Samantha was always great to work with -- professional and honest. Unfortunately, things went downhill when General Manager Jeremy Sims took over my recent Corvette ZR1 order. After a year of working on my ZR1 build, Jeremy placed my order in the GM system, and it was officially accepted (Status 3000). Then, after the fact, he tried to add a massive ADM markup, knowing I was financially capable and committed to the build. That's textbook bait-and-switch and violates GM policy. Worse, he changed my Museum Delivery option (RBC) back to Seguin Chevrolet without my consent so he could resell my ordered ZR1 to another buyer at a higher price. Completely unethical. There's a reason GM gives few allocations to small dealers like Seguin -- they don't know how to handle high-end transactions with integrity. Jeremy Sims was deceptive and dishonest, and Seguin Chevrolet has lost my business and referrals for good. GM corporate is aware, and I hope they take action to protect the Corvette brand.

When we went back to get the oil change, we were charged because come to find out they removed the package and STILL added the GAP insurance instead. When I called to complain they made it seem like I was the one that didn't know what I was talking about or lying because I told them they do get incentives for selling it their customers that. He E-mailed me, was not high pressure, let me know what he had. He answers my questions and kept in contact. Got me a price and finance offer over the phone and in writing. I didn't like the financing APR, so told him no. He and Jacob worked to get me a better one. I flew to San Antonio, he picked me up in my car, went to the dealership and was out the door quickly. Less than 2 hours from pickup at airport to driving away, so I was Impressed. Jacob was great in financing. Loved the experience, great price, great APR, great Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Communication was nonexistent -- it was almost impossible to get a status on my vehicle. I was told my truck would be ready by 12 PM on December 9th after leaving it the week prior, only to be told when I called that they still needed to "reassemble" it, and I didn't hear back until the next morning. I also never received the promised call about a trade-in quote. The service itself was misleading and unprofessional. I was told my EGR cooler needed replacement due to coolant loss caused by the HVAC actuator -- two completely unrelated systems. Any competent mechanic would know this. I received a picture that showed nothing, was told it "would not do justice," and never got actual evidence of the claimed corrosion when I asked. It felt like a blatant attempt to upsell, taking advantage of me as a pregnant woman and veteran. On top of that, the prices were grossly inflated, and my AC isn't working properly after their work. The "evidence" I was given was useless, and I left feeling cheated and frustrated. I would never recommend this place.
