They are located next to the facial place and decided I'll try them afterward. I didn't check them out on Yelp or Google and made the decision on the spot. When I entered, I saw pricing for foot bath/massage at one price (large price banner outside shop) and inside smaller price sheet listed $5 more. Umm... okay, whatever (maybe that includes tips because some people no tipping?). The shop was bigger than expected as I walked deeper/into the inner area. There were many masseurs just waiting for clients. There were some small private rooms on the left side but majority of the front room was one open space with tables (and small side curtains) diving each table for massages (seems off putting). As I walked deeper inside, my inner thought said I should have Yelp it but too late as I followed the host inside. In the very back room were chairs for foot massage. As I sat and waited, I did a quick Yelp search and was abit more reluctant. Burning hot hot hot water basin tub was given to me to soak my feet. I guess there are many dirty feet that walked in here and they want to make sure feets were clean before massage? I had to slowly ease my feet in (a delicate dance of dipping my feet in and out to prevent burns). I wish they could have ask the temp at least and then adjust as needed. As according to other reviewers, this place is not your fancy spa place. NO FRILLS, shabby place but they get the job done. At this point, I'm abit concerned but no going back now. When he finally started on the massage part, it was lovely even tho I had to keep cautioning him to be more gentle. They do very hard pressure to work out the knots.... or maybe he doesn't know his strength? I'm not into very deep/hard pressure massage so I know that I rather have it abit more gentle (traumatized by my first body massage by a Korean auntie at a Korean spa. And you know they can be rough, hence me always like my massage abit more gentler.) After requesting him to "be abit more gentle", he ease up and I was able to enjoy it more. Steady-even medium pressure massage is perfect for me. There was a customer who got seated next to me and they converse together. She also got the foot massage (it also typically comes with a shoulder/upper back massage but I wanted only the foot part). As they converse (loudly), he forgot and would ocassionally increase pressure, hence me kept repeating to be gentler. Other than that, it was a lovely experience. I think and agree with other Yelpers, if you just want simple massage and like harder/rougher pressure, this is the place for you. I can imagine them working the knots out of your back if you did a full body massage, but make sure to opt for private rooms. Some of the reviews about the open public space made me cringe as I wouldn't want my bare bottom out for strangers to view/ogle.

Aside from my lady taking to the person who worked at the next curtain the whole massage she paused several times and texted her husband .. how did I know you might ask, she told me when she stopped for 2-3 minutes. Additionally I was placed in the first curtain stall(not a room) and while getting a massage people were going in and out of my stall to talk to the lady who was working on me. Keep in mind this is the first stall so whenever the curtain is slightly open everyone in the waiting area can see inside so I'm sure everyone who worked there or was waiting for a room or walking to their room saw my butt cheeks. What really made it a 1 star for me was how they demanded $20 tips minimum at the end. Is this considered extortion? Last time I check tip was based on services rendered and I gave the lady $15 for what i believed was more than generous since she was so distracted the whole 1hour of the massage. Would I recommend this place? No. The only reason I came here was because one of my friend had an account here. The massage here could be good if you had a private room with a masseuse who was focused solely on you otherwise I would not come at all with the $20 minimum tip. If they expect to be paid more for the services that they provide then they should just increase the listed price. For this reason I would not be returning.

They speak English and they are located in the basement so it can be hard to spot but once inside, their space is cozy, warm, and very relaxing. They even have a fish tank so it gives this place a Feng-Shui vibe. The massage I received from my masseuse was absolutely fantastic!!! He knew exactly where all my knots were at and focused on it instead of just massaging at areas that didn't hurt. The seat was very comfortable and before sitting down, they even offer me water. With my 30 min massage, it also came with hot stones that my masseuse would use to rub my feet. It felt so good that I felt like he was melting all my pain and tightness away. I also had a body massage as well, and with that they would take you into a private room to focus on all your kinks and knots. I would point to him places I would like for him to focus on and he did. If he moved to a spot I didn't like and I ask him to move back, he was more then happy to do so. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and I'm definitely planning to come back whenever my feet starts acting up again. They are priced very responsible so make sure you tip them well.

There was def miscommunication between the bookings, confirming appts, and the website. Basically if you're booking a couples massage don't use the site. It's more for single bookings in my opinion. However Bianca, was so nice--she was able to accommodate us for another date (which we were fine with) at no charge. She calmed me down a lot being that I'm 9 months pregnant. Super sweet and just went beyond. So upon arriving for our actual appts--Bianca greeted us right away. Took our coats and we were led upstairs within 5 mins. They offered tea or water.
