It's satellite service and drops service repeatedly--anytime there's a fucking cloud or light rain. Your streaming services will make you think you have dial-up. There is no way to transfer service online if you move to another unit. They make you call their number and wait times are 30 mins + for them to tell you there is nothing they can do. I've called about the spotty service and they "reset the router" for the building. I had two accounts because I had 2 apartments in the same building. When I cancelled one account they cancelled both without consulting me. This was in the middle of a work day. They would not reconnect my second account without me paying a fee even though this was their istake. Get a cable internet service. Andrena is not worth it.

After I chose my new phone, he literally rips the package open and takes it out the box. He claimed he needed to be the one to set it up, which is completely wrong. It's so easy to set up a phone, he acting like I was some grandma. Then he rips open the case without even asking me, puts his dirty hands all over the new screen trying to fit the case on... he said something along the lines of "this is the best part" while opening MY BRAND NEW PHONE. At the end I'm ready to pay, he goes "Your all set up with the monthly payments". I was like No I want to pay now, he goes "sorry I already did everything" then just takes a phone call and leaves. I WAS FURIOUS. Never going back there in my life, if you need a new phone go to Apple Store.

When upgrading an old phone, they told my family that we were getting a free ipad (or apple watch) with no strings attached. After tons of questions about it to make sure there weren't any additional costs, they said it even makes the international plan better for no cost too. The first bill comes around and the free ipad is tied to a data plan/new phone number and 36 month plan. After hours on the phone with corporate verizon, corporate is correcting all of this and do not know why this store and employee mislead us with a promotion that didn't exist. The employee's name is Kyle who initially helped. When we had to go back to return the old phone, we mentioned to another associate that we were frustrated with this miscommunication and they double downed and said this was all disclosed since that's their training program and implied we were stupid for thinking we would get a free ipad. This was a totally different employee who just jumped down our throats without even asking the associate who initially helped sell all of this. He also got mad at us for not accessing a multi factor authentication code within 60 seconds because we had to power up a device to do so. Just all around completely unprofessional experience. I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs if possible.

Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. Our new phone system works much better than the Verizon system, and we are saving over $100.00 a month! I would highly recommend Lighthouse Communications. Thanks again!

After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Long wait times. My…read morefriend went in at first and I waited in the car. I was in the car for about 15 minutes and my friend came out and asked if I wanted to come in too because it was going to take long. I agreed to come inside. When I walked in , I saw there was not a lot of people in there. So my first thought was, why is it taking so long? As I sat I saw workers with customers but each customer took soooooo long working out whatever they needed to work out. So I understood the wait just didn't enjoy it. They have a television in the middle with seats near so you can watch tv while wait. That's what we did. Friend was finally called. Worker was helpful and serviced my friend. My friend didn't achieve exactly what they came for but they got answers. Place looked organized and clean. If I need their service, I guess I will be back. Dude at the desk hands me a receipt and says I'll get my final bill in the mail. I just got a collections notice for failure to return the Comcast box. Not sure if the people working here are just incompetent or fraudulent but I'd be wary going here or doing business with Comcast if you value your credit.
