Not gonna lie, this place was not our first choice, but circumstance and timing worked out where this is where we ended up! So glad though! Ordering was easy through the kiosk. We ordered a drink each - one Hazelnut Milk Tea and a Mango Pomelo Crystal Boba, and got a Bubble Egg Waffle for our son. Drinks were sweet enough, especially with our sweetness preferences! The waffle came in two sticks and was warm and tasty. Next time we're in the area, we are definitely coming back! Looking forward to trying their other drinks too.

Indoor seating, quick service, ordered on kiosk. Boba is soft and chewy. Drinks: . Jasmine Milk Tea (boba, 75% sweet) - strong tea, creamy, fragrant . Rose Milk Tea (crystal boba, 75% sweet) - strong tea, real rose petals, fragrant but not overpowering . Mango Pomelo Sago - strong mango, refreshing, pomelo doesn't overpower, not overly sweet . Puff Cream Milk Tea - strong tea

Yokee Milk Tea is located in the Fremont Times Square. The plaza is fairly large and since the Asian168 market closed, there seems to be plenty of parking. The store is cozy yet has several tables to sit and relax at. One kiosk to order from. They have their house music playing in the background. One unisex restroom. Pearl Black Milk Tea - creamy and the boba waa soft & chewy. Support your local business.

Cute milk tea spot with a really nice vibe and cozy atmosphere. The boba itself was okay, but I enjoyed hanging out there and the overall aesthetic made the experience worth it. Nice place to chill or catch up with friends!

I'm always on the lookout for independent boba shops and Yokee Milk Tea caught my eye while I was in the area. I had just finished shopping at Osaka and wanted an afternoon pick-me-up for my drive home. Yokee is located in a quiet strip mall, and there is ample parking. It's a tiny shop, but with tall ceilings. There's one self-serve kiosk, which I promptly ordered from. I was drawn to the white peach oolong milk tea, and paid for the large size. I didn't get boba this time, since I was still pretty full from lunch. As far as sweetness and ice levels, I generally go for 50% for both. While waiting for my drink, I used their bathroom, which was clean and tidy. My drink was ready in no time at all. There was a small group of high schoolers before me, but they also got their drinks pretty quickly. I didn't have much of an interaction with the lady making the drink but she was friendly and personally handed me my drink. It was warm inside Yokee, and I wish they had turned the AC on (but I can understand, electricity is expensive these days). I took my drink back to the car to enjoy my first sip. The white peach was prominent, and paired really refreshingly with the oolong. I loved that there were pistachios on top of the drink as well. The large size is indeed large, and lasted me for the entirety of my drive home (traffic included). I'm not a chugging kind of person, though, and prefer to sip my drinks (my husband is the opposite), so take that as you will. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Yokee as they have so many different drinks to choose from!

Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 I came here a while ago and got their boba. I loved their hot oolong milk tea with grass jelly. I was craving boba one day and decided to order delivery. Caramel Coffe Latte: 5/5 SOOOO GOOD! 100% would recommend and will order again next time I go. Its not too sweet and has the perfect amount of caramel in the drink. Oreo Bubble Egg Waffle: 4/5 I've never had a egg waffle that is in skewer form. Adding a mini oreo to each egg waffle is a game changer. I just wish this was a little crispier. I think It would taste better fresh. OoLong Milk Tea 50% Sugar: 3/5 It felt really watered down. Didn't love it.

Honestly a really small shop but good drinks. I enjoyed my jasmine milk tea where I could taste the floral ness. It wasn't too milky either. I liked their bubble egg waffle. I wasn't expecting two skewers so it was definitely a great surprise. The outer shell was still crunchy but the inside was so soft and pillowy. Overall a great place to hang out with friends for a drink and some snacks.

    Fried chicken (?)
    Sandy M.

I went here because it stated on the menu that there was fried chicken. Upon buying it and receiving it, it is not fried chicken. The item is deceiving. It tasted like the buffalo wings that you can buy from Costco. If you are looking to buy fried chicken this is not it! The drinks were good but I would not come here to buy the food.

Not the richest real mango flavor, but decent. Customer service was fast. It wasn't busy. They have a few tables, but it's a small space.

Matcha latte and cream puff milk tea
    Jason P.

We stopped by Yokee Milk Tea last night right after eating at Amami Sushi for dinner and were glad we did! We ordered the matcha latte and the cream puff milk tea, and both drinks were absolutely delicious. The matcha latte had the perfect balance of earthy matcha flavor and creamy sweetness without being overly sweet. The cream puff milk tea was a delightful surprise with its rich, custard-like cream topping that complemented the milk tea perfectly. The barista was friendly and efficient, and the shop itself has a nice, welcoming vibe. Coming back here to try their other items.

I love this cute, small tea shop! We stopped by on a Saturday around 1 PM. It was pretty empty when we arrived but we ordered online so there was no wait. There's a few tables and chairs available, a customer was ahead of me so I waited till she received her order. My Mochi Soy Milk Tea with Phoenix Dancong tea was absolutely amazing! The mochi made it perfect. I loved eating these while enjoying my tea. It was very chewy and slightly sweet. A bit messy because of the kinako (japanese flour). I ordered my drink at 50% sugar lvl, which was made as requested and was still enjoyable. The Oreo Bubble Egg Waffle was just as delicious. I'll definitely visit again when I'm back in the area.

I remember it being just okay, but I guess each franchise owner does things a little bit differently because I enjoyed my drink here! It's a super casual boba spot that shares a space with a Chinese take out restaurant. There's some counter seating, probably for the students since there's a high school across the street and lots of zoomers there after school. Decent amount of parking in the lot. You can order ahead, order at any of their 2 touch screen kiosks, or even order from staff if need be (saw this happen). It did take some time for our drinks to come out but that was because there was only 1 staff working before his colleague clocked in and it was right after school when other students were ordering lots of drinks. I got the new on the menu Buckwheat Longjing Tea Latte. There's whipped cream and candied pecans on top. Reminds me a lot of what Chayan and Auntea Jenny are doing. Quite trendy. I got this at 25% sweet and it's not bad. Perfect level of sweetness that doesn't overpower the tea and the mix of whipped cream and a bite here or there of the candied nuts adds the a nice sugary pang to it. You can taste the roasted flavor of the buckwheat. Good stuff. I noticed that they also have the elegant "Oriental" style cups and the thing 3 prong flute straws. The big Chinese franchises are doing that and I don't recall the SoCal location having that so, it really does depend on which one you go to.
