Let me start by saying that their burgers are pretty good. But the problem is that they are only pretty good, which doesn't justify the price they charge. I can't pass judgement on the cleanliness of the place because I get that a lot of places are understaffed right now, but I will point out that the floor was sticky and the tables weren't exactly well cleaned. The major problem is that it's kind of a low budget place, small space, minimally staffed (kiosks for ordering), and yet their prices are at the very high end for burgers. The staff here are all very friendly and we're helpful from the moment you walk into the door. Gave us the rundown of the whole menu and the variety of options they had. DO NOT recommend.... Appears they are closed??? Friday I ordered online to take out lunch. My payment processed, it showed wait time would be about 15 minutes. I headed that way and when I arrived, at roughly 12:56pm, the lights were off, doors locked and there was no one there. So far my calls and emails so far have not been returned, even to the corporate email. This is the 2nd issue I've had at the Mockingbird location. About a month ago I ordered online then went to pickup and they said they didn't show I had ordered. I went back to my office, printed the receipt, came back and they made the food. UPDATE (about 2 hours later) I reached a rep at the corporate line who told me she apologized and that the power was out...(?) I asked why nobody had a sign up at the restaurant and why they continued taking online orders, she couldn't answer. She did say they will process my refund so hopefully I'll see that come back into my account. I will not be giving them my business again. Final update: Got an email stating they could not do anything and that I need to request refund from my bank. I suppose my lesson cost me just shy of $20.00 so I'm not going to lose any sleep but will never visit them again. read more

I work close-by and come here occasionally for breaks. It has become my favorite burger place in Dallas! Amazing flavor and unique packaging for your to-go order. It is a little pricey but so is every other place around the shopping area (lol). The theme is also very appealing and the kiosk makes it easy to order! Buns were burnt on both of ours, and veggies were barely in existence. In a burger place, that should be the best thing on the menu, and it was not. The biggest issues were with the whole vibe. No A/C in the summer in Texas, ordering from kiosks, barely present staff, pick up your order at the window, but they ask for tips? Just in case you miss the opportunity for an electronic tip, there is a big jar on the counter. The minimalist decor would be ok if it were cleaner, but all of the stuff stacked up where the staff looks at his phone kind of takes away from the vibe. Tastes ok, but needs a lot of work. Very futuristic/minimalistic. Kiosk take your order. Food came out in a reasonable time. Let me preface with its expensive. No combos with drink. Everything is essentially charged separately. Now the good news. The double Wulf all the way with lettuce tomato onion and chopped peppers was f'n great! The beef is flavorful and smashed thin with the crusted edges that I absolutely love!!! The fries were....yes crinkle cut and seasoned to perfection. They have a ketchup that I think they make cause it has flakes of pepper in it. It's really good. Elevated the fries. Now the bad. The price! Too expensive for a burger that size but it is pretty damn good. The spicy chicken isn't spicy but it packs a light heat. A lot of flavor and the chicken was a tad dry. My son got the burger with Mac and cheese but said the Mac was cold. I would come back but it would have to be on Pay day! Lol overall it's good but I think the price would turn off many people.
