She offered so many options and clearly described all the options so I could make the decision based for me. Her shop is adorable and better equipped with snacks and real life amenities than most 4 star hotels! Really impressive and thoughtful. The best part is that every single time I get a new set, my fingertips are sore for a couple days. I have absolutely zero pain and she even checked in with me the next day to see how I was doing. Customer service on point!! She didn't cut me anywhere and was so gentle. I highly recommend her, she does nails, manicures and pedicures. Very safe and healthy products used as well.

She is so professional, keeps an incredibly clean space, and takes the time to educate you thoroughly on what she's doing and why it's important. I'm a nude short almond kind of girl, but I can't help but start branching out because of how much I trust her and her skills. (Like when I randomly asked her for Arirang nails). Her shaping is absolutely flawless, and my nails easily last weeks without a single chip or lift. I get compliments on them at least twice a week from random people, and I always point them straight to her Instagram. First of, her studio is COZY. She offers coffee, matcha, or water during your service (some at a charge). She will decorate seasonally and it's just a vibe. If you don't like chatting, she has a huge tv playing behind her and will let you put on whatever show you like. Second, her attention to detail and being a perfectionist is something I appreciate when it comes to my nails. She is not only worried about the outcome but overall nail health. This is a spa pedicure with a collagen soak, exfoliating scrub, callus care, collagen mask, warm paraffin hot wax, six hot stones, and a soothing 15-minute massage. Finished with a warm towel wrap and your choice of polish. When I arrived, I was greeted by everyone lol, which was really nice. I signed in on their digital kiosk and then looked at a few nail color pallets to get an idea of what color I wanted. Once Hana was ready for me, she got me set up in a comfy pedicure chair and had my feet soak in the warm water. I chose the lemon scented food soak, scrub and lotion. It smelled so good. They offer you a variety of complimentary drinks. I chose the hot green tea. Hana even refilled it for me, which was so nice. My spa pedicure was very relaxing. Hana did an amazing job and I love the nail color I picked. Hana was so kind and very gentle with my feet. I was lucky enough to meet a new friend in the pedicure chair next to me that happened to be the mother of one of my Yelp friend's. It's a small world. The inside is spacious and very clean.
