I wish I could give less than one star…read more The short of it: After nearly three weeks and three home inspections, Hugh Turner informed us that they would not tent our 3/2 home. Their reason was because of a few ferns and a temporary trellis. The full story: An inspector from Hugh Turner showed up exactly when they were scheduled to and was very professional and courteous. We walked the property and spoke about all of the preparations needed to tent, including the clearing of a small alley that is overgrown with ferns and the need to detach a trellis from the wall of our house. He took measurements and went on his way. After a week with no response, we called their office to find out about the quote. They didn't know who was at our house to inspect, and they would look into it. The next day the same employee showed up at the house and informed us they had lost his measurements. He remeasured the property and left. Another weekend passes and Monday brings a new employee to our door to measure the property, again. He promises a quote within 24 hours and measures our property for the third time. The following day, we receive a message saying they won't tent because of ferns and a trellis. I called the office to discuss, and they will not discuss the property any further. When I remind the employee on the phone that the trellis and ferns will be removed before tenting, she replies that they can't tent with the foliage and trellis in place. We go in circles of "we will remove the foiliage and trellis" with the response something to the effect of "we can't do it with the foliage and trellis in place". After two trips around this nonsensical merry go round, I hung up. Save yourself the time, effort, and money. Call anyone else.

Our family can vouch for this company with pride. We used manning brothers for a year consistently. The first visit was the most in-depth. We found there was an issue with German roaches where we moved in. Not only did they treat our unit, but, they educated us on their habits, traits and how to avoid inviting them in our space again. Flavio was awesome!!! Ask for him!!! They'll even service your car if there is an issue there! One time spray in the car... the problem goes away. After the first visit in the home it was just an as needed call here and there as they died off. Trust me... this isnt's what they use to be known for. They are a whole lot more considerate and respectful to your house rules. You just have to speak up and make them known.

About a month ago, We had an electric shade installed on our transom window.when they drilled holes…read moreon the side to install it a bunch of ants came out,and we were told that we might have a serious problem, so they recommended Greggs Aggresive Pest solutions, we called them immediately, Eric came out the next day, and Discussed our problem which happened to be white footed ants, the hardest ant to get rid of,Eric tried different approaches to solve this problem, but it didn't work, he came back to our home and We drilled holes by the transom window and some on the wall, and he injected a chemical that Hopefully was where the nest was, and that would take care of the problem. I was hesitant. I was afraid I'd have thousands of ants coming out of the holes and wake up in the morning and my house would be infested, but it was the opposite. We woke up the next morning, and it was as quiet as a mouse so I waited about a week before I got in touch with Eric to see if the problem seemed to be resolved and it was! what a fabulous company. Eric is amazing, awesome, professional, friendly, and knows his line of work very well! I very highly recommend using this company and hopefully we never have another problem. We hired them to spray outside of our home for a year. Eric is truly a man that really cares about his customers and what he does. I'm so thankful for the company that installed my shade for recommending him. oh, did I mention the company is very fair with their pricing!
