Once he received the deposit an appointment was set for Feb. 10th. On Feb. 10th Anthony aka Sebastian canceled my niece appointment stating that he had to finish up with a client. Another appointment date was set for Feb. 13th. When that day came he canceled the appointment again stating that he was working on a client. Another date was set for Feb. 16th. Anthony canceled her appointment again, this being the third time. He stated that he was feeling under the weather and asked if he could reschedule for a later time that day. My niece had originally explained to Anthony(Sebastian) that she was here on leave from the military and that she would be departing on Feb. 19th heading back out of the country for active duty. Due to the many cancellations on his end my niece requested that he refund her money since he was unable fulfill his end of the contract. I also reached out to Anthony (Sebastian) to attempt to rectify the situation but he later blocked me when I insisted that a refund be given to her since he voided the contract the moment he canceled her appointment. Unfortunately we were able to find out that he has done this to other individuals. As a black community we try to support black businesses but with situations like this it makes it hard to do so.
