I was walking in Palo Alto and noticed a sign that said walk-in's welcome. I looked it up on Google Maps and saw that there was a 20% off first visits, so I went in because I was free and my previous mani was over a month old. The pricing was very transparent; a basic gel mani was $50 and chrome was $15 extra. I was a bit confused by the cat eye pricing, though; apparently here "artwork" is the magnet, which is $10 extra, and "cat eye" is just a shimmery nail polish without the magnet. I ended up opting for a pink nail polish with white chrome, and Le was very meticulous with her polish application. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she picked out the nail polish and chrome. I actually thought the nail polish color looked gorgeous without the chrome, more of the soap nail trend. I forgot about the 20% off when I paid and I called after since I had mentioned it at the beginning; they were able to refund it for me, which was really nice. I appreciate that they were able to accommodate me as a walk-in, but they looked got pretty busy. They recommended appointments going forward, and it looks like they have some sort of point system. Sandy did an amazing job at my nails, recommended other nail design ideas which came out amazing. Space is very clean. Nail polish applied nicely with surprisingly little spillage (compared to other places we've been).
