I called to let Manuel know, he told me the service had been completed and offered no solution. I insisted that me having to do it myself means the service had not been completed and asked for a discount. They offered me $20 off of a $320 dollar service and then when I saw my receipt the next day there was no discount. All in all, I would not recommend them as the customer service is nowhere to be found. As a first time customer I should have been offered a free clean or a larger discount for services not completed. Look elsewhere for your cleaning services. Bright home Solutions doesn't look out for customer satisfaction.

I asked for a discount because the work was not done well, e.g. even surface of cabinet and floor uncleaned, manager gave me $20 off, and with many back and forth, sent back the ladies to finish the cleaning, which delayed our showing of the place by two days. After the second cleaning, I was going to pay them, they said they will take the $20 discount back because they came back finished the cleaning - not that I care $20 that much, with such service and all the time and efforts used to communicate with them and the delayed showing of my rental property, I would think taking back $20 discount at last minute is ridiculous, but I am exhausted communicating with them, will definitely not recommend them -- Follow up - They accused me lying on google review and try to twist what happened (go check it there if you want) and i have to paste the screenshots of the texts to prove I'm not, avoid this business

Unfortunately, my second experience was the complete opposite. The appointment started with confusion regarding the arrival and the scope of the cleaning. Shortly after starting, the cleaner informed me that her vacuum was not working and asked to use my personal vacuum cleaner instead. Despite spending nearly two hours in the apartment, the quality of the cleaning was extremely disappointing. Windows were not cleaned, mirrors were left streaky, dust and debris remained, visible spots were still present on the floors, and none of the trash bins--including the bathroom trash bin--were emptied. Overall, it appeared that only the most visible surfaces had been wiped down. To make matters worse, I was later contacted about an additional pet fee because the cleaner reported that I have a dog. No dog was present during the cleaning. My dog has been staying elsewhere, so the only indication that I own a dog would have been a dog crate and water bowl in the apartment. When I contacted customer service, I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. Rather than trying to understand the quality concerns, the response focused on explaining why the experience occurred and what I should have done differently. My first experience was genuinely excellent, which makes this even more disappointing. Based on the quality of the cleaning and, most importantly, the way the concerns were handled by the company afterward, I will not be using this company again.
