Brown sugar, ovaltine, milk tea with cheese foam and boba, roasted oolong.

Went over the holiday weekend and it wasn't super busy. Ordered milk tea with boba and cheese foam, 50% sweet. I was surprised that it was still sweet. I think the boba made up for it that's why it tasted like 100% sweetness. By the way, it's located in the food court of 99 Ranch.

Very affordable and decent beverages here at Wushiland Boba/Taiwanese beverage spot inside the EatUp food court inside 99 Ranch Warms Springs Fremont. Environment looks great next to the hot deli area. Stands out. It worked out perfectly for a good hydration stop during my long two hours biking routine. Nice. Good addition. I had a regular iced milk tea half sweetened. Good for my thirsty tastebuds. Fruit teas, brew teas, yakult drinks, ice cream drinks, milk teas, tea lattes, brown sugar beverages, foam teas, etc. Good selections. Cashier is helpful if you need assistance. You can order at kiosk or over the counter. Simple business. Prices are good for tea beverages during inflation times. Use mobile app as desired. Cheese Foam Ovaltine and Ovaltine Macchiato are on my future bucket list to try. Grass Jelly Milk Tea would be my regular choice. This is good for early birds, grocery store employees, and others in the area. So far so good. I do plan to revisit on my next biking trip there.

Since their soft/grand opening, I've been there at least 4 times. Each time I went, they got better and more efficient! This Wushiland is located in the food court inside 99 Ranch. Plenty of parking in a lot, but just know this plaza can be a little busy. My favorite is their roasted oolong milk tea with mini pearls, 70% sweet, extra tea shots. Their drinks lean on the sweeter side so I recommend decreasing sweetness if you prefer not too sweet. ALSOO HOT TIP: you can add extra tea shots for free! This would add a stronger tea flavor (be careful if you are more sensitive to caffeine). Heads up, they have ran out of boba mid-day, but this was during their soft opening phase so I think they're still working on the timing of when to replenish ingredients. But that's fine because their mini pearls are still a good alternative :) This is one of my current favorite boba shops in the South Bay, and I always try to go here when I'm nearby!

This is a very popular Bob tea in Southern California. I am glad that they open a shop in Fremomt and closed by me . I enjoy their milk tea because of the good aroma that come from top quality of tea leaves. A lot of boba teas has the dark shade of tea color but taste bitter and no aroma . Wushiland Boba uses premium ingredients and they hand craft your drinks with care . Menu is extensive. It has all kinds of boba drinks . The line is forever long and order on line is recommended and you go and pick up the order when it is ready . However , it does have. Aim person order kiosk . The digital display to show the status of your orders is very helpful . It is located inside the 99 Ranch market food court . List of seatings with AC and a nice restroom in the same spot. Highly recommended. 5 out of 5 !

A popular boba tea shop finally makes its way in the Bay Area yay! I went around 6:19 and waited ~25minutes for the order which I didn't mind but seems like the way they operated was not smooth, I heard a lot of mix ups, & some larger orders being pushed out before mine though they ordered later; hopefully it gets streamlined soon as it is still soft opening so I'll give them that!! This time around I got.... -ice cream oolong tea with mini pearls (gotta get the toppings!!!) drink was ok but the star of the show was the ovaltine ice cream tea.... WOWWW It was literally like a malt dessert in drink form, so unique! As pictured below: not sure why they gave me like 80% boba but this one took the longest because I think they ran out of oolong after... I heard them say "after this one no more oolong", kinda wished it was substituted instead of just giving me cup of pearls Overall, will come here again soon but hope they fix the kinks out

Grand opening they were giving away some cup holders. But overall space has plenty of seating

Ahh I'm so excited that Wushiland boba is finally in the Bay Area! This boba chain used to be a go to for me back in Taiwan. it's great to be able to have it here now. The drinks have a good tea flavor and it's a good value size for the price. My favorite is the Ice Cream Milk Tea, it's basically a ice cream tea float. On a hot day it's perfect because the vanilla ice cream adds a perfect amount of sweetness and blends with black tea into a creamy milk tea. The shop is located inside the Asian grocery store Ranch 99 food court, so there are plenty of seating and you see other food stalls. We visited during the opening weekend so there was quite a crowd and by the time it got to us they ran out of their regular cups so we got the paper cup instead. The staff seemed very apologetic and let us know this is not the standard they uphold. I admire their sense of integrity and insistence on quality, will definitely like to come back and try it at full quality again.

This was during soft opening about a week into launching. I understand they are working out the kinks and there will be a learning curve with such a high demand. My review will be things they can improve on for when they officially launch. The line was reaching close to the front of the other food kiosk, I thought they were really busy but in reality, it was being bottlenecked by the ordering kiosk. They had 1 kiosk, and occasionally a person taking drink orders. The drink making was quick, but held up by the ordering process. I came around 5 pm so some of the items were written on a sign that they ran out. When I got my drink, you can clearly see they put way too much boba in the drink. My drink was half filled with boba, that is way too much. I felt like my order was boba and the drink was the add on item. I'm hoping they will change that prior to official grand opening. The drink itself was okay, it might have been difficult to rate when I tasted so much boba. I really enjoy the location in SoCal, so it's exciting to know this is in the bay. I hope they can fix some of these items once it launches officially.

Roasted Oolong milk tea (30% sweet, less ice) with boba. Delicious!

Came around 12:30 on Wednesday during their soft opening. I was surprised to see a lot of people in line and waiting for drinks. Despite there only being one kiosk and one person taking orders, the line moved fast. The cashier was kind and quickly took my order. I ordered a roasted oolong milk tea 30% sugar, less ice with boba. My order took about 10-15 minutes to prepare. They were very generous with the toppings around (25-30% of the cup was boba) and I saw that drinks that were ordered with pearls were maybe 50% toppings! A little too much for me but it's nice to see. The drink itself was delicious. The roasted flavor came through and the sweetness was great at 30% (I wouldn't recommend going higher). The boba was chewy and sweet. I'll definitely be back and look into their reward program. Happy to see them have a great launch after a highly anticipated wait!

Located inside 99 Ranch, where there's a couple of restaurant and food spots. Came here on a Saturday afternoon during soft opening. The line was around 25 mins and drinks came out 15-20 mins later. They worked pretty fast for the amount of orders they had. We ordered: - black milk tea with ice cream and boba - roasted oolong milk tea with ice cream and mini boba The tea flavor for both was pretty good but it was milkier and creamier with the ice cream so it diluted most of the tea flavor. Even tho I asked for less boba, the toppings were too generous (a plus if you love more toppings). The cashier was very nice and efficient. You can add an extra shot of tea since they do single, double and triple shot. Adding ice cream and topping feels more like a dessert drink but next time I'll do no boba and no ice cream for more tea flavor. Minus one star bc it's too much boba for my liking. Overall, I'm glad there's another new boba place in the area and will be back to try other drinks!

Earl Grey Oat Latte with mini pearls
    Melinda K.

Finally, no line after the soft and grand opening! I tried their popular Four Seasons Tea with grass jelly, no milk, and an Earl Grey Oat Latte with mini boba, which had the right texture and a generous amount to fill half a cup. All their toppings are an extra $0.80 each. Both teas had caffeine and were aromatic, not too milky. Not too sweet at 30%, but the boba toppings are sweeter. I should order milk tea 0% sugar next time. They still ran out of matcha and certain toppings. It's better to order in person than on the kiosk to receive your order faster. Got mine under 10 minutes. I recommend coming after 3 pm on weekdays for more available seats and tables.

new place for boba store. it is located inside the ranch 99 food court. you can order through kiosk or in person. they have so many variants of drinks and so generous with the toppings, you can get like one third of cup. anyway, prices and taste are just ok for my taste buds. three stars from me...

Super stoked that the Wushiland in Fremont is finally open! I've been hitting up Wushiland in every city we visit for years. I was so surprised that their drinks are really good even during the beginning of their soft opening days. This location serves up the best drinks yet! They should really open up online ordering as the wait times have been wild throughout any day. Drinks are cheaper than most other boba chains and my favorite ones taste the same as they do at 50 Lan locations in Taiwan. The green milk tea with pearls is always my favorite to get. It's nice that you can still accumulate points - you just won't be able to use them until their grand opening. So happy that this location finally opened. I'll be a frequent patron for sure as it is so close to home!

Long overdue review since I've seen my NorCal and visiting SoCal oomfs post about Brian Black Tea…read moreand thanking Brian for his service. This is the only singular franchise location in the United States (at least as I'm writing this and has been like this for awhile), which is insane to me, considering that it was quite hyped back then and remains a favorite to many. Hopefully one day, they'll be more locations, but it's literally been years. In that case, I'll have visiting SoCal friends with me try. Simple and casual appearance. Love the wood accent on the counters and tables, along with the green walls and descriptions of the tea. There's a bit of it that reminds of what the old XFT location looks like from the RH location, but only just a little bit. You can order ahead for pick up and they're quite efficient. The only times there was even a semblance of a fisted wait, at least when I've gone, was due to orders of like 10-30 drinks for catering or an office boba run. Solid tea that's steeped really well. If you adjust for much lower sugar, you can enjoy the quality much better. I feel like with the influx of the boba wars (at least in SoCal), many of the Taiwanese franchises (Guiji, Chayan, UG, etc.) just don't have enough of a strong flavor to compete with their Chinese competitors, but Brian Black Tea, I think would be a strong contender if they were drafted in the SoCal boba wars. I've enjoyed all of their milk teas, but my favorite has always been the Era Milk Tea with the slight coffee taste to it and the Retro Milk Tea with the subtle roasted flavor and hint of cocoa to it. I usually get 25% sweet and it's perfect. NorCal must when I visit.

Unfortunately, the drink fell short for me as it tasted watered down. I was a little surprised to see it listed as Iron Goddess Black tea, as Iron Goddess is typically oolong tea so I wonder if they mixed the two teas together. The tea flavor was extremely mild and it was a little hard to believe it was a milk tea. The boba was a nice chewy texture and was a little sweet. A large milk tea was $6.75 and after the addition of boba and tax, my total was a little under $8.50 which I found to be expensive for what I received. This shop isn't really suited for my taste.
