When I confronted him about the comment, he suddenly changed his story and gave what seemed like a ridiculous excuse instead of simply acknowledging what he had said. Regardless of how good the food or coffee may be, customers should be treated with respect. Being insulted for choosing not to pay for parking is unacceptable and not the kind of customer service I expect from a business.
