Five stars as always. Great bbq. Big portions. Fare prices. Nice service. My goto in K Falls when I'm in town.

St. Louis ribs, okra and garlic bread.

Came in and there were two other tables taken, so not terribly busy at 1pm. We walked in, no one was at the front. I had to walk around the corner for them to notice me. After that, a worker said she couldn't seat me, that the hostess had to. The hostess was in the middle of cleaning up a table and asked for us to wait a couple minutes while she cleans up. I thought the table she was cleaning was for us, but after cleaning, she seated us at one that was already cleaned. So I was confused on why not seat us first, and continue cleaning. After sitting for a few minutes, hostess walked by and gave us the impression that she wasn't the one to take drink or food orders, but since our waitress was no where to be found, the hostess got us a couple waters. She came back, saying the waitress was on the phone and it would take a few minutes. This experience is already not going well. After finding out the waitress was busy, I had to ask "when would we be able to put an order in? Because we're on a time crunch" and another available waitress comes to take our order. Food was decent! I got the St. Louis ribs and okra and wife ordered a burger. The fries were seasoned so well and the cook on the okra was great!! But the ribs on the other hand were very mediocre. The "spicy" bbq sauce wasn't all that spicy, just a tiny kick. The food was not at all the problem, it was the weird service. The place does feel older but it was decently clean. During the meal, I never saw the waitress that was on the phone, I wondered how long we would've had to wait just to put in an order if I didn't ask. Scale of 1-5, food was a 3.5 and service was a 2.5. We had felt that if they could, they would've just had us wait around on their time for us to get service. Most likely will not be visiting this place again.

Summer drink menu. The cranberry mimosa is quite refreshing.

Incredible BBQ, great food, great beverages, and friendly fast service. A very down home atmosphere with lots of good seating. Last time we had BBQ of this caliber was in Oklahoma, both wife and I were quite impressed. Definitely worth the time to get here, that and they have decent parking.

This might be brief, but understand we had just left from a Satuday wedding. So we didn't eat much. This place is right on 6th St. It was a quick stop, because the 3 of us were not that hungry. The inside is well lit and very cozy. Definitely enough room for family gatherings too. The very nice and attentive waitress; who we really loved her personality, immediately greeted us and sat us down. We ordered the burnt ends as an appetizer. Honestly, I didn't care for them, too fatty? What should I have expected, it's pork belly. Lol However, they had excellent spice and decent sauce. My sister loved them though. For the main course we decided to get the combo platter consisting of tips, beef ribs, chicken, the pork n beans, rice, and green beans. Everything was delicious and had the right amount of spice. Every meat was very tender. The additional BBQ sauce to dip with was spot on. The one thing I can say, not that I've eaten BBQ everywhere and nor do I go BBQ restaurants often,, but this WAS the best BBQ I've ever tasted. Great job!!! If I want stuffed, I probably would have ordered more food. Lol. Almost forgot, if you have a sweet tooth, they have desserts for which they do switch out often. They all looked good, even though we didn't have any. Even though it's a bit pricey, it's worth a try. Finally, I'm sorry for the lack of pictures, I took a bunch before and after pics and only have the one.

    Burger and Fries

I called in a small pickup order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived right on time, but the fries were already cold and the cheese curds tasted like they had been sitting around and then refried--they definitely weren't fresh. They also had a strange flavor, almost like Domino's, and nothing like the curds I remember having here a couple years ago. For $28 for just a burger, fries, and cheese curds for one person, I expected much better quality. Really disappointing experience--won't be coming back.

Visiting my parents in Alturas do decide to take a trip to Klamath Fall for so family bowling! If you are in the area looking for food they serve large portion great for families and quite affordable ! Surprisedly the best bbq item was the chicken it was quite tender , enjoyed the fried okra but everything else was just okay ! Love the spacious dining area and customer services was great ! Worth a stop if you are in town

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - tri-tip & rib combo with St Luis ribs, extra order of pulled pork, and sides of creole rice and fried okra. The ribs is absolutely amazing and fall off the bone soft with fairly little effort. The tri-tip was a block of protein and a bit on the tougher side. We did ask for medium rare but it was closer to well done. The pulled pork was not worth the additional cost. The sides were tasty though! Ambience: n/a - came 30 minutes before closing so ordered food to go Service: 5/5 - very friendly and walked us through the combos and all the different options available. Also very patient as we discussed each option Value for price: 4/5 - reasonable price for amount of food we got! Definitely worth when craving it.

Lunch plate with 1/4 chicken and brisket, fried okra, toast

Road trip dinnnnnnnnner yum! For something like 15 years I've been eating here, and Wubba's still has it nailed. Great service tonight by a very sweet and attentive server and the "Skinny" nachos with pulled pork were perfect: hot, fresh, and delicious.

My husband and I both got the pit master combo with pulled pork and brisket. Our sides were creole rice, baked beans and the corn fritters. I thought all of the food was amazing. My favorite was property the corn fritter and whipped butter it is served with. Our server was friendly, attentive, and had us in and out quickly. My family is from Texas and I was impressed with this BBQ!

Tame out 1/2 lb tritip plate (with side salad) The container with the meat had sauce all over Dried out 4 pieces about 3/8" thick tough Skip it The other 3 meals were good

We were driving thru town, looking for a deli sandwich. Any place we could get a good sandwich quickly, to get back on the road quickly, that wasn't yet another fast food place. I had a simple turkey and cheese on white. I can't describe quite why it was so good. Maybe it was just very, very fresh, and prepared exactly how I ordered it. No one overthought it or gentrified it or anything like that. They did the thing they do, and they did that thing well. My wife had a roast beef sandwich and it was the same story. Not sure why it was as good as it was, except that it was fresh and didn't have a bunch of extra toppings or "accoutrement" she didn't want. Even though this is clearly a very local establishment, they were friendly to us, and the bathroom was clean. We ended up buying some other supplies from the convenience store section, saving a stop. Plenty of parking on the side of the store and fairly easy to get back to the highway. Definitely worth a stop for provisions.

A Leap of Taste was one of the few spots open, and after seeing all the great reviews, we decided to give it a try. The ambiance is really cute and cozy -- lots of decor, lighting, and seating that makes it feel welcoming and comfortable. Service was also quick and friendly, which we appreciated. We ordered the Green Machine smoothie and a matcha, and both were really good and definitely a highlight of our visit. Where the experience fell a bit short for us was the food. While the presentation was great, the taste didn't quite match expectations. The breakfast tacos listed potatoes, but they ended up being more like tater tots, and the tortillas weren't warm -- my friend wasn't very fond of them. I ordered the #5 sandwich, which was described as being on jalapeño toast, but it came on regular toast instead, along with a pickle on the side. The sandwich itself was okay -- not bad, but something I could easily make at home. For the two drinks and two food items, we paid around $40, which felt a bit high considering the overall food experience. I can see why this place is well-loved by locals -- it fits the neighborhood vibe and likely appeals to the regular crowd -- but as visitors, the food didn't quite live up to the hype for us. Overall, it's a cute spot with great drinks, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. I'd probably come back for beverages, but I'd skip the food next time

These same people owned the Hope Street Farmstand restaurant at 1850 Main St., which didn't last a year. This place deserves a zero for the attitude displayed today toward us. The owners, Kyle and Nikki, have decided they can tell people where and how to park when they visit their "barn" and enforce parking on a public street. They do not have the authority or the right to do so. Only law enforcement can enforce parking on a public street, even in front of their property. A call to the Sheriff's Dept. told us Kyle can only control his own property up to the property line, not the street where we thoughtfully and carefully parked. It's understandable that they want to keep the school children safe and the neighborhood free of bottleneck traffic; however, Kyle is rude and mean. He stands in his driveway and by "the barn" and dictates where people can park. If you disagree, he tells you to leave. He has the same sign included here posted outside "the barn" and says people must strictly abide by it. We have given these people a lot of business since they've been open. Today, as we do each week, we pulled up in front of their "barn" to buy an item. We had seen their "parking rules," and as a courtesy and to please them, I pulled completely off the street behind the white line, as his "parking rules" state. His driveway was full. He rushed out of his driveway and insisted that we move our vehicle into his driveway. I'm the only driver in our household. With my chronic pain, I couldn't get back into the vehicle, move it, get back out, enter "the barn," and walk clear back over to our vehicle and get back in. I also couldn't see how I could park in an already full driveway. I tried to explain this to him. He abruptly cut me off. "These are the rules, sorry!" he snarled. My spouse told him we only wanted to buy one item and we would leave quickly. "It doesn't matter! These are the rules. You must move or leave!" His tone was so rude and disrespectful. We chose to leave. "Fine, we will never be back, and we've given you a lot of business." He shrugged, stood close, and watched us climb back into our vehicle. He stood there until we pulled out. It was creepy and felt threatening. He didn't care that he lost that sale and all future sales from us, or our referrals to friends and family. Being a control freak matters more. He could have approached us in a much friendlier manner and explained why he wanted us to move our vehicle into his already full driveway. Instead, he jumped on us as soon as we exited our vehicle. Records located in the Oregon Judicial System show that Kyle has a felony conviction for menacing. Think twice before you do business with these people. It's not difficult to see why their restaurant at 1850 Main St. lasted less than a year. Many other locally owned, friendly bakeries and small pop-ups offer the same types of items. We will give them our business.
