My insurance had my name but to them it wasn't my official name , that's the start , had to jump through loops to get redone . Then comes getting my License Plate and Registration has taken 2-3 months and all the say it's at my tax office. I bought itvv CB as I live in Texas. This place is full of $***!!! I have a slingshot that ran hot, and my insurance company towed it here for diagnostics. It sat in their lot for 10days with no service at all. We called every day and were told they'd check it, and they never did until we just had the insurance company move it to another shop. Customer service and basic competence is nonexistent in this place. They don't set proper expectations, and they tell blatant lies to get you off the phone or out of their office! Had an unbelievable bait and switch experience while attempting to purchase a used bike. There were warning signs all along the transaction that individually didn't amount to much, but when viewed in retrospect clearly shows a well thought out bait and switch strategy. Clue 1 - when I offered to put down 1/3 the total price by e-check, was told I needed to fill out a credit application first. Ok ... who doesn't take a giant deposit? Clue 2 - the salesperson, Jessica, tells me she will return my call within 15 minutes of the credit check, which I had done online while we were talking by phone. Didn't call back the rest of the day. And I know there was no credit issue as my FICO score is over 800. Clue 3 - still didn't call the second day, so I have to call them in the afternoon. Clue 4 - Jessica tells me my credit is great. And which bike do I want? Really? You didn't take down any information when we talked the day before? Clue 5 - I receive a call back from Jessica within 15 minutes to tell me someone else put down a $300 deposit on that bike this morning. You turn down a several thousand dollar down payment for a $300 deposit??? Clue 6 - Jessica then offers to sell me a new bike "for just a couple thousand dollars more" than the bike I wanted to purchase. I refused to continue any transaction at this point. Clue 7 - called and asked to speak with the sales manager, who, of course, wasn't available and never returned my call. Clue 8 - three days later the bike I wanted to purchase is still posted for sale online. In short, this was the slickest bait and switch I have ever encountered. Adding to the other terrible reviews on the site. Terrible communication, shady upselling, no urgency/respect for the customer. Their advertisement says they are an online store. With COVID happening, I attempted to do as much over email as possible. I provided everything I wanted from what I had looked up on their website. The saleswoman would respond once or twice per day and I would have to ask the same questions multiple times. The entire process took about a month with 70 emails back and forth. This is also including multiple phone calls. The initial 3 we discussed were not available. She offered me another one. I filled out all the paperwork for a down payment. She told me the amount I needed for a down payment, and that I was approved for zero interest for 6 months, and 0 payments for 6 months. I agreed to all of the above, but then she told me the bike was actually just purchased and but another one is available for $500+ more, and I'd just need another $250 to the down payment. The bike that was available was one of the initial bikes I asked about that she said weren't available. I continued and agreed to do the above. She then called back and said she had good news, I was approved, but couldn't be approved for the initial offer of 0% and 0 payments. She also recommended I put a deposit down now that was non-refundable because the bike might get sold. This was after a MONTH of inefficient communication, and them already selling a bike we were discussing. I emailed and said it took too long, the terms changed too many times, and I didn't feel comfortable leaving a non-refundable payment for something that might change yet again. This dealership advertises free nationwide shipping for every vehicle over $5,000. But they will not negotiate on the price. I needed breakdowns between a new and used bike, warranty information, end to end inspection, etc. I knew which bike I was interested in so there wasn't much conversation there, but I did have multiple staff interactions. Nancy was my sales associate who I met from an online inquiry and a store visit. Tim (Owner) gave me a estimate for a trade in and finalized the details. Other staff members went over warranty info, and finalized my paperwork. All in all it was seamless, friendly and solid experience. To me, I just wanted my questions answered. Never ever buy a used motorcycle from Imotors. I bought my 2013 Harley Davidson super glide with 1880 miles. When I picked up, they told me that it was serviced and they inspected it's ready to go. As soon I picked up the motorcycle I noticed that batter is dead. They replaced the battery. As part of the deal they need to replace the kickstand but they said it's not in stock they will call me once they get, it's been weeks there is no update or. Or response from them. After the purchase When I am driving back home i noticed that indicator signal on tank is not showing . They should suppose to catch this and battery during their inspection before handing over the bike. after 2 weeks I went back to show them the Indicator they said they will order the part and told me they have the kickstand but never communicated to me. Once I came back home I noticed oil is leaking from front wheel immediately i informed them so that they will cover under initial 30 days 500 miles warranty . After that I tried to find status of the part no response from the sales guy /parts department. finally service guy told me drop of the motorcycle they will check the leak . During the drop off they told me that it will take a day or two to fix it. After 5 days when I called them they didn't have time to look into it and they don't have any estimate when they are going to check. Conclusion I highly recommend not to buy any used motorcycle from them, their service is horrible. Good luck if anything need to be fixed under initial 30 days 500 miles warranty they are not going to respond and they give your motorcycle least priority. No one responds to your messages. I purchased a 2010 Spyder RT from this place on Sept 22, it has been in their shop since Sept 30. I got the motorcycle home and all the clutch fluid leaked out by Sept 24 and it is very hard to get it into second gear. i purchased all the available warranties and was told that it had a lifetime powertrain warranty. Now all I hear are excuses and what can only be outright lies. They will say anything to get you off the phone, waiting on parts, owner is searching for parts, I'll check on it and have the manager call you back but nothing has happened. I am working with BRP to get another dealer to pick it up for repair. If you are considering this place do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. If you buy a used bike, have a third party inspect it immediately after purchase. They sold me a bike with leaking front forks and broken break lights then refused to cover the repairs because 30 days had lapsed despite me not putting but 20miles on the bike. I really, really wanted to give them a better rating. Jason the sales manager handled my questions as best he could and did everything in his power to assist me. However, I owned the bike for less than three weeks before it was in the mechanics, who have informed me they would auction the bike off because it was in such rough shape. As I financed the bike this isn't an option, so I am looking into using my GAP insurance to get out from under this bike. It came to me with issues ( broken speedometer and body damage concealed by the saddlebags I wasn't aware of, all this didn't really bother me), but then a crack in the engine and a slow leak eventually thrashed the engine.
