Sent out several quote requests to replace a windshield that required recalibration for safety features (forward and side alert and collision systems). The owner was very responsive and personally came out to perform the installation. He did it in a very short timeframe and was very courteous and polite. The price was great. My front windshield had a huge crack in it and I called here to get a quote. They offered me a fair price so I went in and when they replaced my windshield they found that the piece of my roof holding my windshield in place was rusted. They added a little additional glue to improve the hold at no additional cost. read more

The staff that came out to replace our windshield were very kind and knowledgeable. They were also able to get it replaced in under an hour and keep us informed on when we were able to drive again. Unfortunately the very next day as I was driving a huge rock came up on the freeway and left a pretty sizable chip in the brand new windshield. I was upset to say the least, but luckily their warranty had us covered and it was only an extra $20 to get it fixed! We were also able to share a laugh about how bad my luck is. I would absolutely recommend these guys to get your windshield replaced, they'll get it done quicker and more cost effectively than the competition! read more

I had been shopping around for a new windshield over the past week and a half and I had inquired a quote from Xclusive Auto Glass Repair . I had received a prompt estimated quote within a couple of minutes. I unfortunately had decided to go with another company. I say unfortunately because I should have originally just went with them! I had not 1 but 2 other companies stand me up both giving me false information about them having my glass in stock and both stating they could repair my windshield promptly. After setting an appointment with the other company John from Xclusive went out of his way to make sure that I didn't need to schedule one an appointment with them. I had declined the services because I thought the other company was going to come through for me. The prior company called me last minute and informed me they actually didn't have my glass in stock after assuring me they did. I ended up messaging John back and again he promptly responded. I explained my situation to him and how two other companies stood me up. He had 5 other installations he had to do the day I called but still found time to squeeze me in and get my glass installed that same day! He literally went out of his way to stop back at his warehouse pick up my glass and drive to me to install! All within a couple hours of me calling! If that's not good customer service I don't know what is! If you're in need of glass repair don't waste your time calling around go straight to him! Every action he took was greatly appreciated!
