This is the worst customer service in the United States by far. I have a cable line to the telephone pole tied up to my power line and unsafe... After 4 calls and hours on the phone with rude and arrogant customer service reps..and told twice a call was scheduled to replace it which it was never setup..Today after 2 weeks I'm told I will be charged $100 to fix it or disconnect my service.. I worked for 27 years in the cable business and have been a customer for over 30 years...I was a regional director and can't believe we went from bad to the worst... Cutting the cord getting T Mobile home internet and streaming. I'm not pay $200+ a month for this kind of treatment.. Hope everyone follows...CUT THE CORD....MAYBE THEY'LL GET IT! read more

I'm so done with this office. The rudest and most sardonic group of women I have ever met in my life. They take pleasure in being rude, dismissive and mocking their customers. When I look back at the scornful reviews here which all date back to over 6 yrs and the company has done NOTHING to replace every one of their incompetent & lazy arses, I am left with the only conclusion that Comcast/xfinity does not care about their customers. I am a new customer that was scheduled to have a new install at my residence in South Yarmouth on Saturday 22 January 2022 between the hours of 10 am and noon. The technician arrived promptly at 10 am in his own vehicle. Not a Xfinity vehicle. After surveying inside my home he determined that he would be able to do the installation. BUT after surveying the telephone pole he saw that the cable line was cut and a technician with a bucket truck would first need to come to reattach the wire at the pole. He placed a trouble ticket In to Comcast and thought that some one would come later that afternoon. Well to my dismay no one came nor had any representative call me to tell me when the 2nd technician would arrive. I called the service center and was told a technician would arrive within an hour. Needless to say the technician never showed up nor did he/she call me to let me know when the work would be completed. If this event is a typical scenario from Comcast, then I am discouraged moving forward. As of today no one has called me to inform me when a technician will come to my home to install the hardware. Communication appears to be a sore point when dealing with a company that is as close to being a monopoly on Cape Cod with poor customer service skills. I never had a problem dealing with a Dish representatives in the past 6 years. I just hope I have not made a bad decision switching to cable primarily for the Yarmouth information cable channel. read more

I went in to grab an additional cable box for my house. I asked the woman for a third cable box after she pulled up my account. The cable box she brought to the counter looked different than the ones I had so I questioned it just in case. She told me that I had wireless ones and this was a wired one. So I said oh I'd like another wireless one please. She responded "well you didn't say that and I'm not a mind reader so how should I know". Completely unnecessary comment; she should've known since she knew what my other cable boxes were with my account opened in front of her and she should've educated the customer instead of making wise remarks. On my way out I heard her making remarks to the next customer in line as well. I'd suggest taking the 20 minutes to drive to Orleans instead of dealing with this woman. read more

I called to start service for a summer rental for four months only to find out They had me signed up for 2 years even though I told them I am a sessional customers .. My husband went over to the store in South Yarmouth and they corrected my order but if I had not canceled my original contract I would have had two pay for a 2 year contract even though I was not using it . There is no aspect of "customer service" at this location. They work hard at not helping you and never say please and thank you. They bark out directions like its boot camp.
