We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham! The front desk staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Even though we checked in around midnight, they greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. They were also very polite and professional over the phone. Every time we left the hotel and came back, they welcomed us with the same friendly smiles, making us feel right at home. Our room was always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic--just a 10-minute walk to Disneyland, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, which made everything so convenient. The lobby was one of our favorite parts of the hotel. Every morning, we enjoyed relaxing there with our Starbucks coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day. I wish I took a picture. All to text us when we walked away saying we are not eligible because we live in an apartment and everyone who lives in apartments typically cannot accept this "promotion" and keep all of our information etc. We went back over to the girl and she had a completely different attitude and all new answers? Let me start off by saying, I'm actually giving this place a 4.5 Star rating but am unable to select that option currently. If you're searching for a comfortable and clean hotel that is close enough to Disneyland and DCA, this establishment should be on your list. Close enough to not be tired when you arrive at the security checkpoints and not exhausted when you decide to walk back. Especially during the summertime. I managed to make it from the hotel lobby to the Disney Resort in 10 minutes flat. That included two crosswalk stops. Parking as of May 2025 is free/priced into the hotel cost. Yes, they do not offer a breakfast as other properties do but that's fine if you decide to dine at the parks or pick up something beforehand. The rooms are comfy and offer ample space for a couple of small family with toddlers. The walls are thick enough to not hear other guests but if you're on a lower floor you will notice the people above you - which was the case for me. I was in room 344 and it was pretty much perfect. Quiet, clean, fridge and microwave included with a view overlooking the pool. Having a sofa/fold away bed was great too and ads to the flexibility of the room. The setup and layout of the room is good but it does have its flaws. The flooring in the entryway is slick and if you have little ones you'll want to be sure they aren't wearing socks otherwise they'll slip and fall for sure. What I enjoyed most about the hotel is the size. It was easy to get in and out of in case you forgot something in the car, etc. It didn't feel like a task to leave to get food etc. It was super easy to get to and from the pool. The pool was clean and stocked with clean, fluffy towels. There is even a hot tub! For those of you needing a restaurant onsite, they have one that offers value priced meals and also has a bar and Starbucks. If you don't like the prices, you can walk less than five minutes to the CVS, Walgreens or 7-11. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Kids loved it. Price, value, selection - nobody even comes close. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days during the recent Thanksgiving holiday in 2025. The hotel was conveniently located close to Disneyland. There were several restaurants which were nice to provide variety. The hotel was clean and our room was also cleaned each day we were there. The bathroom had a nice rain shower over head. The fridge was big which offered lots of space for water and munchies. The only thing I disliked was the extremely strong smell of cleaning products. It was so overwhelming that we had to leave the hotel room windows open to air it out. I even smelled it in the elevator. Since we spent most of the time outside of the hotel at Disney I still have this place 4 stars. We did not have to pay for parking which was a nice surprise. Parking was available close by so that was fantastic. Checking in and checking out was quick and easy. We paid $530 to stay from 11/25-11/27 for 2 adults and 2 children. read more

I've had some pretty bad luck when staying at hotels for business, but Wyndham was a breath of fresh air! The lobby is nice and clean; all staff I interacted with were friendly and the room I had was very nice and clean. The room came with a fridge and a microwave, and two free bottles of water which came in handy over a grueling 3-day conference. They have a coffee/bar area downstairs in the lobby for some quick bites/drinks and a restaurant is also attached to the lobby as well. I did not check out any of the amenities like gym or pool, but the elevators were nice, the ice machine & refillable water station was a nice touch on each floor and my bed was very comfy! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and good night's sleeps and would definitely consider returning. read more

Had a great stay. Had the pleasure of staying here in October. The room was clean, spacious, and loved that it had a mini fridge to keep our waters cold. The shower had a nice shower head and decent water pressure. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location is in walking distance to Disneyland (10-15 min walk). There are a few places we love to stay when we go to Disney but when on a budget, you can't really beat this place. It's only a half mile from the park so it's easy on foot plus parking is included with your stay! We paid about $140 recently out the door for a VETY comfortable, clean room. The only down grade on the room was that it's was very basic and not decorated very interestingly. But the staff was great, room was quiet, air conditioning was nice and cold, big TV....i mean, it's pretty on point, and you can't beat the price. It sounds far, but when you're joining other families on Harbor Blvd walking towards Disneyland, then that time just flies! I would've given this hotel a 5 stars if it wasn't for my poor experience at checkout on Saturday, October 11. A person named Ruth checked me out of the room and was completely rude. When I came back into the hotel to ask a question, I went to Isai and he was much more friendly. I tried to file my complaint with him, but he dismissed my statement and Ruth completely snubbed me. I've stayed at this location several times in the past few years. Every time it was to come visit Disneyland. Wyndham Anaheim had a policy that they would allow us to park early, before the 3pm check-in time, in case we wanted to visit the park in the mornings. There was no charge to do this so we always chose Wyndham over other hotels. However this time, I called ahead of time to see if they still allowed this. They told me to just come to the Front Desk when I arrive to get my parking pass. When I arrived, they said it would be a $30 early parking fee. This was never disclosed to me over the phone and I had no other options at the moment so I paid it. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic and it really rubbed me the wrong way. We will not be staying at this location in the future. Hotel Indigo next door still has free parking, along with a couple of other nearby hotels. read more

This was our first time visiting Disneyland with a toddler so we compared so many hotels to find the closest and affordable one to ease our nerves. This was the most fitting for our family of 3. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Customer service was amazing very friendly every staff member I came across. Parking was easy with handicap right by the entrance. Rooms were up to date comfortable and well kept. Shower with the rain shower head and handheld was amazing for my toddlers. The fridge and microwave were very helpful. Food was right next door with lots of options. The walk to Disney was quick and easy and we are not walkers so I was surprised I didn't need to call an uber from Disney to go back to the hotel. Was in the area on business recently, lodging can be tricky for the neighborhood and this is one of the better more comfortable options. After looking for accommodations around the studio where I was working, some of the areas were sketchy at best, so it was a pleasant surprise finding this hotel. The property is newer with ground level and below ground parking on premises, which is at a premium for the area when parking can exceed $50 bucks a day. Check in was a breeze, the front desk staff professional and courteous. Parking was also easy, literally right outside the main building entry on secured grounds. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The king bed was very comfortable as well. A nice walk in shower with plenty of hot water the next morning. The Wyndham Anaheim hotel is located a short 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland's security lines, and is conveniently located right by a CVS, Walgreens, and strip mall with a handful of dining options. We ordered food from the Courtyard restaurant downstairs during our stay, and the food was excellent! They have your run of the mill breakfast/brunch dishes such as chilaquiles, breakfast burritos, waffles, pancakes (I highly recommend the chicken and waffles and chilaquiles), all at a really good value for the price you pay! They also have 2 for $8 breakfast sandwiches and $6 bagel and croissant sandwiches. (prices as of 2024) To add to that, they have a clean and spacious cafe area downstairs with a bar and Starbucks that works as a nice place to wait for your flight or to enjoy a meal before heading out for the day. Hotel staff were friendly, and the check-in process was fast and efficient. There is also secure parking located underneath the hotel for free. I took off 1 star only because we found items belonging to previous guests underneath the bed skirts; wrappers, socks, a ball. Otherwise, the rest of the room was clean and spotless. read more

Staff were very friendly, we switched over to this hotel after a terrible experience checking in at another location. I would definitely recommend staying here, we absolutely loved it. The hotel is very clean, has washer/dryer access, a gym, pool, dining, small convenience store items, cafe area and offers Starbucks coffee. They even offer free cookies in the lobby. We stayed here because it was walking distance from Disneyland. Very close to restaurants and had public shuttle transportation right outside the hotel which went to the parks. Not only do they do the aggressive push that all timeshare places do, but getting lied to subset by a gentleman named christopher in their sales depart. He sold us a trial membership, and we told him we wanted to go to hawaii in november for my girlfriend's daughter's wedding. He misled us to believe we can go.Let me hawaii. Now that we're trying to book it, we're being told, because it's a trial membership. It does not allow us to book a room in hawaii. Talked to him a month ago, trying to see if to get this settled? And he left it up to us to call there. Other department, which, of course we got no help. We were forced to go online, and it would not give us what we were requesting online. The system's trying to force five of us into a one bedroom. Contacting Christopher today, he says there's nothing he can do. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back, I have stayed at a lot of the surrounding hotels and this one is one of the best . We were a family of 5 and we were comfortable plenty of room. It's very clean, the beds are so comfortable and I'm picky, the staff here is top tier, so friendly and very helpful. The walk is maybe 10 mins so much easier than driving in. The Starbucks in this hotel is the cherry on top after late night Disney trips. Honest review if a 5-nights stay. I really wanted to give a 3.5 rating, but you can't add a .5, and didn't think this stay deserved a full 4 rating. We came to an undone room. Only our towels were taken and not replaced. I needed the towels to take a midday shower from all the walking we did at Disney. So I went to housekeeping on the same floor and asked for towels and told her I didn't need the housekeeping because it was already late in the afternoon. The sink let out a FOUL SEWAGE smell each time you turned on the faucet. I hoped it would go away. * Day 3 the bathroom sink still let out sewage smell each time you turned it on. It was not bearable. It smelled like rotten eggs and sewage. I called the front desk, the attendant said, "I have heard this before, but not from your room, and I will have housekeeping deep clean the sink tomorrow morning." * Day 4 We left to California Adventure in the morning hoping by the time we came back the sink would be deep cleaned and room cleaned. When we returned late in the evening the room was cleaned, but the sink still gave off the rotten egg smell but not as strong. * Day 5 Just gave up on the sink smell since it was our last night. My assumption is that there is some kind of sewage problem coming from the pipes, which is giving off the sewage fumes. I really liked our room and this hotel, but that sewage smell is a MAJOR problem, because on the 2nd night it did fill up the room. Disgusting. Thank goodness the window was able to be opened. Will I stay at this hotel again, probably not. I don't want to risk getting another rotten egg smelling sink. I mean everything else was good, except that. This is my GO-TO hotel for Anaheim!!! Walking distance to Disneyland, within 2.5mi of Honda Center & Angel Stadium, immediately next door to the Garden Walk! The rooms are spacious and suit all my needs. The bathroom doors are pocket doors but surprisingly seal stinky smells well (no worries about the rest of the room smelling like your bathroom!) the AC runs very cool, and the windows are operable in case you're like me and prefer the fresh SoCal air. Wifi is complimentary and fast. TVs have HDMI hookups so we can bring our laptops or gaming consoles and hook them up. The showers have a rainfall shower head that feels so relaxing, as well as complimentary toiletries. Only thing I wish they had is complimentary breakfast, but the restaurant and cafe in the lobby are very delicious and the prices aren't bad considering proximity to more expensive meals! At the restaurant I got the full breakfast plate (forgot what it was called on the menu but it came with 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, and potatoes) and a mimosa and everything was soooo good. At the cafe I got an autumnal Starbucks coffee and it was made fast, fresh, and delicious. read more

My fiance and I booked this trip for Sweetheart's Night at Disneyland. This was our first time staying at Wyndham. I definitely recommend adding this place to your must check-outs. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond. They made us feel like we were regulars and a part of their family. We have stayed at expensive hotels in the past and we NEVER received the type of service we got from Wyndham. Walking distance to the park, Walgreens, CVS pharmacy,and other food and stores nearby. CONS: If you have an electric car this is something to consider they do not have EV stations. Another run down hotel from the one I stayed in last year. Let's talk about the rooms. It's old!!! It's more of a motel than turned into a hotel. First night we stayed in room 444 and this is what happened...the entire night I didn't sleep because I felt like something was biting me in bed. Then in the morning we went to Disneyland after over 12hours later we arrived to a very horrible smelling room. The room smelled like chlorine. My son has extremely bad allergies and a severe condition if croup...Imagine bringing a child like my son into a room like this!!! Thankfully I had his inhaler. I called downstairs and the most professional and caring individual named I believe Isahi answered. He was so caring and understood the situation. Right away he changed us from room 444 to 311. Second night in 311 every noise came straight to our room. Upstairs the walking, the street sounds, everything was just bad. Thankfully I had brought my noise machine from home which helped my kids. In 311 there was still a particular smell but not as bad. I would NEVER stay here again!!!! Why 3 stars? For the gentlemen who helped us and the fact that there was Starbucks coffee downstairs!!! Would not stay here again. Check in was easy enough, did it on my phone. The first room was absolutely disgusting. There was black mold around the air conditioner and the wallpaper was lifted due to mold. I took pics which will be posted. The entire room smelled of mold and super strong disinfectant (I'm sure to hide the mold/musty smell). I called to request a room without mold and the staff meme we told me to come get a new key card for a different room. When I went to the lobby, she was already laughing. I told her I took pictures and she can see and she laughed it off saying "yeah, yeah, I already know. Expedia rooms are like that". The new room was better but still not good. At this point I figured all of them were going to be nasty. Although there was no mold, it was filthy. Dust everywhere, bathroom not clean, stains on the floor and furniture, blood on the bathroom floor. My family has enjoyed this hotel property for years, staying here for our Disneyland and Universal Studios trips. For several months now, the experiences get worse. The mattresses in the rooms are completely sunken in on one side with a female employee saying that is how they are made, both sides being different. Male employees say we get what ever room they feel like giving us and making a request means nothing. Our most recent stay was terrible. The air system didn't work, the bed sunk in so far you felt the bed frame on one side, the refrigerator didn't work, the room wreaked of harsh chemicals, and we ended our final night with a spider walking across our pillows as we were in bed. We cancelled our July stay and will be booking a different hotel. read more

Ugh I wish I took some photos of the hotel, interior and exterior but it slipped my mind. Besides that I can definitely say this hotel is super clean, close to Disneyland and the best part is, parking is included!!! Although my daughter and I weren't in the hotel most of our trip, (due to being at Disneyland) when we were it was super comfortable, the beds were cozy and they have a mini fridge and a safe in each room. It's within walking distance to Disneyland about 10-15 minutes but after our first night we realized there were shuttles from Disneyland to and from for super cheap, after walking 20 miles a day in the park it is nice to not walk back to your hotel when you've completely exhausted yourself. Staff was friendly 5/5 Proximity to park 5/5 Close to Starbucks, subway, Blaze pizza and other shopping 5/5 Anytime I book a Disneyland vacation, I will look here first because we literally had one of thee best trips, and being close to our hotel definitely helped, we were able to take little breaks from the park, if needed, because it wasn't a hassle to come and go. read more

Honest truth, this place confuses me, we arrived late and wanted to get to our room. Once check-in happened, we went to our room, opened the door and was hit with a smell, kinda like someone just took a huge dump in our room. We were tired so we just opened the window. The smell was gone. Went to sleep we were hitting the parks early in the morning, upon wake up I noticed a sick of blood on the pillow case, so I left the pillow on top on the bed hoping housekeeping saw it and changed it....nope....housekeeping came into our room took the towels but didn't clean or make the beds... or replace the towels....huh??? We had to ask for new towels???? Why come into the room if not to clean??? Next morning took my shower, and the new towel(we had to ask for) had a fresh dirt stain on it...like wtf??? I was given a Starbucks card to get coffee in their lobby for being a member which was nice and the staff was so nice they also gave my friend's the same cards.
