Oh I say it again not at Retro Fitness Deer Park they take it out before 30 days is even up out of your account and they refuse to give you your money back when you cancel the membership because of their dirty facility. The place is disgusting. The showers are disgusting. They piss on the toilets. Nobody cleans it. I'm a pretty lenient person, but when it comes down to taking my money before the 30 days is up for the first month that's kind of Rob somebody then the manager refuses to refund my money because of their subpar gym and non-cleanliness. I would definitely skip this place regardless of the one dollar a month. Skip it skip it skip it. Plus every time I would buy a premade protein shake the price was different. I can promise you that was the best workout I've ever had. They have classes as well as open gym. If you come here often, you will definitely get in shape. I recommend you do bring your own water, there is no water fountain. But, incase, they do have a water vending machine for $1.50. My friend and I loved every second of it that we stayed there for about 3 hours. We will definitely be there again, and it's recommended to all who want to get into shape!

Be sure to add "Amazon Hub Locker Wristwatch" to your Amazon address book. Wristwatch is a huge locker that stands right in front of the TV lounge. Across from TV is a sectional couch, where members can sit down and relax. That is a bonus because most fitness clubs do not have a lounge. Regrettably, there is no sauna. It is always clean and tidy here because most members wipe down equipment and re-rack weights after use. Opening hours are 5 am on weekdays and 8am on weekends. The minus one star is due to the weekend hours. Doesn't corporate know that a lot of people get up early on weekends?!?!!

There was only a few minutes' wait to use the weight machines, but no wait time was needed for the treadmills and bikes. Members re-racked the free weights, but few wiped off the treadmills, bikes and other cardio equipment after use. Although there were quite a few people, the environment was quiet, which facilitated a peaceful workout. The place is well kept because the floors are clean, from the work out area to the locker room. The location is perfect because it is next to a shopping center and is right off one of the Sunrise Highway exits. I will be back!

You enter from the outside of the mall. They have put up helpful orange flags so you know where to park. The gym is immaculate. The front desk staff is super friendly. This is the first location I've been to that has locks on the lockers that you program. Nice touch. I could notice a difference in the coach from the seasoned coaches at other locations. Still trying to find their grove. It is a lot to remember and a lot of timing. That will come with time. I would definitely return. Oh and get some blinds for the front window.
