Went in for my appointment on 07/25 at noon because my wifi has been disconnecting randomly for the past few weeks. Tae'vion helped me, heard me out and before I even needed to go into further detail, he offered me an updated router/modem (I had the old dusty black one from 4+ years ago). Whole thing was easy and I got the help I needed. Anyone who is complaining about customer service or wait times - please give these people some grace. We're all going through things. Set up an appointment next time and there should be less to whine about. read more

I canceled my service at the beginning of last May, and they told me it would be canceled and everything was taken care of. Then I got a notification about a past due bill in June. They were still trying to charge me. So I went in and told them about how I already canceled, and they couldn't help me and just told me to call the number. What kind of customer service is that by the way? "Sorry; we're useless. Just call the robot." So I did and again they told me my bill would be clear and I'd actually be getting a refund. Now another month has gone by, no refund, and they're still telling me I have a past due bill. Unbelievable. I will NEVER use xfinity again. Unparalleled horrible canceling experience. No other subscription service has a cancellation process this abusive, not even close. If I was rich I'd hire a lawyer and Sue them. read more

got the run around trying to cancel my service and once I finally did, went to drop the router off at the store, had a significant line of customers. Had to be checked in so I could get a receipt. I asked for a email copy. Then I was told by the INTERNET PROVIDER company they are incapable of emailing me a receipt. It's 2026. How does the internet provider company not have a system that can email receipts. I have an emailed receipt about canceling the service. This is clearly a ploy to keep you in the store so they can upsell you or try to get back on their servic. This is massively inconvenient and frustrating. Let me cancel the service and confirm the drop out without wasting hours of my life. read more

The young lady who was helping me with my new phone was very rude and does not have any customer service skills. She was not able to help me. I needed to get a transfer pin from Verizon and that young man was very patient and did everything he could to help me. I will avoid her at all cost. read more

Absolutely terrible. Wanted to set up land line because existing one had been discontinued by apartment building. Already had Xfinity wiring and Xfinity modem in apartment. Walked to store, needed manager to assist in getting landline, and got home and had no dialtone. Checked throughout the night and into the next day. No dialtone. Again walked to store. No help so I requested technician. Technician came on Sunday (bless his heart....and he was WONDERFUL). I asked why no dialtone and he told me that phone line had not been activated. I asked him if I should have done something to activate it, and he said no. He waited patiently for customer service in Philipines and line was connected. Would only recommend store in emergency, and then hold your ground. read more

This review is for the Roseville store which I can't seem to find on yelp. But on a whole it's for Xfinity as a whole - it's employees - and the service. I've never in my life encountered a business so absolutely incompetent. I went in to Xfinity to pay my bill which is always due on the 22nd. I have been asking for 5 months to change my due date to the first which is when I pay all my bills. They refused - even though other said it was fine back when you could scream at the automated chat bot and finally get a live human - but that seems to have changed. No - the manager at the Roseville store flat out told me "they don't do that". They would rather continue to charge me a 10 dollar late fee or cancel my entire account and disconnect my service and have me come in to re open an account on the first if that's what I want my for date to be. LOL. Secondly - all of a sudden I had a 130 dollar fee that was over due on my account. Now I. My end according to the app - I had made all my monthly payments in full - and owed nothing to Xfinity. But in the store all of a sudden I had an overdue balance of 130. Yet not a single person working there - including that idiot manager - could tell me what it was for - why it wasn't showing up on my app which clearly showed no balance - nor could they find anyone to figure it out because I was refused to be connected to a competent manager. All the manager kept saying to me is "I'm just reading to you what I see on my end" yeah I can clearly hear and see - I can also read - I wanna know what the fee is for and why I've never seen it till 5 months later???! - and again - no answers - so what is the purpose of your managers? To simply read to customers or to solve problems - because this manager did absolutely nothing and my service was disconnected two days later - so ultimately I had to pay 130 dollars out of my pocket for a bill I never received or saw on my end - that no one could tell me what it was for - just some surprise mystery bill. LOL! That's how Xfinity works. They make it impossible for you to reach anyone at all - because they hope you will forget or give up so they don't have to deal with people at all. Which equates to money in their pocket. They should be class act sued - to be honest - so if anyone ever wants to get that ball rolling contact me - I'm on board - this company can do whatever they want to anyone they want and are impossible to track down. I hate this company with a passion and every month I pay another bill with them my heart literally hurts - it's like handing money to the antichrist himself. Useless company - has a monopoly on the market - don't know their jobs from a hole in the ground - and don't even get me started on that useless chat bot - I mean are you kidding me - that's the best you can provide - I say find my order and it's says - "flush the toilet" - I mean - ........ get your act together Xfinity - your just freaking gross! Even with a wifi extender, this service is the worst I've ever had- frequent (ie, multiple times A MINUTE) lapses in connectivity, sometimes taking several minutes to go back online. Very, very inconsistent- to the benefit of the provider, who notes that "everything looks just fine" when we've called them for help. So, no luck getting assistance to fix the spotty signal. I'm sitting right by the extender right now and there is literally no signal at all (obviously checked to ensure the extender is working) here, or by the original source. Avoid if possible! read more

Everyone was helpful at this location! We worked with Justin and he was great. He was super personable and a good dude to talk with while working out my issue. As a tattooed person myself I felt comfortable talking with him as he is also tattooed and he was very knowledgeable about options and solutions. I'm glad xfinity hires such welcoming people and trained him so well, he helped me with my issue and then he did such a great job he also helped my girlfriend with adding on a Flex box (I think that's what it's called, it's with the remote for streaming ) to her account and it works perfect . when we gotta go back I'm looking for him because he so helpful. read more

Comcast spent weeks doing work (maybe repairs, maybe upgrades; they didn't actually tell me) in my area, during which they turned off my internet connection multiple times each day. It was incredibly disruptive to my work, and I was kicked out of meetings regularly, during that time. They gave me no notice, did not display any messages on the status page, and didn't offer anything in the way of an apology. Between that, regular price hikes, and a constant need to upgrade hardware, I'm done with them. read more

They worked so hard to navigate through a challenging issue to get a replacement phone in the hands of my elderly family in Florida when their phone died suddenly. I truly appreciate how they listen to the customer, give the options for a successful resolution to the problem and then work to get the best possible outcome. We came in there looking to minimize our cable services (basically get a cheaper plan) and he was so understanding, honest, and attentive to what was important to us. The Ford parkway comcast staff exhibited some of the best customer service today. Jackson helped us set up a phone plan, and was very friendly and efficient. He knew all the right questions to ask when we exhibited problems transferring the service and solved it quickly. In addition while we were there, a family came in and the daughter was prepared to translate as the mother only spoke Spanish. The comcast lady greated them with a short conversation in espanol, and the mothers face lit with a smile. Great job ford parkway team! read more

Wish I can give a negative score I would go -5 stars. Ok so here is a follow up from my last review I go into the store on Ford parkway in St. Paul. I talked to a guy about my phone and canceling service again he says he cannot do it but I have to pay a balance. I said I am not paying for two months that I didn't have phone service. He said I didn't pay for May and April my husband wanting to pay off all the bills because we are trying to buy a home pays the guy. I told him repeatedly we had payed those months he said we didn't. So I come home I check my credit card statement and sure enough I paid those months so basically he charged me again for months I paid which was probably their sneaky way of getting me to pay months that I didn't even have my phone because I was with Mint mobile. I called Xfinity mobile and they said there was nothing they can do. DO NOT do business with Comcast/Xfinity I have stupidly been ripped off by them twice now. Once for cable and now mobile. I know their services sound great and cheap but they have hidden fees. My internet I got through them was supposed to be 70.00 I pay 106.00 with fees and other stuff they threw in. Please save yourselves don't do it all they do is rip people off. read more

This store is the one thing I will miss about being a Comcast/Xfinity customer. I just cancelled my service and returned all of my equipment after many years as a customer, and coming to this store was always great, this time and every time. They aren't usually busy, but even when there is a "line" (you check into a tablet at the front which will send you a text update when you'll be next, and they always call your name when you're up), they have a greeter telling you how long the wait will be. Even when they're busy, I have always gotten service quickly, and the people working are always courteous and very helpful. read more

i got a new tv for the living room we have a dvr and other boxes when called to install updated living room box was told 15.00 fee plus $4.00 per month. I have been a customer over 25 years at at least $244.00 per month they said could not do for no charge. My sister had become a dish customer at great savings ALOT so i need to consider switching to save over 40% of the cost plus get a free visa gift card. I may be frustrated with the product and technology, but this store has excellent customer service. And for that reason I am willing to stick with Xfinity. When I went into the store I was greeted and helped right away. I explained that we had a bundle package that included phone but we never got the proper equipment to hook it up (mostly likely our error due to our crazy, hectic life), Sasha listened to my story and walked me through my package. She helped me realize we were due for an upgrade on our cable box. So she gave me the equipment and tutorial for that. Then she downgraded our package so I wasn't paying for anymore than I needed. Then she gave me all the proper equipment and instructions to get the phone finally hooked up and I went home to set it all up. It didn't work. After a lot of trying. So I went back and talked to Lisa, who was also very helpful and she gave me additional equipment to try with no hassle. She told me to just bring back the equipment I had previously tried within a certain amount of days so I didn't get charged extra. So I went home and tried again but still could not get it connected. So I went back a 3rd time and this time talked to Brian. I was frustrated that I followed the instructions and went online and spent hours and hours and still no phone connection. He apologized and offered to setup an appointment to have a technician come out. I declined because I had already invested too much time. He removed previous phone charges to our account and took back all the equipment with no questions asked. I really appreciate the low pressure sales environment and professionalism at this store.
