Triumph Bonneville T120

Recently bought a 2024 Triumph Bonneville T120 from Hal Keegan at MCC. It was a great experience! He is VERY knowledgeable, experienced, and actually rides. He took time to find and show me a lot of different bikes as I had an idea what I wanted, but at 6'2" it's tough to find the right amount of bike I wanted in a size that didn't fit like a scooter. Hal was very patient and helpful in his opinions, without pressing or pressuring. The sale paperwork went quickly! And it was a done deal. Nicely done Team MCC!

Bought a 2017 Triumph Bonneville T100 from Michael Hayes. I could not be happier with my experience with MCC and Mike. He was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process and got me on the right bike at a great deal. You won't find any pushy salesmen here. Just genuine bike lovers doing what they love. Can't wait for the riding season to begin. Thanks, Mike & MCC.

I tried to purchase a brand new bike from the dealership. I'm out of state and was willing to buy the bike before it ever landed at the dealership. Arrange my own shipping the whole nine. When they sent me the price sheet, they had added 20% to the price of the bike plus what was not included yet was the 6% sales tax in my home state. When I called the dealer back to ask about the 20% additional fees they had tacked on, I spoke to Scott who identified himself as the sales manager. He was incredibly rude. I mentioned the 20% and he said "It's not 20%, it's dealer fees." I said it's still 20%, and then proceeded to explain the math. He responded rudely and aggravatingly "WHATS YOUR POINT?" If this is how the sales manager talks to customers who are trying to buy a brand new bike site unseen. I can't imagine how the dealership would respond to services, or gear shopping etc. save your time, money and frustration, go literally anywhere else.

Took the beast in for its 20,000 mile major overhaul and new tires. This is the premiere motorcycle shop in Illinois as well as northwest Indiana for any Triumph or Ducati or other high end motorcycles. They have great service and their service manager Alex Becker is the best. Just make sure you call ahead because they get busy in the summer months starting in March and April.

Scott, former sales manager, was awesome. Unfortunately he's retired now but I still do business with this shop.

MCC did fantastic work on my 2011 Ducati 796 ABS. It now rides better than it did when it was new and completed ahead of schedule.

So I called and spoke to a fella by the name of Mike and just off his attitude I knew I was going to get my bike.

I previously left a high review as a client who not only purchased a motorcycle from them, but used…read morethem for service. After my last experience with them, I will never bring my motorcycles back to them for any type of service. As a repeat client, it shouldn't be that hard to set up appointments, but their communication is horrible. It literally took me three weeks to get back to me. It is next to impossible to actually reach someone direct. You are always told they're on the phone or meeting with someone and then it could be a day or three days before someone get back to you. The only person who was responsive in of both in my previous experiences recently was Jordan. For this recent experience, I was adding crash bars to my motorcycle a newly acquired Triumph, resolve a service light, handle three nationwide recalls, and get an oil change. To their credit they did a nice job on equipment install. One recall with for replacing the back tire and the other recall with bleeding the clutch for a known issue. They got back to me that Triumph could not get me a replacement tire timely but would cover the cost of a new tire which they provided. They did put on a new tire with a 2024 date stamp. I was contacted about getting service and they recommended changing clutch fluid even though the bleeding the clutch was one of the covered recalls. It was at that point I said deliver my bike without adding anything else. I have other mechanics that can do oil changes. The kicker is that after they return my bike and as I was putting it in my garage I noticed that scratched one of my black side aluminum side panniers. I immediately sent before and after photos indicating the fresh scratch (with black marker that someone tried to conceal) It's 3" long and quite visible. It's not with replacing but just bothersome. Jordan was very responsive and got back to me that they didn't know where that could've happened. Noah, who picked up and dropped off the motorcycle took video recordings both times and I asked them to review. I've yet to hear back from them. It has been exhausting dealing with them. If you're looking to purchase a motorcycle, I would give sales department high rating, but avoid their department for your sanity.

I would have given 5 stars every time over the past 20 years , up until now. I purchased two…read morePiaggio MP3's new in 2007. Brought them in over the years for upkeep. Today, Rex told me they only service bikes still under warranty. Huge problem. Motoworks won't even change the tires. The buying experience was awesome with Motoworks, but if you need servicing on what they sell to you, then beware....and you know you will always need servicing.
