This was a Friday and was planning a party that night and then there is the weekend, so I promised to get the blood test done early that next week. And I asked if I could pick up the shots the following day because their location is far from me but I was going to be in that vicinity on another matter because I really did not want to disrupt my continuous 3 year usage with them. When I argued with them they refused to accommodate three days delay and cancelled my membership. They said I had to have the blood work every 6 months and I was delinquent. Lots of clients don't even go in but have it mailed to their home. They just left me hanging high and dry for a ridiculous reason since I have done everything they asked of me for 3 years now. I was unaware they needed this test yesterday but offered to get it done in a few days when lab is open. I am shocked! What kind of management is running this operation? Is business so good that they want to exile a great client? Oh, and the reason that they need these tests is to see where our deficiencies are so they can sell you up on tons of supplements that they make loads of money off of and they come monthly, It's a real pain to get out of that. I was told that management would be contacting me but that has never happened. Not very professional! I used the skincare opportunities next door too! If this is how they treat clients now, I will never go back to either. It is really much cheaper elsewhere and closer to home.

We received a referral from Dr. Melinda Silva's office, to see Nicole Rothrock who is also on staff with Dr. Silva. During the initial part of the appointment Nicole was completely confused about the purpose of my wife's visit (which was to exam a rash on my wife's neck caused by Hair Coloring chemicals) But, instead, Nicole began with an introduction about 'Fat Loss.' (BTW my wife is very-very petite and only weighs 96Lbs.) So, it should be more that obvious that she was NOT there to have any Fat removed!?!? Long-story-short, the advice that Nicole gave us was not any better than our Healthcare provider's (Kaiser Permanente) In-Network Dermatologist. "Just slap some Hydrocortisone cream on it and reduce the time that the hair coloring chemicals are on your hair." Thanks a lot for just restating the obvious Nicole, apparently there's nothing special about your services.
