Hubby got into a fender bender - guys fault and we wanted to use a local auto body shop. Yelped it and boom we found this place not too far from home. When we arrived, the place was very clean and organized. We met Victoria who manages the front desk and Randy was the go to guy who looked over our car and we gave them the estimated quote from the other guys insurance company. He gave us the honest truth that it would take about 3 days to fix our back number. And it was a plus that they also scheduled Enterpise car rental near by to pick us up from the shop. What customer service! They take all form of payments. If you do charge it on your credit card there's an additional service fee added on to the cost if you chose to pay this route. Ask about the fee amount before you decide to charge it! When we got a call back, it was 3 days! When we arrived the car was parked up front, washed, waxed and cleaned up inside. It smelled like new too! This was a very nice surprise! They gave us our paperwork along with their warranty of their work on the car, wow! Overall a great experience from start to finish. Recently I took my car to Exdents Collision Repairs, in Wood Dale, Illinois. My car had been rear ended in the Jewel Foods Store parking lot. With approximately $2,400, in damages. Randy, at Exdents was very polite and professional, he wrote an estimate, and we agreed that he would call me when the parts came in. A few days later the parts were in. Randy stated that since my car was still drivable, it would save me time and money for a rental car, if he painted the bumper first, wait a day or two for the bumper to dry, then bring the car for repairs. Simply an amazing Auto Body shop. I had my Range Rover painted there and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. I understand the RR dealership uses them for work also. Fast forward 2 years......I saw a chip on the back of the car that I thought was a defect in the painting they did but come to find out it was caused by hitting a gate and they still took care of me with no charge. Randy a professional? I don't think so... NOT EVEN CLOSE. Biggest BS'r I have ever seen. Completely lied to me for 3 weeks telling me my car was being worked on, when in fact, it was still outside in their storage lot. Where it was originally parked from day one! This is not a professional. Just a liar. The shop does a fairly good job on the vehicles. But there's no way to avoid this guy. Randy is knowledgeable and friendly and you can tell he takes great pride and care of the business.Bonus, the facility was very clean and orderly. Not only did Randy fix my Jeep Grand Cherokee so that it looked brand new again, he did a full detail of my car. It hasn't looked that clean since I drove it off the dealer's lot! Can't say enough about the service here. I took in my 6-year old car with 2 major recent issues and a handful of smaller dents and scrapes that I had lived with for a while and not only did they give me the most reasonable quote of three vendors, they came in under their quote. I chose them not just based on the quote but because when I met with them it was clear that they were going to try to do everything possible to avoid having to replace parts. That made me feel comfortable that they were going to keep the cost at or below quote. Anyway, they did the work quickly, at a reasonable price, and made my car look great.
