I literally told Will "one of the owners" that I think it's just the battery since the bike did not turn over and the bike only has 600 miles on it. I told Will "who was rude" to call me when the bike made it to their shop. He said it'll be around 3-4. Never called me. I called at 5pm, Will told me my bike would be ready for drop off same day. After my 2nd call to Will he tells me the battery is no good and offered me a battery that he ended up not having. I didn't know this until hours later after I called them again for the 3rd time for a status check. At this point it was 8pm. I did not want their services anymore and informed Will who exploded over the phone cursing at me admitting to being busy with other stuff and me calling for the status on my bike is not helping. I ended up canceling the inspection and just wanted it dropped off that night as Will stated earlier in the day. Out of anger Will said no. I had no choice but to set up a date and time for a drop off over the phone with Will for 15 minutes as he tried to argue with me about leaving the bike their and charging me for another aftermarket battery to be installed the next day that I did not want. Later that same night around 10:30pm, Will calls me apologizing and decided to drop off my bike... If it'll take more time or something goes wrong why would you not communicate that to your client? C'mon man... Only thing that went right was the pick up and drop off.

I called these guys, they hooked me up with a tow company and I had the bike brought to them. It was something ridiculously minor and although they are very busy, they had the bike ready to pick up the next day and only charged me a minimal fee!! I guarantee the local Indian dealership not only would have taken forever I'm certain they would have screwed my on the bill. When we arrived, the place was very clean and organized. We met Victoria who manages the front desk and Randy was the go to guy who looked over our car and we gave them the estimated quote from the other guys insurance company. He gave us the honest truth that it would take about 3 days to fix our back number. And it was a plus that they also scheduled Enterpise car rental near by to pick us up from the shop. What customer service! They take all form of payments. If you do charge it on your credit card there's an additional service fee added on to the cost if you chose to pay this route. Ask about the fee amount before you decide to charge it! When we got a call back, it was 3 days! When we arrived the car was parked up front, washed, waxed and cleaned up inside. It smelled like new too! This was a very nice surprise! They gave us our paperwork along with their warranty of their work on the car, wow! Overall a great experience from start to finish. The first review that I made was really good and I like their service but after that service i had another car issue that popped up a month or two later and they would check out my car again. It got to the point where they were unable to fix my car but it kept trying to charge me for stuff that wasn't guaranteeing it to be fixed. This place was taken advantage of my kindness and they were having my car for a couple weeks but not doing anything with it. They charged me almost $900 just to change a spark plug. That makes no sense at all and it took a few hours just to do it. When I got my car back one time I found a cigarette butt too in the air filter. The fees that they have here are just ridiculous. I eventually just said that I just had enough my car because it's beyond repair and it was probably more cheaper in the long run to buy a new car than to keep giving Bartels my money for something that will never be fixed. My heart is broken because I really enjoyed coming here and I brought a few people over to give them a try. I will look elsewhere still for the time being for a new repair person for when my current car wants to throw in a towel.

He called before he took our jeep they said they were closing and to leave the keys in the jeep.
