I want to share a moment I'm genuinely grateful for. Margarita, a staff member at Park Vue Inn, greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, she truly went above and beyond. Earlier, I had left my belongings at Disneyland / Disney California Adventure, and when we spoke, she remembered me from the days before. Her being kind felt so sincere, you could feel how happy she was to be at work and how much gratefulness, she carries for all that she exemplifies and exudes! I would give her a 5/5 Star Review for the way she went the extra mile. It happened near the hotel's ice machine, vending area, and laundry room around 1:30-1:35 PM and by far this is not an April Fool's prank or joke. We spent three nights at the Park Vue Inn while the family celebrated at Disneyland. I was thrilled that they do daily room cleanings. The room was comfortable. The bed was firm and there were lots of pillows. Unfortunately, none of the pillows was as soft as I like. We got lucky and got the last room in the row, and therefore had more windows. The room was very quiet. There were plenty of towels. The end is right across the street from the entrance entrance to the Disney properties. It makes it very easy to get up in the morning and get to the park. The prices were competitive with the other hotels in the immediate area. They did offer a veterans discount. The staff at reception when we checked in, weren't particularly friendly, but the remaining staff we had contact with were helpful and nice. As you can see from my picture, we did have a little visitor. I would stay at the Park Vue again. read more

I have an existing reservation here and have attempted to call the hotel two days in a row with no success. Last night my call was routed to somebody offsite who was unable to do anything except take my phone number down almost reading from a script. Today I called and they have two options for their Phone tree... number one for new reservations and number two for existing reservations. I dialed option two waited on hold for five minutes and hung up. Called back dialed option one somebody picked up named Charity. I asked for help and was told I need to hang up and call back and press option two. I did that and when I called back and pressed option two, the same person, answered the phone and I said I just spoke with you. When I pressed option one she indicated she was unable to help me and that it was likely the front desk was experiencing "a high call volume". The same thing we hear everywhere else. Hopefully my stay isn't as much as a cluster but their front facing phone system is not leaving a good impression on what to expect. read more

Stayed at Park Vue Inn last month while visiting Disneyland. We stayed here back in 2016, but had to stay elsewhere in recent years because it got to be a lot more expensive than some of the other hotels in the area. Decided to stay here again this year because my mom was coming with us and I knew she would need to take breaks during the day and I didn't want her to have to walk far to a hotel. This hotel is literally right across the street. Can't get any closer than that! The hotel looks like it has been renovated from the last time we stayed. Everything looked like it got an upgrade. Pros: beds were decent, lighting in the rooms were awesome, and room was pretty clean when we arrived. IHOP right next door and a little store on premises. Cons: it can get pretty noisy if you're on the ground floor. I thought the people upstairs were going to come crashing through the floor...and I don't think they were doing anything excessive - just normal walking back and forth. The shower is really weird. There's no door, so when the shower is on, the water splashes to the outside near the toilet. Just a strange setup. Had a decent stay and I would stay here again. The location alone is the seller for me. After a long day in the park, it was nice to cross the street and already be at your room. read more

When you're looking for a place to stay when visiting the happiest place on earth consider staying here at Park Vue inn. I say this good neighbor hotel in particular primarily because of its location. You cannot beat it as it rests right across street from the Disney parks. Yes right across the street. We had stayed at various hotels for the past 3 decades and let me just say that this technically is the closest property. We have had the fortunate opportunity to stay on property at the Disney Hotels like Disneyland hotel and Grand Californian however they are both a bit further away in Downtown Disney. We recently did a five day stay here & loved the closeness especially with a toddler which makes it much easier to come back in between mid day for breaks. The room is cleaned daily, the staff is friendly and Abel in particular provided great customer service at the front desk! there is a washer and dryer on site. Make sure to bring your quarters to do the loads and soap is supplied. The amenities here and just what you need for your stay. Simple, a bit more affordable and easier on your wallet and rooms are decent. There is a soda and water machine for on the go to and from the parks. Free parking daily and included in your stay. There's a Mickey outlet and a cold stone attached to it as well as an IHop right next door which really comes in handy when you have kids. Bring the whole family! The only loss of star was because the floor to our room was slightly dirty & the noise level of which you can sometimes hear doors closing nearby. I believe there still is a continental breakfast but didn't utilize it on this trip. We will be back again! read more

This places is great in terms of location/distant from Disneyland. I love that they don't have carpet because I'm always paranoid of bugs hiding in them. Other than that, this is a pretty basic hotel, gym had one elliptical, one treadmill, and a weight bench with a few free weights, pretty basic. They don't offer breakfast. Again, if you go to Disney and like to take a break halfway through, this is a great location. read more

FYI: If you are planning to show up after 10pm for "Check In," please be advised that there willl not be anyone available to physically do so. Staff leaves the premises and shuts down for the day after 10pm. Our room key was left with security who patrols the premises. **Our party made sure to keep communication and updates with the staff which made for an easy process once we finally arrived. Physical ID is required for the room key pick up!** Our party of 4 [3 adults, 1 toddler] arrived a little past 1am on Friday. We walked around or a bit trying to locate the security guard who was holding onto our room keys but the actual exchange was quick and super easy. Pros: -The parking situation was good during the duration of our stay. There was always parking available but be prepared to do a bit of walking. -The room is equipped with a mini fridge and tiny microwave. Both appliances worked well. -Our TRADITIONAL DOUBLE QUEEN room was spacious enough for my toddler to roam around comfortably & freely. -The property is literally located across the street from Disneyland!!! This reason alone is worth you booking your stays here!!! -Disneyland's fireworks show is visible from your room's doorway. -AC unit worked well. Whether we were in need of a cool down or a bit of extra warmth throughout the night, this thing had us covered. Cons: -There is signage all around the property reminding guests to keep noise and chatter to a minimum between certain hours. Not everyone received that memo. With our room being located right next to the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor, we heard loud stomping and thumping all throughout the night, EVERY NIGHT. -Shower is a bit annoying. Seems like the hot water temp is timed where it proceeds to cool after X amount of time. Either take quick showers or stretch out your time by SLOWLY increasing the shower handle towards the HOT side -Carpeting needs a deep cleaning! My toddler ended up with dark feet after roaming around barefoot. BRING SANDALS OR SLIPPERS Y'ALL. -TV was garbage- it took quite a bit of work to turn the tv on and the channels flip by so annoyingly slow. Lucky for us, we are all content with entertaining ourselves with our phones. 4/5 stars for the overall visit. I'd easily make the decision stay here again simply due to the close proximity of the property vs Disneyland. The room itself was not high end by any means but will definitely come through after a long, tiring day of roaming the streets. As mentioned above, it can be loud at night due to other guests but bringing some earplugs for those super sensitive sleepers is a good solution. read more

Noel was AMAZING to us, and super helpful during our visit. The manager I think is Erik, but whatever he's the worst and can take a one way trip out. He has 0 patience nor any hospitality morals. During our stay, I booked a kitchenette suite with 3 beds. We arrived and as soon as I opened the door I felt this humid style warmth. I turned on the A/C and it didn't work. So we were in our room for about an hour. We were told the A/C's blew and needed to be replaced, so we were given the option to have 2 separate rooms while the a/c was repaired the following day. I have a special needs child and a handicapped guest with me, so moving was really inconvenient. They told me to move back in the room by 11am or they would charge me for both rooms I was staying in. I spoke to Erik and he was so unhelpful. I told him it was inconvenient for us to be moving from rooms, and for us to have to worry about moving our stuff when I paid for one room. His response was, how were we supposed to know it would blow? Do the managers not inspect the rooms to know there's an issue? Especially with old A/C's?!? I was extremely frustrated and angry with him and this hotel. Never had an issue until now. read more

Love that this was so close to the Disneyland entrance and right next to Calaca Mamas. Rooms are very clean, minimalistic, but have a fridge and microwave. They were pretty spacious for my family of 4. I would definitely come back. They also have a pool and hot tub. There's also a convenient store with cute Disney merch located within the plaza of Park Vue Inn. read more

Location is absolutely amazing with Disneyland a 5 min walk away. Hotel staff are so kind. The rooms have laminate flooring which I love more than carpet because it feels cleaner. My kids love the bunk beds and it makes the experience a little extra special. We also were able to keep our car after checkout while we stayed at the park The second floor doesn't have an elevator but the stair for us aren't terrible but may be an issue so if needed ask for a lower level floor. They also have a 24 hour cancellation which is awesome for plans change. read more

The location is superb. So easy to get in and out of the park. If you have littles and need a daytime nap this is probably the closest. The rooms are decent, however I wish we had more drawers and didn't have to live out of our suitcases. That being said, I would come back here again. read more

The general manager on duty during my visit was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called the hotel about an hour before arriving, and the front desk staff clearly told me that I could park there without any issue. However, when I arrived, the general manager immediately approached me in a very aggressive manner and demanded to know whether I had paid for parking. I explained that I had just arrived and was on my way to the ATM to get cash. Instead of helping or even listening, she continued to speak to me disrespectfully and insisted that I could not park there. Her attitude shifted even further when I told her the name of the staff member I spoke to--she warned me not to say the name because she "could get them in trouble," which made the situation feel even more unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I called the front desk again for clarification, they confirmed they were accepting parking prior to my arrival--until they checked with her. It was very clear that her personal attitude was the reason I was denied. The way she approached me and the tone she used made me feel targeted, and honestly, I do believe there were racial undertones in how she handled me compared to other guests. I did not feel welcomed or respected at all. I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on this experience, especially for guests of color. No one should be treated this way. read more

Stayed here for our Disneyland trip, found this through a Reddit sub. It was about $900 for a 4 day 3 night stay, two queen beds. Doesn't offer complimentary breakfast but there's an IHOP on site open 24/7 plus a souvenir shop. Literally right across the Disney security gate which is very convenient if you want to take breaks throughout the day. Check in and out was quick and easy as well. Overall a great experience during our stay and would probably stay here again in the future. read more

We stayed 4 nights and initially chose this inn due to the affordable cost and proximity to DLand. Our family of 4 stayed in a queen/ bunk bed room. Pros: Check in was easy with their online check in and the front staff made it simple and quick to get our keys. Our boys loved trying Cold Stone for the first time. We used the hot tub one night and had it to ourselves. Overall, we were happy with our stay and how quick it was to get to DLand. We came back every afternoon for a rest and I was glad we were staying so closer. It was fairly quiet. Loved the access to a fridge/small but separate freezer space and microwave in room. We saved so much money by doing our own food in the hotel and just bringing snacks into the park. Cons: True there is "free parking" but there is also a $10/night resort fee. No complementary breakfast offered though I imagine the resort fee might be higher if there was one. The floors felt sticky and the bunk bed rails and ladder felt sticky. They also had bunkbed made so that the kids heads were right by the A/C. I should have remade the beds so their heads were away from the AC. The room was pretty small (though we weren't in there much) and sort of humid/damp. Our sink faucet was set so far back from the sink basin that the water hit the counter and caused pooling on the counter. We had to place a towel to soak up the puddle. The cons were only mild annoyances and the pros outweigh them. All in all this inn is a more affordable option and we will definitely consider it in the future if we return to the area. read more

We had a 3 night say and on the second day found a cockroach in room 107. They said they could not move us to another room because it was sold out, said even if they did they could come out of any room because they are in the pipes, and send maintenance to spray with Raid. They offered us a measly 15% discount for ONE night ($50) for the trouble. This caused us anxiety, loss of sleep, and cleaning expenses to make sure we did not bring the roach (es) back to our home. We understand roaches can happen at any hotel, it is what the hotel does to make it right. And this one failed. Do not recommend. read more

Our first time staying here while visiting Disneyland and won't be our last. It was a much more dignified motel experience than any we have had across the street from Disneyland. It felt clean and was quiet - it's not the place to come with small kids - it doesn't have any of the big attractions you can get from other hotels like the big exciting swimming pool or all you can eat breakfast. But for our needs, it was good - easy to park, easy to book online, not busy at check in. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3 pm - we had to wait about 30 minutes before our room was cleaned, but they had someone double check the room after cleaning, which was nice - and it was clean. read more

Park Vue Inn is our favorite place to stay when visiting the Disneyland resort. It's right across the street from the entrance to the parks! The walk back to the hotel is very convinient especially after being at the parks all day and have tired kiddos. Parking is included for one vehicle with your room reservation, but we took 2 cars so we had to pay an additional fee for the second car. We do wish they would bring back their complimentary breakfast that they offered before the pandemic though. First, the staff here could not be more friendly and accommodating. We felt really taken care of by the staff. The hotel is right across the street from Disneyland. Attached to the hotel is Coldstone Creamery and a gift shop. There is a pool, but you need to make a reservation for it (reservations open up at 7am every day and you can schedule a 2 hour block for yourself or family throughout the day). There is a terrace on the second floor with tables and seating - the restaurant up there is not open, but you can use the chairs and tables to eat food you bring in yourself. The staff not only allowed us to use the area for our meals, they gave us a temporary parking pass for our family who met us up at the terrace to eat one meal together. The rooms are clean and comfortable and updated. The queen beds are a bit on the stiff side - thankfully we brought our own pillows so we used them all to help soften the bed. The kids loved, loved, loved having bunk beds. The rooms have a microwave, small fridge, small freezer, and makeup remover wipes. The gift shop connected to the hotel has some small convenience items like milk and food. IHOP and Denny's are next door - kids eat free from 4pm-midnight at IHOP. Parking here is free! I think this is our new favorite Disney hotel for convenience, ease of getting in and out of the parks (goodbye trams!!), and overall family happiness. read more

We love this place everytime we decide to come last min, Abe always helps us and makes our stay and check in very easy he is awesome. Last night again after a long hour drive we decided to check in for one night to rest go to Disney the next morning and then drive back home for another 3 hours. We'll this time was the first time we didn't see Abe at the front desk and the gentleman at the front desk (can't remember his name) this was like 11:30pm Wednesday, my God he was the rudest of rudest!! If this was my first time staying here I would never come back with that kind of guest service, one thing that Got to me was when we asked why was it so much that in all the years we have come even on the wknd we have never paid that much, he said "you are booking last minute what do you expect! Wow we have do e that many times and even on wknd and never been treated like that. Wish I never have to book with him again!!! read more

Most recent stay here was in October 2023 because previous trips to the Park Vue Inn (2016 & 2017) were not bad. However, this most recent trip is preventing me from returning. The carpeting was very dirty; within minutes of my son, running around without socks his feet were black. The tub in the shower would back up if used too long. The air is in the back of the room near the bathroom, so it was stuffy & semi-humid in our room at night. And during Covid, they stopped providing breakfast, however, the cost of the rooms were the same as when they did provide breakfast! We were unaware and caught off guard having arrived early for breakfast. Super inconvenient! The only pro to staying here is the location being right across the street from Disneyland. read more

I'm bummed to even leave a bad review we have stayed in years past and have loved this facility! We have never had complaints about the cleanliness but this time was just disgusting. Photos to show what we encountered upon arrival. I will say we stay here for the convenience as well as we love their outdoor pool. And I mean 10 percent off cold stone! But I'm bummed that it seems to be going down. We also were having issues with our toilet for half the trip. It was frustrating to have to call and them say "it's fixed" and then it wasn't again and again and again. Finally they came in and actually took it apart and fixed it. Oof. We had an experience so bad they gave us a night free. Who starts plumbing repair in the middle of the night banging on pipes??? Bad choices on their part. We have been staying here for years tho and sad to see changes in a post Covid world such as no more complimentary breakfast. Those good days are long gone but the proximity to Disneyland can't be beat. Even tho they took care of their mistake, I was sleepy and not well rested for the 12 Miles we walked around in the next day. We stayed here many times and were always satisfied. This time was quite disappointing. Breakfast is no longer provided but the room rates don't reflect the lack of amenities. After midnight, any phone call to the from desk is picked up by and off-site answering service and you are on your own if there is an issue or if any of your neighbors are practicing trampolining or WWE. This is a LOUD hotel as evidenced by the signs everywhere asking guests to keep the noise down. Pluses include proximity to park, clean, well-stocked room and friendly front desk (when they actually are there). read more

For anyone lazy about having to park at Disneyland, wait for a tram, then walk into the park- I def recommend this MOtel. I hate motels but this place is literally across the street from the main entrance. The tile floors were clean- how do I know? Bc I wipe every hard surface in any hotel/motel I stay at. They have a metal box spring and a bed bug encasement around the mattress which gave me a smidge of piece of mind that I wouldn't get bit or bring bed bugs home. On the second floor near the lobby, there is an outdoor lounge area where you can sit or stand to watch the fireworks at Disneyland. The fireworks show occurred at 930pm and lasted approximately 11 min. Unless you are completely knocked out by 929pm, you will def hear the fireworks from your room. I had no issues with my toilet flushing, obtaining hot water or with my shower drain draining. I guess my only gripe is that the room is small and didn't have a table for us to sit at to have a meal/snack... oh, and getting in and out of the parking lot can be a challenge when there is a herd of people constantly passing the entry/exit. read more

I haven't been to Disneyland in 2 years so I wanted a hotel that was very close to the entrance. The walk is crossing the street and you're there. Check in was very easy. Their check in is at 4 pm but we went to downtown Disney to kill time. You check in online and they send you a key through your email. You download an app called open key and that app will open your room via Bluetooth. Check out is even easier, you don't go to the front desk, they just automatically charge your card at 11 am. The hotel rooms were so nice and clean! They don't offer daily cleaning for your room but it is offered on the third day of your stay. The bed was comfy and clean. It's a very spacious room (single king). Theres a couch and a small table with two chairs for eating. There's a mini fridge with plenty of space, microwave, and coffee machine. No Netflix on tv, just cable but we didn't really use the TV anyway. I loved that there's one sink outside the bathroom as well as in the bathroom. The shower is a decent size too. The WiFi wasn't super fast so we used our own data to get our boarding passes for the virtual queues and it worked fine. It was very quiet at night (besides fireworks) and made it easy to sleep. I will come back to this hotel every single time we go to Disney now! Also, the AC is very strong. Kept us very cool on hot days that we stayed there. It can be quite loud though at times even on the lowest setting. read more

I can't say enough good things about our experience at the Park Vue Inn. I wasn't sure what to expect when we were planning our first ever family vacation to Disneyland with myself, husband, autistic 5-year-old, and toddler. With young and neurodivergent kids, and a family vacation new to us, our biggest concern was convenience. First and foremost Park Vue Inn is literally across the street from Disneyland. That was the initial draw. Second, the price is way better than any of the Disney resorts I was also looking at due to their convenience. But it just kept getting better. We were able to reserve a bunk bed room and my 5-year-old, who hates to be separated from me, was SO excited for the bed that he slept there by himself (his first independent sleep!) and told me the bunk bed was his favorite part of the vacation, lol. It was safe, sturdy, and clean. And even though the room was not that large, it provided all the space and amenities we needed (like a fridge for our toddler's milk and a freezer and microwave for dino nuggies). The gift shop is also so reasonably priced and the staff each time were very friendly and polite! The next morning we popped the kids in our double stroller and walked right to the entrance of Disneyland easily. Unfortunately that night my 5 year old woke up so sick. We made the decision to leave early so we could get him home and to the doctor. When I let the staff know we had to cancel our third night due to illness, they were very kind to us and able to refund the cost of that night we didn't stay. Then I called Disney. Unfortunately, we only had two weeks to use our tickets for the California Adventure park that we would have gone to next if my son hadn't gotten sick. We decided to try the next weekend so I made a second reservation at Park Vue Inn. And then our toddler woke up in the middle of the night sick with what his brother had. I called to cancel the hotel yet again. The staff member I spoke to, Carlos, said that since we were a repeat customer he would give us a credit instead of losing our deposit. But if we made another reservation and then cancelled again we would not be able to get a refund (Understandably so). We waited one more week for our toddler to get better, and on the last day before our California Adventure tickets expired we decided to try one last time to complete our vacation. Though it was last minute, Park Vue Inn had a room available the day before (no bunk bed but a cool sofa bed!). Everyone stayed healthy. We had a chance to visit the second park and use our tickets and even meet some super heroes at California Adventure. And at the end of the day we returned to a hotel that was easy to get to, clean, with kind staff. The only real con at all is that the parking lot is a little tight to maneuver around. But you get a parking pass to keep your car there while at the Disney parks. So what started out as a stressful experience ended happily due to this hotel. Stayed here earlier this month on a Disney trip. We arrived super early to get a parking permit and the process was simple and quick! After a long tiring day at the parks it's such a relief when all you have to do is cross the street and you're there. Our room was pretty nice and the mobile key and check in & check out was super useful! Other reviews mentioned the floor being dirty and this is true. I'd recommend using sandals or laying out towels on the floor if you like to walk around barefoot without turning your feet black from the dirty floor. Not a big deal in my opinion since everything else was fine. But another con is all the foot traffic outside in the early morning and at late night. It made me feel a bit on edge but it's understandable and I'd assume most people staying here visit the parks and may arrive early/late. Overall I would stay here again, it was mostly clean and location is unbeatable. read more
