Just tried this place out today because of a coupon on yelp. I got to say, I fell in love with this place. I felt very welcome the minute I stepped in. I was helped by both Lynda, the owner, and Sabrina, our trainer. The coupon was $45 value for $25 which is good for 2 people for about an hour but they don't seem to be keeping time, we played til we were exhausted, which was probably a little over an hour. Sabrina was wonderful, very thorough and very nice. Everyone there, including the regulars made us felt like home. Definitely coming back in the near future. Archery is very fun, if you never tried it, you definitely should give this place a try. read more

Planned my kid birthday party there, I was very happy with the outcome!! Sabrina is super nice, she has been always available during the planning phase, promptly answering any questions and helping with any issues! Kids had a lot of fun and parents got to try too! It was a blast for everyone. The place is spacious, maybe if you have more than 14-15 kids it will be too tight...Place is clean, customer service is great! This place is great! The staff are all very helpful, professional, and really know there stuff. I have been out of archery for a few years since I moved to Houston, and was looking to get a new bow. Since I drifted away from shooting a couple years I didn't know what was worth investing in. The staff spent a good amount of time talking through pros and cons of different bows and accessories. Just ordered a new PSE Phenom from them and will be back to talk through accessories. Highly recommend this place if you are leaning about archery, looking for some tips, or if your looking to have someone setup/tune your bow. These are the people to talk to. Always had an interest in archery, I went to a couple places and they weren't very friendly so it was usually a 1 time visit. Went to X10 for the first time and what a difference. The staff there was extremely nice and friendly. Had a great time shooting and learning. The atmosphere was loose and very friendly, I felt real comfortable even though I was a novice. No one smirked or laughed at me when I made a bad shot, instead they were quick to give advice and complement me on my effort. It was a great experience and a lot of fun. read more

Ive been coming to this place since it literally first opened and watched as they evolved to one of the best Archery Ranges in Houston . Excellent Staff , Extremely Friendly and helpful. A group of 8 friends and I came here for the first time and from the get go everything was perfect, everyone was so nice and friendly. The guy who took care of us was extremely nice and funny. After our intro to archery crash course, one of the regulars there saw that we were beginners and was telling us how to improve and what we were doing wrong. Long story short, amazing place, an even more amazing staff, and the pricing I thought was really good. Would definitely come again. read more

These guys were so sweet and polite. I called and planned a casual lesson for my boyfriend and I as we have never attempted archery but it has been an interest of ours for a while. We just wanted to have fun! I told them over the phone it was a surprise for my boyfriend and he offered me a discount deal. When we showed up and I told him my name he totally remembered (may have written it down but that doesn't make a difference to me) who we were and immediately asked my boyfriend by his name, was he ready to have some fun? We paid for an hour but we're having a great time and it was slow due to the rodeo being in town, so they let us stay much longer for no extra charge (sorry guys, I don't want everyone trying to take advantage of this but I had to put it in the review BC it made a huge difference in our experience). These guys are great, the atmosphere was great, I know they do kids parties there, too...so if you have kids..*nudge nudge*. I'll post some pics, book this place, it's worth it! read more

Wanted a different date idea so I picked this place. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Even if it is your first time trying archery you will do well. A 5 min explanation on the rules and techniques helped. Prices were good and doing a outdoor activity indoors was even better with the hot weather. My goals for 2016 is to do as much leisure learning and acquire as many random skills/hobbies as possible to alleviate the stress accmulated from my professional life. One of the things I've always wanted to try was archery but I am as beginner as they come. I have NEVER picked up a bow and arrow before in my life (unless you count the Nerf version) and wanted an opportunity to try. Lo and behold, my friend Groupon had a deal for X10 archery and both my husband and I went in for a lession with John Williams. Walking into X10 was a very friendly and welcoming environment. John was a very patient instructor and gave very detailed but easy to understand instructions. We both appreciate how much emphasis safety rules were enforced in the archery range and were hooked on the very first day. If you have not tried archery before I'd recommend coming here. Sabrina was amazing and accommodating to our subpar archery skills and also taught us how to improve. The bows are well maintained and calibrated to suit your needs. There is a big dude who also works there, don't feel bad if you aren't as good as him, that guy is a pro, also helpful.
