Dr. Grassin was honest and explained what he was seeing in my images and why he was seeing it. He answered all of my questions and calmed my nerves. I visited both the Lutz and NPR offices and the staff at both locations were very kind and friendly. I even had a hiccup with getting my x-rays sent over from another dentist and they went above and beyond for me. I had my bottom right (impacted) wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Landrian. He was very kind and confident but also fast-paced. I found it overwhelming how quickly he was getting things done surgically however, I don't imagine I would have wanted it any other way, especially only being under local anesthetic. He narrated throughout the entire procedure, even checking how I was doing, which gave me comfort despite the way I was feeling. The dental assistant was so kind and wiped my tears when I couldn't control them . (Tears were not from pain). I highly recommend getting Exparel, a medication that is injected into your surgical spot to provide pain relief for 3 days after surgery. There is a little bit of pain/burning as it is being injected but never felt it after that. Exparel helped me tremendously in my recovery! The medications and recovery instructions were helpful and a great resource. It has only been 6 days since my surgery however, everything looks to be healing nicely and I find I am only having some achy pain here and there. Thank you, Mosaic!

Not only did I have to pay upfront, I ended up calling my insurance company and finding out that…read morethey would pay half of one of the services Monticciolo said wasn't covered. I never did get the refunded money. And Monticciolo is in the network which means they have to adjust their fees to the insurances guided lines, which they didn't. Then I cancelled 20 days before my appointment and they said I would have to wait 2 weeks for a refund so they can make sure that all claims were paid. I had FREE xrays according to the Hudson office front desk girl, and my insurance company paid them their portion of it anyway. Then to top it off I received a call from the Spring Hill location saying I still had to pay for the anesthesia on a cancelled appointment. The only answer I kept getting is, "well according to our office procedure"..blah blah blah. To add one good thing, Dr. Wade was very nice and personable. So if you don't care about paying for services that are covered, choose to see him. But definitely pay with a credit card so when you have to get refunded you can always contact the bank to charge them back.
