I absolutely love this Sprouts! I live equally close to this location and the Cerritos one, and even though Cerritos is larger and carries more products, I always choose Norwalk. It has its own private lot, parking is so easy. The store is well maintained and clean. But the best part is that the employees are all so friendly and helpful. Every time I go, I am greeted warmly, asked if I need help finding anything, how my day is going, etc. Prenisha is especially warm and friendly, and as the sales ambassador, is always sampling great new items for the customers and offering suggestions. Amanda, Chyna, Hailey, Alanna, Nia Destiny and Lulu are all just as sweet and helpful, as are all the other staff there whose names I don't know quite yet. Shoutout also to Stacey the manager who I always see out on the floor helping her staff, and who is always really helpful when I ask her anything. This is by far my favorite Sprouts. I shop here at least weekly, and the store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. If I'm lucky, I can snag some great Manager's Special deals. It's much smaller than the Cerritos location and rarely busy, which I love. I can take my time walking the aisles without feeling cramped or waiting in long checkout lines. What truly sets this Sprouts apart is the exceptional customer service. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by a team member, and throughout my shopping experience, everyone is consistently pleasant and helpful. Came with my daughter to buy fruit. We got the little cuties and more than half of the bags they had were bad. The pack that I picked seemed good at the time. I ate it the next day the first one I ate was so good and juicy. The second one had mold inside. The ones after were completely dry and nasty. I expected way better from this store, it was such a disappointment. I will no longer be buying fruit from here. I went into the store around 6:30 and witnessed a woman berating the male manager over a return. Despite the way she was speaking to him, he remained calm, patient, and professional. He genuinely tried to help her and resolve the issue, even though she and the woman with her were both rude and unwilling to listen. The staff have excellent people skills -- they're friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or special requests. Buyer Beware! Pay attention when checking out! First time visiting this location and was disappointed in cashiers sneaky practices. My family chose a few items from the bulk containers. My husband weighed the items and had a rough idea of price. We get to the register and she asks us for codes, my daughter and I went back and took a quick pic of the tags, (why should I do her job?) but, whatever. She "weighs" them and my husband questions the amount, tells her he weighed it and it wasn't a pound. She proceeds to pick up one of the bags and weighs it in her hand and says "it feels" like a pound. My husband told her to weigh it again she does and there's a difference so he tells her weigh the other bag, she does and again , it's off. Attached is a picture of the register screen and receipt. Love this market. Had a wonderful experience. Faithfully purchase Straus organic cream top whole milk in glass bottles. I just want to say thank you to Armando. I believe he is the dairy manager at sprouts in Norwalk. Talk about excellent customer service. He also gave us some full size samples of some other milks that were available. We were shocked. I have never been given full-size samples of a product from any store. Needless to say this milk was the richest and creamiest cream top milk, and it was a lot more expensive,it was only a quart compared to our half gallon but we were sold. came back to following day and purchased eight of them. First of all we would have never known about this brand. The price alone would scare someone away, but because we were offered that sample it made a world of difference. Armando was so nice. He said if there's anything I could ever help you with if you have any questions don't ever hesitate. We don't live close to Sprouts but we make this trip to purchase our groceries and the milk. read more

I heard about sprouts so much by my best friend and her mom. So I decided to check out the new one down the street from my current residence. the outside look clean, as I entered it was a little like a Aldi's at least the set up. So I browsed the store. prices were a little high but I understand that because a lot of what I saw was healthy and organic. I am a former weight watchers candidate and know the health nut genre. I noticed that I was being looked at strange by some fellow customers. I guess some health conscious people know your not part of the major health genre. Please don't get me wrong I love healthy I do my best to eat healthy but a greasy hamburger or a mexican burrito is very good to me. As for customer service I hold my ground as a former Target Retailer lol before the current curriculum of the present Target.. Passing by may employees I didn't get the; can I help you or do you need assistance. just a blank passing stare or a look like why are you here. I had a instance where 2 employees a young man and a young woman were at a computer in the vitamin and solution section of the store. I got a look as my I help you but not in the customer service way more like what is your problem can't you see we are busy with our own thing. I am being truly honest. I will give a shout out for good customer service, Steven Sales Ambassador he was friendly and knowledgeable. and Jerad in the Sandwich meat area. He came up to bat for the rest of the crew behind the counter. I was told by Steven that the sandwich counter was on a time crunch. well customer service is what makes it tick truthfully So back the the merchandise, a lot if it is good and high price some popular brands. I like the drop dispensers that have from rice and spices to nuts and dates Its a whole area dedicated to this. Now I would have given this a three star but the sandwiches are boars head meats and are awesome. There menu has pre set sandwiches or for a 1 dollar more you can have something from the deli display, the size of the sandwich overdid the price. like a 10 dollar sandwich for less. You fill out a little paper they have at the counter and pre check or write in the meat you want from the deli display and then check the boxes for you condiments, I may return for certain things but mainly for the Deli area over all its a nice clean store need work on customer service friendliness oh and I used the term health nut not as a insult. I love healthy things but as ever collective some go overboard so if anyone took offense it wasn't ment to be. read more

Great location, lots of parking available. The customer service is on point. The employees here are super friendly and welcoming. The inside is huge! Super clean and neat. I ordered a tuna sandwich with everything on it, for only $5.99. Walk over to the deli and find the form near the pencils to order your sandwich. Make sure to fill out the little paper. I LOVE this Sprouts! I placed an order last week for pick up. I ordered a watermelon and it was so delicious and sweet. Whomever picked it, thank you! I can't even tell you the many times I have ordered through instacart and when I open my items some items have mold or the watermelon is not sweet. Purchased a salad from the deli, they had many options but I chose the chicken bacon salad with ranch only to find out after purchasing that no freaking ranch was included. I went in On thanksgiving day to make a purchase . I always take my own bags to bag my produce . When I check out they forgot to bag my potatoes . I didn't realize it till I got home . I live 2 cities away and called the store to arrange for me to pick up the potatoes the following day . When I arrived to pick up the potatoes the next day . A lady who was at the cash register by the name Melissa I explained to her my situation and told me that no one told her about the potatoes. I showed her my receipt and seemed a bit upset and did not have good customer service . She stated to me to grab the potatoes and show her the receipt . I did and let me go on my way. Hands down my favorite store! For meat, produce, baked goods, but what keeps me coming back the most is the customer service! Adrian in the meat department! So attentive and helpful. He goes above and beyond with his customer service. He hand cut the fat off of a steak he recommended. It was delicious, haven't made a steak that tasty in awhile. Very good quality. I frequent the Cerritos location, so I was so excited to have a location closer to me. Sadly it was a very disappointing visit. I noticed the prices were $.50 to almost a dollar more than the Cerritos location. My biggest disappointment was the sandwich I ordered. At the Cerritos location their service may be slow but they would never serve the sad sandwich I received today. Usually the vegetarian sandwich is loaded with avocado,hummus, lettuce and additional toppings. The sandwich I received was so sloppy and missing the toppings I ordered. Looking at the photo I still can't believe someone made this and thought this was good. I had to call a few times before someone actually answered. I ended up speaking to one of the managers named Noah who was really nice and welcomed the feedback. read more

This is a very convenient location for a sprouts market. Although it is a high-end grocery store, they do have frequent sales that make it really affordable. They also have unique products that you won't get at many location which I love since I enjoy trying new products. The location is kept clean and organized and everyone is available to help out whether it's samples or where a product might be. However, what I would like to see an improvement is it's welcoming atmosphere. For a new location, some of the team do not greet the customers or a simple "Welcome to Sprouts" similar to how Trader Joe's treats its customers. The manager is really kind of goes out of their way to ensure we enjoy the product. read more

Everything seemed so overpriced. I'd rather just continue to shop at Trader Joe's in Cerritos. Anyhow, I bought a lot of food here. Sadly, the refrigerated strawberries got shriveled up in less than 3 days. They looked so beautiful and bright when I purchased them. And my bag of navel oranges were all hard. 2 of them were white with mold!! That sucks. Lesson learned. I'll never shop at this Sprouts again read more
