They blame the customer for their non stop errors, there is plenty of HONEST internet providers to use without having to deal with alters. Save yourself the headache of continual outages and rude customer service as you can see others have the same complaints.

I called Miriam and she was super helpful and got me hooked up quickly with quality reliable service. Her and David are a great resource for Internet service and the customer service is 5 stars all the way and worth the extra $$$. With no internet I don't make $$$$. I feel that I can call Fast Internet and get any issue solved quickly. Call them and and give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

They make it almost impossible to cancel your service even without a contract; on three separate…read moreoccasions I spent approximately 3 hours on the phone on hold, only for somebody to finally pick up the line and hang up. Now because I decided to not pay my bill to get my service shut off, they call no less than two times a day to harass me about payment. Do yourself a favor and do not use XFinity if you can.

I had worked on resolving my problem for 3 days using AI, to no resolution. Don listened to my issues, sympathized and started problem solving. Then, he brought Joe into the problem solving. I had actually purchased my phone from Joe and knew he had navigations in his brain that I never will. Joe and Don solved my tangled-up email problems with knowledge, humor, and goodwill. I am so grateful to both of them. When I got home, I switched from my phone to my laptop. All of the problem solving transferred perfectly to my laptop device. Absolutely, a 5 + 5 STAR experience.
