    Had a great experience here. The old Comcast center was a couple of blocks away, and they left there and relocated here ... in a much nicer more permanent facility. They are located right by the Brass Tap Restaurant ... two birds with one stone. Anyway, I am done calling Comcast. Generally you waste a lot of time and chill on hold. But going to an actual facility and talking to an actual person saves you mucho time. Every time I have gone to an Xfinity/Comcast outlet I have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. Same here. You have a problem, walk in to this brand new outlet to get it taken care of. Inside the facility it is really expansive. Large outlet with enough staff to take care of you. They have separate stations for cellphone, internet, and TV situations, and I am sure you could have all three taken care of at one. This was a very nice outlet ... give it a try.

    Let's see how long I wait...my husband & I are 65+ and all they do here is try to get you to upgrade and spend more money. It's crazy to spend $250.00 monthly and still have spotty service.

    Xfinity has stepped up to the plate and swung for the fences with their exciting new customer experience focused platform. Upon entry, a representative checked me in by first name and last initial, he was very professional and well spoken. As approached the lobby, I took in the amenities and adornments. I sat at one of a few HD TV stations, as I considered adjusting my schedule to accommodate my anticipated lengthy stay. I noticed the 2017-worthy appointments, such as: exaggerated soffit, projecting no less than 5' from the walls, below the drop ceiling, customized, technology influenced decor and work stations, community feel, separate seating areas, and touch screen digital collateral stations. This place really felt like it was designed around the client and the ambience reflected what one might be comfortable in, yet impressed by and appreciative of. This facility could certainly rest on it's laurels and the experience would have easily exceeded my loftiest expectations, then I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sr. Sales Consultant, Fernando Matias. From the greeting to the dismissal, he was a consummate professional. Fernando's product knowledge demonstrated his passion for his position and quite an outstanding work ethic. My questions were answered, without hesitation and Fernando made sure I had a thorough understanding of how my account changes impacted my television and web usage experience. I would have been absolutely satisfied to be served by Fernando, apart from the frills of this impressive location. I could only hope that the rest of the staff embodies even half of this impressive young man's polished interpersonal skills and impeccable acumen. Thank you, Fernando! You've certainly retained my loyalty and future business.
