I love X-Quisite Nails! Everyone is so nice, and the facility is clean and inviting. Jenny does my nails, and she is the best nail tech I've ever had. I've never had a problem with chipping or nail lifting with my acrylics, which has happened when I've gone to other salons, and Jenny is so talented with her nail designs. They also have a wide range of color options which I also appreciate. And if I have a hard time deciding, Jenny always steers me in the right direction. read more

I'm pretty loyal to my usual nail biz, but I was nearby X-Quisite Nails and had time to kill while waiting for my oil to get changed next door at Tuffy. I was due for a pedi and no-chip mani, so I though eh, why not? The salon was completely empty at about 3 p.m. on a Tuesday afternoon. There were 3 nail technicians working. I was immediately rushed to choose a color before even explaining what kind of services I needed. Typically, I prefer to view the no-chip options for my mani first, then I can find a matching toe nail color based off of that. But no, I was instructed to choose my toe nail polish. The color options are weak, but I went with a light pink OPI color. I was shown to my pedicure chair and asked to put my feet in the water. To my surprise the water was cool (um... shouldn't this be hot water?). While he got started on my pedi I was able to look through their no-chip polish options. Maybe I'm spoiled at my usual nail salon, because they have a ton of no-chip color options (and toe nail polish labeled to match) -- this place, not so much. I finally found a light neutral color and decided to go with that. This of course made me change my mind on my toes, and I went with a brighter bolder coral color instead. The pedicure itself was alright. Nothing fancy that's for sure. Scottie my nail technician was very friendly. While he worked on my feet someone else foiled up my fingers to remove my no-chip. Next up was my polish change. A girl helped me out with this. Again, there wasn't anything special about it, but the manicure turned out just fine. It cost me $25 for a no-chip polish change and $25 for a regular spa pedicure. Pretty standard. They accept credit cards for payment, but tips are cash only. Honestly, I feel like X-Quisite needs to up there game in the pampering/customer service department and get better nail polish options in order to compete with the other nail salons in the area! read more

Just got a pedicure here. First we show up a half hour after they closed and they totally still took us, my girl was super gentle and did a beautiful job. I'm here again today and I was here for my first time about 3 weeks ago. It was empty when I walked inside due to it being Father's Day so both employees said hello and asked what I wanted. I got the bin for no-chip colors and began looking for what I wanted when I found the chrome selections which were gorgeous! I asked some questions about what the process is like and all of that which were all answered nicely and with knowledge. Love it that they were able to converse and chat with me. Then my manicure was phenomenal. My cuticles looked wonderful, the paint was even and covered everything. Then on top of that, IT LASTED THREE WEEKS. The longest no-chip I've ever gotten. I have a physical disability that left me with 4 toes, they were reluctant to give me any sort of discount or anything, even though I don't get the same "pedicure" as everyone else. I think its wrong to charge $26+ to leave 6 unpainted, uncut etc. Their excuse was that they still scrub my feet, but I don't get a full service, and that's my problem with it. One of the technicians (Jenny?) is a chatty Cathy! She talks to everybody, so much so that one gets the impression that her focus is not on the job at hand. I'm okay with friendly, but this was too much chatter. Also, twice my nail color changed just a few days after I got a manicure. They looked discolored. The elder woman who works there took absolute great care of me! I picked a color that ended up being lighter than I thought but she took the time to put the extra coats on to make it look perfect. Other places would probably just to the standard 2 coat and leave it looking transparent. She also made my shape a perfect pointy almond. read more

I had a pedicure this afternoon. It was my first time here. I agree with the previous review that is was clean and spacious but the appointment was awful. My attendant didn't check the water and didn't ask me and it was cold. She also was answering the door throughout my pedi. She did not do elements that I have always had done with my other pedicures such as shape, possibly clip the nails etc. I asked for the $35 pedicure which was to include an additional sea salt scrub and removal of calluses. She used the sea salt but I walked out with the same calluses I walked in with. My entire pedicure only took 20 mins and that was with her getting up numerous times to address clients who were walking in. I was very disappointed. read more

I only give this 1 star because the people were friendly. I went in for a no chip manicure, and I got a Amy, who the whole time she was working on my manicure was talking to everyone else walking around the room, and looking at everyone else. I had to keep moving my hands so she would pay attention to what she was doing for me, the person was who was paying her for her services! She shorted me on how many layers of no chip product she put on, compared to other places I have been to, which I pointed out to her. She told me no you don't need that many layers. It has been less than a week since I had that done and two fingernails have the Polish chipped off and one fingernail has a split in it. I can also see the white of my fingernails through the Polish, because there are not enough layers on it. I gave her a very generous tip, which was not earned. I'm literally crying right now. Christmas is in 3 days. Worst eyebrow wax EVER! Totally unacceptable!

I'm not sure what is going on but I called Monday evening to book a mani and pedi with Lee or Scottie at 9:30 am. the next morning and the gal that answered the phone said how about 10 and I said sure. When I got there, 3 brand new workers stared back at me. A gal (friendly) asked how she could help me and I signed in, told her that I booked a mani and pedi with Lee or Scottie, were they here? She said sure, pick out a color, its 35.00. I said no, I want a mani and pedi and I have a coupon for 29.95 for both. I choose my colors and sat down for the pedi, still looking for Lee or Scottie. A woman took my old polish off, cut very little nail, (I actually asked for shorter)(never had to do that before) and I don't think she could see my cuticles because I couldn't see much coming off. ( I know it sounds gross but I feel its important) Again, I asked for Lee or Scottie, and I got a mumbled" uh huh". She then traded places with the man, who scrubbed my feet and lightly"touched", not massaged my calves, never once touching my feet! Switch again to the woman who then did the polishing. I was so tense at this point but it was like being in a dream( I had to find out how the mani would go.) I slowly moved to the mani chair and stuck both hands in the bowl of cool water and marbles. For about 10 seconds! Thats it! and then very little filing and very little cuticle removal! No hand massage, a drop of lotion on my arms, waved to the sink area, and polish on, and led to heat area. Wow! No other customers came in and only one customer was there getting gels and a pedi. I felt duped and yes, I could have left after the bad pedi but I didn't.
