The kids and the family had a great time. The captain and the staffs were friendly. We love this excursion.

When I booked the experience I had made a mistake on the date. When I called they were able to change it right away with no hassle. The lady on the phone was super nice and it was quick and easy. On the day we arrived right on time. Parking was easy and steps away just south of the booth in the lot. I was anxious about the parking and check in process but as long as you have everything in order and filled out, everything should be smooth. Also don't forget the $4 cash that goes to the city and extra cash for tip! Our experience from check-in to getting off the boat was smooth and easy. Everything went smoothly and we had a great guide during our parasail. Our daughter was actually super nervous and our guide allowed us to go up with our kids in groups of three (2kids 1 adult) so both kids got to ride twice. This definitely helped her feel more comfortable the second time around. We were grateful for that experience. The parasailing itself was amazing. You don't even feel like you're up hundreds of feet in the air. It's so calm and peaceful even when coming down. You get the choice of getting "dipped" in the water if you want, but don't have to. We have been parasailing numerous times, but never like this!! Lieutenant Dan and Kyle were the absolute best ever. HUGE Wow! So friendly, so professional, great ride with a bit of extra time for our birthday daughter. Our 8 year old granddaughter was really afraid, but they calmed her down and she sailed and loved it! They turned her fears into pride and cheered all of us up too. The photo package of wonderful pictures and great memories was first class. Additionally, we were first to arrive for check-in and they made sure we were on the first of 2 boats in operation. Dan and Kyle were delightful and funny and trustworthy! A++ customer service! Extremely disappointing! Was booked by family member for 3 people. One in the party became sick night before and I was hoping they'd refund the one who didn't come. They said since it was outside their 24 hour time frame they would not be able to issue refund for that person. Could understand if there was limited space on the charter but it still had plenty of space. The guy started to and said had we called last yesterday. Feel they took advantage on my situation instead of doing the right thing and refunding just the one person. Coincidentally, upon our return, another patron was at the booth with a complaint of not receiving their pictures. So we got back from Hawaii on the ninth and it took me a couple of days to get my head together because I wanted to make sure I wasn't too emotional when I made this post. We had Nick and Danilo, Danilo was driving and Nick was taking pictures and doing everything else. I actually liked Nick a lot. The pictures honestly weren't that great but that's OK. He was nice and friendly and informative. Danilo, on the other hand, was sarcastic, condescending, a bully and had a big chip on his shoulder. It was three of us and my niece cannot swim, and was very afraid of the water so it took days to convince her to go up. We asked him about seven times not to dip us in the water. My son and I had been there before so we'd been dipped. It's not a big deal for us, but she was afraid of the water and I was trying to help her with her fear. The whole time we said no before we went up, he kept teasing like he was gonna do it like some type of weird power trip energy. And then when we were coming down, he did exactly what he said he was gonna do, he dipped us in the water. Then when we got back on the boat, he made some inappropriate comment about her hair. Dipping her had nothing to do with her hair. It had to do with her fear of water. I didn't make a big deal at the time because I didn't want to ruin the moment and I still gave Nick a $30 tip. But when I got home and I thought about it I realized I should not have given them a tip because of the completely disrespectful way that Danilo operated on top of him, ignoring our request and dipping her into the water up to her chest when she's terrified of water was really unnecessary and just showed a total disregard for us. I'm incredibly disappointed that they have people like that terrorizing customers and then asking for a tip. read more

What can I say other than WOW!! It was our first time ever and damn was it fun!! Lt Dan and dang I forget the other guys name but he was way cool too! They made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We had a good time with Dan and Zach. We experienced so much nausea from this activity which is not their fault. Not from the boat ride but from actually being up in the air and jerking around. Only complaint is the picture package. We read previous reviews at how poor the picture package is, and we wanted to ask other people on the same boat to take our pics and we would take theirs but no one passed the vibe check, so we took the risk. We paid $40 cash for the pics, and boy.... we look like little dark bodies in the sky. You can't even see our faces in the pics. We are just shadows of bodies with a parachute. Very poor picture quality and photo taking skills. So for us, that is why there is a -1 star. read more

I made reservation with Xtreme paraail 1 week in advance. Matthew at xtreme parasail sent me an email confirmation to honor entertainment discount. As requested by them, when I called him to make payment, he didn't know how to apply the entertainment discount. While we have informed Entertainment publication about Xtreme parasail misleading communication, we are surprised how they dont know how to honor their own BOGO coupon! We wasted precious time during our holiday week because this company backed out on the promised reservation. They also mislead us about honoring the coupon after promising to accept it. No specific reason was provided except that they didnt know how to apply it in their system. We sent an email to the company owner, Greg, to share our disappointment. He has NOT cared to reply to the email either. Not a great experience with them and we DON'Trecommend anybody to use their services. read more
