He told me in person that he might not be able to get it fixed by end of day, but 2 hours later, he called that it was done. I had them check & remove any viruses & malware / spyware from each computer as well as clear the old one and switch to a Linux based operating system. They also extracted my data from the old laptop and put it on the new one and then upgraded the RAM and overall storage capacity of the Old Laptop.
