The cashier is always friendly and happy to answer any questions, and if you're in a hurry or want to eat there, they even have a microwave available to warm up your meal. Meals range from $10-$16, which I think is a great value for the quality and convenience. There are a few outdoor tables if you'd like to eat on-site. The menu is easy to read and clearly displays the macros for each meal. The only downside is parking, which can be a little tricky if you're not familiar with the area. I am also excited that they are faith based as well as doing things to help our community (i.e. collecting donations for the first responder or LA Wildfire victims! ). Horrible customer service Leslie was no help when we called to inform them that they've charged our credit card three times after we called and emailed to cancel. After the cancellation email was sent we called to confirm our email was received, Leslie confirmed they received it and would cancel subscription. We were charged three more times before we caught it on our statement - these three times we never received a call or a text that our meals were ready for pick up. When we asked why weren't we informed that our meals were ready for pick up? Leslie said because we never made them. We ask ok so can we get our meal now that we paid for ? If you're looking for a place to buy fresh food, this is definitely not the place. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. For starters their customer service is terrible and not to mention how NOT fresh the meals are. Here is my experience...I went in on Sunday, August 18 to purchase their grab and go meals that are 3 for $20. I bought these with the intention of having one on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. When I went to eat my meal on Wednesday, August 21 I noticed that it had an expiration date of August 19 with a preparation date of August 13. Keep in mind that I purchased these meals on the 18 so by the time I purchased the meals they had already been sitting out for five days. Now I don't know about you but to me that is not very "fresh". My husband had also purchased meals and had the same expiration date on his. I don't know about the rest of the meals that we had bought because I didn't pay attention to the date because I trusted this place. The other bothersome thing was that I reached out to this business by email and I sent them pictures of the expired items. I did not hear back from them. I had to send them three additional text messages so they could finally respond to my email. Once I received the email I could not believe that they were putting all the blame on me for not checking the dates. Ok, I should have checked the dates, but for someone who prides themselves on selling "fresh" meals...5 days in the fridge is not fresh. I have been in the 5 meals a week program since mid August 2021and I've lost about 12 lbs. The meals are great- I usually have them for lunch-a good variety and keep me satisfied- I think it also motivates me to eat healthier breakfast and dinners although I find myself not too hungry so will have a salad or yogurt at times n some fruit. This place lacks communication and customer service; I walked in the store for grab and go meals. I ended up singing up for the one time 10 meal subscription to tested out and see if I like that option in the future. The cashiers at front didn't explain important details. For instance they send out And email and you have a due date to choose 3 menu options But if you don't chose any they choose them for you. and they won't call you to let you know that your food has been there sitting for todays. I called and left several voicemails on Monday and Tuesday morning never got a call back. I called at 4:45pm on Tuesday and finally answered and said my meals have been chose for me and my food has been there for two days and that it was too late to go because they were already closing. I get there the next day grab my food and Let them know my situation on and how I was confused with everything. They came up with their excuses on how they couldn't return my calls. So I just grabbing my bag and as I was walking to my car my bag ripped from the bottom with 10 meals!! at this point I was so annoyed I walked and told them my bag ripped and had 2 meals and a snack and a pressed juice the felt on the floor and that I was going to go grab them. Came back with the two meals that fell on the floor and the girl at the front tells me "omg these are my favorite" and she puts them back in my bag.!! Came in last Friday 5/24/19 was really excited to get started on my diet. There was a deal for 5 meals for $25 which I was talked out of because of the holiday weekend. Employee stated to come in today Tuesday 5/28 to get the 5 for 25 deal. I started with the 3 for $20 just to see how it tasted. So I'm come in to get my 5 for $25 and was told that the 5 for $25 deal will not be honored. I was turned off by the lack knowledge of the deal by the previous employee that offered me a deal that wouldn't exist when I come in again. Food was over priced for the quality of the food. I was quite satisfied with this place for a short while at first and then I came in one day and bought 6 meals. They still had 3 meals for 20 bucks at the time. So the 6 meals came out to 40 bucks and some change. I find out later that day that they charged me twice for that transaction so 80 dollars ended up coming out of my account. I texted the owner Vanessa personally about this issue and she ignored my text. Cowardly move. I let some time pass by before I come here again and I decided to address the issue to get it worked out so I can be refunded my 40 dollars back since they charged me twice. The young girl who was helping me out wasn't helpful at all. I showed her my transaction history, credit card info and all that. So she looks up the transaction and lies to my face saying that those transactions did happen but at different times and that they can't refund me! I couldn't believe the dishonesty. She rigged the whole thing. I got completely ripped off by this place. Don't ever get your meals here. There are more honest and cheaper places out there than this and the owner Vanessa and her staff are sshady. She has no experience owning a business at all and will not do right by her wrongs or make it up to you if there was a mistake on their part. Again, do not buy your meals from here. Flame Broiler and Waba Grill are cheaper and healthier than this place and serve better portions for your macros. I got robbed by these fraudulent low-lives. Somebody sue this place. read more

Thank you for righting a wrong. I signed up for weekly delivery service and was extremely disappointed when I received my food. Let's just say it wasn't in the best shape. I was quickly taken care of professionally and courteously. They offered to re-make my meals and were delivered the following day. The new delivery driver was extremely professional and extremely apologetic for the previous driver. I've been picking up meals with them for quite some time and was initially disappointed however they really went above and beyond to take care of a repeat customer!
