Today is Thursday June 4th 2026 I was on the phone with infinity for 58 minutes talk to two people that had hard accents and couldn't say my name. All I wanted was to for them to give me the date of when I got the router I have a new printer and it won't catch Wi-Fi and my TV kept spinning I had to go unplug it from the wall and there's times where I'm watching a streaming app and my show would just freeze. The technician is supposed to come out next week I pray he don't take a hour to fix the problem Xfinity you got to do better. Went to drop off equipment, I had an appointment. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. The equipment was taken, and I was provided a a receipt. All within in few minutes. Very good customer service, overall very satisfied. read more

The previous reviews are not it. I disagree with how the customer service is here. I came in on a Saturday with no appointment and was greeted and helped right away. Diego has been incredibly helpful and responsive. If anyone is looking to trade in a phone or start a account for xfinity mobile I highly recommend Diego. And it's a plus that he speaks Spanish for all the Spanish speakers who have a language barrier. read more

poor connectivity. Computers do not immediately connect. One must now connect manually. Security system camera was functioning fine for a year. As Xfinity did something that screwed it up it has not been connected! Poor customer service and poor product warrenty. read more

Horrible place, checkin, got text (text does nothing), they make a short and quiet call out for your name. Didn't hear my name so waited 40 mins for nothing. Had to recheck back in and wait 20 mins, this time stayed close to the xfinity employees to make sure I can hear them call my name. read more

I was experiencing slow internet speeds so I call customer service. The rep that helped me changed my tv plan without telling me and it was a legacy account and I can't get it back! I'm on my 3rd modem, 6th or more visits to the store, 2 tech visits, innumerable live chats and still don't have fully functioning internet service. Currently no internet service to TV, intermittent outages on laptop... Returned latest modem to store yesterday and told them Internet not connected to TV and was told that for $100 I could have a technician come to house. Sales rep gave me a modem to take home and said it's easy to set up. He gave me a modem that didn't work, so he schedule a technician to come to my home "free of charge". Technician gave me the correct modem and it worked. Xfinity charged me $100 for the technician. SMH I went in to the store and the manager treated me as if I was lying. It's a scam! Peter done it again! Came in first thing in the morning when they opened. Last time I've came to Xfinity I seen Peter and was at their old location. This new location is way more nicer. I'm glad Peter was able to help me and my family again! He's helpful, good customer service, really informative, good at break downs and recommendations. I went online to cancel my Xfinity service, I'm moving out of state. I found out that I had to wait 4 days for a phone call from Xfinity, to finish the cancellation. After telling the guy on the phone what I was doing, I still had to wait through an almost 5 minute phone call including a sales pitch for a future services that I know I will never need. A few days later I went to the Xfinity store to drop off my modem. At the front and employee asked if I wanted to"talk with someone." I said I wanted to return the modem and he pointed to a crowd of people sitting in chairs and said it would be a 20-minute wait. I told him that I didn't have 20 minutes so that I would come back sometime. He looked at me with a really weird face almost sarcastically saying, it's never going to be less wait time than this. I just walked off with him staring at me. Went back online and found out that I can return the modem to a UPS store and they will ship it for me! Xfinity, you are awful. Four days for me to cancel. A 5-minute phone call. A 20 minute wait In your store? No thank you. read more

Ok let me start by saying I just recently moved to Stockton a few months ago so of course I wanted to see my options for internet. For the strangest reason it seems Xfinity/comcast are the only providers in the city, or at least in a big majority of it. Seems like a monopoly and shady business practices to me. So I'm looking at the plans and I notice unless I buy THEIR equipment (router) my data is limited. For someone who heavily relies on internet usage for work/every day activities this is really bad. Ok I say whatever and purchase their 2GB plan because at the end of the day I still need internet. Now here's the worst part, I get throttled EVERY day for hours at a time. Are you kidding me? Not only are you the only provider, you force us to buy your equipment but now you throttle every other hour? And then when I request help due to my throttling you tell me I have to pay a fee for a technician to come out and look at it? This company is taking advantage of the fact there are no other internet providers in the area so they think they can provide atrocious service. If you are able to get another internet provider in Stockton then do so, avoid Xfinity/comcast at all costs. read more
