    Guava green grape
    Erin P.

This place took over Sweethearts. You can order via kiosk. Orders come out pretty quick and they show up on the screen. I had guava green grape which was good and had bits of fruit in it. Another popular drink people ordered a lot was coconut mango. There are some places to sit and wait. My only complaint is that the floors were helllllllaaa dirty. Verdict: I'd come here again for other flavors. Judgment: clean your floors y'all, it's black all over and kinda gross.

Heytea is my favorite tea spot & this location is great because it's super close to 99 Ranch & a whole bunch of other yummy food places. We came to try their new Jasmine strawberries & cream drink, & since we don't live close by, we also got our go-to drinks: Triple Matcha Supreme & Longjing Milk tea. The Jasmine tea is floral & the strawberries/cream top makes it feel like a Jasmine strawberry creamsicle, not too sweet. Love that the app makes ordering ahead super easy too

Like the other branches, there is usually a wait after placing your order through kiosk. I visited on a Saturday around 5 PM, and the wait was about 30 minutes. The store is small and almost no seating area, there were many people waiting/standing outside of the shop. One convenient thing about this location is that it's right next to Ranch 99. I usually place my order first, do some grocery shopping, then come back to pick up my drink. Ordered my usual drinks, Crisp Grape Boom. It was refreshing as always, especially with light ice and less sugar. The wait can be quite long during peak hours, but walking around the plaza makes it easy.

Favorite boba spot in the Bay Area! Every drink I've tried here has been delicious, and you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. My favorites are the grape drink and the Triple Supreme Matcha, both are so flavorful and not overly sweet. It's a very fast-casual spot, perfect for grabbing a drink on the go. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of my go-to boba places!

Refreshing and creamy matcha drink with a trendy café vibe Tried the Cloud Matcha Blue at HEYTEA and really enjoyed how unique and refreshing it was. The drink had a nice balance between the earthy matcha flavor and the light, creamy foam on top. It felt smooth and not overly sweet, which made it easy to drink. The layered presentation also looked really pretty and gave it that signature trendy café feel. Service was quick and efficient, even with a decent crowd in the store. The vibe is modern and energetic, with a clean aesthetic that makes it fun for a quick drink stop or casual hangout. Definitely feels like one of those spots where people come to both enjoy the drinks and take cute photos. Would come back to try more of their specialty drinks next time.

Best location in the bay! I prefer this one over the SF one and the one in Cupertino because they always get the sweetness just right. I'm a creature of habit: since they removed the king jasmine I have been loyal to the longjing milk tea. It's nutty, it's tea forward, it's everything. My partner is addicted to the mango boom and I recently got him the blue version with spirulina in it and he really enjoyed it. As for the service--what can I say? They are swamped with thousands of orders and yet they still tell you to have a good day. People bombard the one person passing out drinks and it looks so overwhelming to be in that position, so props to the workers at this location because this does not look like an easy job. Smells nice, like an expensive hotel.

I'm always down for matcha. I had the Cloud matcha, and their matcha is pretty good. The matcha is well whisked, and you can't taste the powder. I really enjoyed it and love that they added extra matcha powder for a stronger kick. The service is okay, but note that you should order on the app. The line is crazy long, and people are outside waiting for some boba.

Great drinks, customer service is dry. Came here to enjoy a few drinks after having dinner nearby. As usual, there were an abundant of patrons standing inside and out of Heytea. Staff is too busy doing their own thing to even show you any sign of acknowledgement but it is what it is. Ordering via register is optional but the kiosk located on the side is preferred. Drinks take a bit of time but essentially taste how they should. The tea aspect stands out and isn't masked by fake sugary syrups and fillers.

I forgot to make a review several times but some drinks that I typically get when coming to HeyTea are the Jasmine Milk Tea, Cloud Mango, and the Bobo Milk Tea with the Cheese Foam Milk Tea. The Cloud Mango might be my favorite as the mango that they use is very sweet and the drink itself is refreshing. I got the Golden Oolong Yuzu because they just released it and it tastes like a lemonade with oolong tea, nothing much. The prices are kind of insane though.

Mango bloom cloud I think. The best!!!!!!

Wait is a bit long but feels like it goes by fast. I went a few times during my NorCal trip and all of the businesses are busy at all times. I guess also a good sign lol. Drinks are fresh, not so sweet and super refreshing! I would go by the less sugar (default) they have it, it's perfect! I keep coming back for the grapefruit bloom and mango bloom!!! Their mango is addicting.

I got the kale juice with some jelly and it's pretty good although I'm pretty sure I indicated less sugar yet it tasted really sweet. The service was decent given that it was busy and the ambiance was okay because it was brightly lit although a small space.

Ordered for pick up on a Saturday afternoon through their app. Estimated time for pick up was 16 minutes with 40 orders ahead of me. When I arrived before the 16 minutes they had already knocked out 20+ orders. Wow that was fast. They do have a lot of staffs working which is great. Ordered the mango coconut and a grapefruit bloom with least sweet. The mango coconut was nice. A good amount of sweetness and it had coconut pudding and sago. I enjoyed it the following day and it was still good. As for the grapefruit bloom it was still very sweet. However I still enjoyed the taste and the many grapefruit pulp that was included. I would order both drinks again.

Hey...tea! How are you? Everyone asks what the tea is, but never how the tea is :/ One thing I noticed about heytea is they always have a bogo once a month! And you bet I will only show up during those days, because I LOVE a good deal ! I went for the King Jasmine guava bogo and it was pretty good!! It's a perfect flavor for the spring time even the color! It tasted like guava mixed with their high quality jasmine tea and topped with a slightly sweet slightly salty cream top and garnished with lime peels. Everything is always so fresh here. It never tastes like fake syrup or like they are cutting corners for their drinks. The drink itself was quite refreshing with fresh gauva flavor. Usually I think jasmine tea is too floral and leaves bitter after taste but for hey tea the after taste is pretty smooth. Esp paired with the cream top it makes it creamy but light and fresh. TBH I can drink a whole cup of just cream top. I recommend drinking this with the skinny straw it really makes it taste way better! Total was about 8.50 ish. So around 4~ for each drink- in this economy. The staff at this hey tea always seems so busy and hardworking I hope they are being compensated well! Seating is not that optimal. It's more of a pickup spot than hanging out/studying. There is lots of parking but when there is bogo you will just have to park further.

Honestly, my friends and I always preferred the quality of the milk teas at this location anywho. Fantasia looks exactly the same as I remember it from years ago. Clean, large menu, and lots of seating. I usually prefer the jasmine milk tea at Fantasia, but this time around I ordered their oolong milk tea. The staff was nice and my drink was ready right away. The lack of wait is probably because it was so empty inside. I encourage more people to go to Fantasia since they serve classic milk tea that always hits the spot!

The jasmine milk tea was smooth and refreshing with a fragrant tea flavor that came through nicely without being overwhelmed by sweetness. The boba pearls were soft, chewy, and cooked just right, making the drink even more enjoyable. The muddy Okinawa milk tea was richer and creamier, with a delicious caramelized brown sugar flavor that added depth and sweetness. It felt indulgent without being overly heavy and was a great contrast to the lighter jasmine milk tea. Service was friendly and efficient, and the drinks were prepared quickly. The vibe is casual and relaxed, making it a nice place to grab a drink, study, or catch up with friends. It's a reliable neighborhood boba spot that has been around for years and continues to be a local favorite. Overall, a solid choice for classic milk teas and quality boba. I'd happily order both drinks again.

I really appreciated that the items came in a sealed bag. Not only did it ensure freshness, but it also helped assure me that the food wasn't tampered with. The bag was cute too. I'm actually glad that I ordered online, because the menu explicitly stated that products contain lard. I don't eat pork, so heads up if you don't either. I got the coconut mango sago (D4) and mango mochi. I dove right into the mochi, which was fantastic. The mochi was so soft and chewy, the shredded coconut attributed a nice texture, and I loved the mango bits in the center. I also enjoyed the coconut mango sago. There wasn't an option to modify the sweetness, which I was concerned about at first. The drink came out perfectly in balance with sweetness, and I felt that mostly came from the natural sweetness of the mango and coconut milk. I would absolutely return to try other things off the menu. I'm a fan of coconut mango and pomelo/grapefruit at other drink spots, so it's top of my list to try next time.

Minus points for how much ice they put in the cup because you take like 5 sips and you've finished the drink. For $7, this type of drink unfortunately isn't worth it because it's so easy to make at home (watermelon juice + canned coconut milk + sugar). My BF got their Mango Yogurt drink and liked it (better value than my drink). Maybe I'll come back to try their other desserts? This seems like a good spot to study at because they have a decent amount of seating + WiFi.
