Wow! It's been forever that I have had a pedicure. Other salons I feel pressured, uncomfortable, and just not a big fan of sitting for so long lol. But at WynnNailsBar it was worth the 1 hour ! I'm the most impatient person but Ivy was great! I had the $45 and my daughter had th 30 plus chilac:) we loved our time there! From one non loving nail salon lady;) I give this a 5 star!!! I got my nails done Friday September 3. Since Friday Sept. 3 I've had to go back and get 6 nails fixed. I've been there 3 times in two days and just had another nail pop off. This is dip powder that's popping off of my nails. I was blamed for what's happening and was told that I'm wasting their time coming in. I was referred to come here by a relative who happens to be white. I'm a Black woman and have been treated with an attitude now by multiple people now including the manager. I had someone throw my hand because I wasn't pleased with the color after he did 3 nails. I won't be coming back not even to get this nail fixed.

Bella always does an amazing job!! Been coming to her for months and she always gives me exactly what I wanted, i gave her the reference picture and asked for the usual shape i get which is long almond but slightly pointed and she did it perfectly as usual. 11/10 recommend :)

I had an AMAZING pedicure today by Ken. My toes are so clean and pretty now. The entire salon is welcoming and immaculate. Everyone was so polite and a pleasure to talk to. Services are definitely top quality. After my pedicure I got full set done by Teddy. She's so good! She puts in a lot of work to her design and does an amazing nail prep before adding the nails. Today was my first visit at this salon and I am now obsessed. I received AMAZING service from the moment I walked in. The gentleman at the front desk got me all set up picking colors, he got me a mimosa, and set me up in the pedicure chair. One lady did my pedi and another did my full set manicure but both were so amazing and I'm so happy with how my nails and toes turned out! They even have a super fun wheel at the front you can spin to win prizes. This salon was CLEAN, professional, personable and just overall amazing. I will most definitely continue coming here.

I looked for a salon near me and saw that Wynn Nails Bar had recently opened, and I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad that I did! The staff was very kind and diligent. My nail tech did a very thorough job shaping, trimming and cutting my cuticles. I received three coats of shellac and a top coat. My nails turned out lovely and I will definitely be back for a pedicure next time! The price was just fine, and the wine was plentiful. Thank you Wynn Staff!

I love coming here, the have been my favorite nail salon in a long time, and even now that I don't live in San Antonio any more, if I am back I come and get my hands and toes done. Best place ever! I'm not as big on pedis as my wife and girls are but this is our go to place and the best that San Antonio has to offer. They always go above and beyond to do an amazing job for the prices. They'll do your nails right and the best part is the long massages. I'd come just for that. My whole family is picky and loves this place. The staff is super friendly and family oriented. We have a relationship with nearly everyone here. The salon is so relaxing and they'll give you a free drink. I'll never go anywhere else as long as I'm here. read more

I saw good reviews for this salon on Google and Yelp and expected it to be great and then I left with cuts on three of my fingers and badly painted nails. I got the premium pedicure and regular manicure. I got the pedicure from a man who was great and then towards the end of the pedicure he left and a pregnant woman came over to do my manicure and paint my hands and toes. She cut me three separate times because she was rushing as fast as she could and didn't acknowledge any of them. She would reach over to the drawer next to me to pull out a cleansing solution and a green powder to clot the bleeding. My middle finger was bleeding so much she had to wipe the first set of clotting powder off with a huge drop of blood and reapply it. I managed to wash off most of the blood on my middle finger - including some of the dried blood on my nail she decided to just paint over which you can see under the edge of the paint. The foot massage was nice but everything else (what the woman did) was awful. My nails are badly painted and the cuticles she didn't chop off aren't trimmed well at all. I was charged full price for everything and not offered any discount or more than a quick apology and to let her know when the nails were done drying so she could apply some kind of oil to my injured fingers. read more

Just moved to San Antonio and I'm so happy I found this place. It's so clean the staff is very friendly. My nail technician was Tammy and she did a amazing job. She took her time and was very precise with her work. She had so many stickers to choose from, I decided on the Louis Vuitton ones and I love them. I got my toes done by Kelvin! He was AMAZING! I just moved here from Colorado and I can't believe how perfect this place was! They took their time and catered to the other guest so well. Most of these reviews are due to discounts being rewarded for reviews. But some aren't "real reviews". Went in for a full set on January 2, 2021, nail broke on January 6, I went in on January 8 to get it fixed. Next week on January 12, the SAME nail broke. January 14 another nail broke. Nail tech was a sweet guy but the quality wasn't great at all. In addition, they seem to be understaffed. Only 2 nails techs with a line of people waiting. Bryan used to do my nails, he was GREAT. Every time I go in & ask for him, they say he isn't there. Finally found out he quit. I'm new to San Antonio, so I'm now back on the hunt for a good nail shop. read more

Excellent service! I found Wynn nails on Instagram and walked in to get a pedicure done in time for the holidays. I highly recommend Wynn nails - the prices are extremely reasonable, the polish options are very pretty, and the drink selection is great as well. The service is friendly and welcoming, and I felt very pampered by the attention to detail and wonderful service. I felt very safe with the COVID precautions and everything was very clean and sanitary. I will definitely be back! read more

I showed her my one broken nail that I told I kept trying to grow out but kept breaking and showed her my thin, scraggly nails. I told her I was trying to grow them out for months after I stopped using Dip Powders. She hooked me up and made them look pretty even if the nails weren't long. Kudos to her and thank you for not letting me feel embarrassed about the state of my toes and nails, LOL!! She'd just say "It's okay! I'll take care of you!" :-)

But as of recently, I've been getting knicked, improperly filed down and had less than ideal results. The service has been inconsistent and it's sad to see this place go downhill. It's even more sad to see that management has not only gaslit me, but very clearly is doing it to other women.

With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.

I used Yelp to communicate with the Salon and not only wrote what I wanted on my nails but sent them a photo giving 2 examples of what design I wanted. They reassured me that they could do it. Excited, I drove 25 minutes and arrived to find young adults running the shop. Again, I showed them the photos and was again reassured they could do it. Since I was there, I asked for a pedicure and that was the best thing I received. The technician was mature in age and without any direction she did a great job and surpassed my expectations... on my toes that is. Now my nails... A young adult came to start the process and again I showed her photos of what I wanted. She looked worried and then I learned why. They kept showing me stickers and 3D flowers of nothing like the photo so then I was confused. The tech couldn't even make a simple flower drawing..now I'm frustrated. I was very clear! I left the table disappointed and confused. I left with just a plain French dip because I said "forget it, please just finish!". I told the young clerk I was not satisfied and did not get any design because the clerk couldn't even do a simple flower. She replied, next time if I give them time, they can order the design. I told her no need, there won't be a NEXT TIME! So she handed me a gift box of lotion?
