This agency focuses on the money and not on the intended parents and the difficulty of the journey…read more We ended up with a beautiful baby, but the journey was more difficult than it needed to be. We were in tears many times because everybody changed their tune once the pregnancy seemed safe. The surrogate refused to work around our schedule for appointments and changed doctors without any notification to us, and the agency was of no help to us, despite prior agreements. They bullied us into placing extra money in the escrow account that we could not touch for a year after. That was about $27,000 just sitting there for no reason. They threatened the custody of the baby through a legal letter if we didn't pay more than what was agreed, only to have that money just sitting there. They preyed on us in a vulnerable time. We are not rich, but we just wanted a baby. They didn't have enough staff as our contact, Jessica, was pregnant with her own surrogacy at the time. We were left hanging a lot. This is too sensitive a process to have people handle it with such little care, adding way more stress to this already difficult process. We are not difficult people, but we just expected honesty from everybody, and we were let down.

And then, the unfortunate happening of a filling cracking happened and I needed a crown, so off to the dentist I went. Dr. Sanjay Dhir has filled all my cavities with white goodness, cleaned my teeth many times, and fixed 5 of my teeth when they broke apart from old fillings and I needed a crown. This office is all about service. They give you sunglass shades to cover your eyes from the bright overhead light. They call you to check to see if everything is ok, if something odd happens they bring you in and make it right. And the Dr. Sanjay & Sebastian duo is like going to a night at the comedy club, I've been laughing so hard in the past that the dentist (Dr. Dhir) had to pull the needle out of my mouth. Most importantly I was grinding my teeth very badly at night, he had a splint made for my top teeth (the new technology). Get this, the case glows in the dark as I turn my nightstand light off!. If I forget, now I hopefully won't crack any more of my teeth. My most recent visit I requested the laughing gas, it made a huge difference because they were preparing my crown with a temp and also doing a bunch of fillings in about 3 hours.
