Because the prices are way too high to get food that is sub par. First, the bacon on the bacon cheeseburger was not done and it was more like cut up thick ham pieces. Second problem were the jalapeno poppers. For 3.50 I received 3 jalapeno poppers the size of corn nuggets. The lemonade had a really twangy taste and not in a good way. As we were eating our burgers we were throwing most of the pieces of bacon out of the window.Third the burger patty tasted cheap and was crumbly and discolored . Reminded of the off brand burger patties at walmart. I'm not a complainer but I had to return the food. It literally made me sick. The owner at first refused to give me a refund. But I insisted and she gave me a partial refund. If you're reading this, I warn you. This wimpys location has fell all the way off. I'm just going to be honest the food was disgusting. THAT is customer service. Why should a grown man be forced to choose between tots and rings? I have enough difficult decisions in my life. It was mostly a plain biscuit (their biscuits are not bad as long as you have butter and jelly/honey on it) with a very light layer of sugar (like a donut), but basically NO PEACHES! It had two dots of peaches...really - two dots - that's the best way to describe it bc that's how much of a 1/4 of a slice of peach they put in the entire biscuit (which is actually a good size). So I had a dry, barely sweet biscuit with a remnant of a piece of peach in it. It is DEFINITELY NOT a peach cobbler biscuit. It's just a biscuit with a teeny tiny hint of peach...that's it. My entire lunch was disappointing and not fulfilling (except okra was good, though!) and the total was $16.10 with NO delivery fee and BEFORE the tip AND a discount of $4.65. It wasn't worth $10. I WAAAY overpaid! When I have an experience like this, I may/may not try again to see if they had a bad day, but too much was wrong with this order (except that DD delivered it on time...still tipped the driver, they earned it) and it was so disappointing that I don't want to risk spending too much for too little and be disappointed again - they charge too much for what you get: kid-sized burnt chicken sandwich. Bought it once and was fooled, not buying again. I was really hoping to find a new, good restaurant I could enjoy after my first time...that was my last time. But, hey!
