    The guy who was helping me was incredibly slow and condescending. I was there to switch out my old…read morephone for a new one and it took over 45 minutes. After I chose my new phone, he literally rips the package open and takes it out the box. He claimed he needed to be the one to set it up, which is completely wrong. It's so easy to set up a phone, he acting like I was some grandma. Then he rips open the case without even asking me, puts his dirty hands all over the new screen trying to fit the case on... he said something along the lines of "this is the best part" while opening MY BRAND NEW PHONE. At the end I'm ready to pay, he goes "Your all set up with the monthly payments". I was like No I want to pay now, he goes "sorry I already did everything" then just takes a phone call and leaves. I WAS FURIOUS. Never going back there in my life, if you need a new phone go to Apple Store.

    Would give zero stars if I could. The employees here are completely misleading and borderline…read morefraudulent. When upgrading an old phone, they told my family that we were getting a free ipad (or apple watch) with no strings attached. After tons of questions about it to make sure there weren't any additional costs, they said it even makes the international plan better for no cost too. The first bill comes around and the free ipad is tied to a data plan/new phone number and 36 month plan. After hours on the phone with corporate verizon, corporate is correcting all of this and do not know why this store and employee mislead us with a promotion that didn't exist. The employee's name is Kyle who initially helped. When we had to go back to return the old phone, we mentioned to another associate that we were frustrated with this miscommunication and they double downed and said this was all disclosed since that's their training program and implied we were stupid for thinking we would get a free ipad. This was a totally different employee who just jumped down our throats without even asking the associate who initially helped sell all of this. He also got mad at us for not accessing a multi factor authentication code within 60 seconds because we had to power up a device to do so. Just all around completely unprofessional experience. I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs if possible.

    As a Medicare plans provider, we recently switched to Lighthouse for our new IP Phone System…read morebecause the federal government recently requires all companies selling Medicare insurance programs to record all conversations. Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. Our new phone system works much better than the Verizon system, and we are saving over $100.00 a month! I would highly recommend Lighthouse Communications. Thanks again!

    Lighthouse called me 2-3 times a day when I was initially looking for a company to set up phone…read moreservice for my small business. They were very good at following up and scheduling install. After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
