I hired them seeing all good reviews on Yelp even though they were very costly compared to others. First they told money is based on hours and amount of work done and for our house they will take 10 hours and will send two cleaners on Friday 9am which both will spent 5 hours.On Friday morning,only one cleaner came to my house.When I asked to cleaner where is the other one,they said she called in sick today.I told her that my husband have to go to work at 2pm and she replied she is fast and can complete before it.I trusted her and said yes for cleaning.When I came home at lunchtime,she said she couldn't finish the work. So my husband had to cancel going to work. Additionally the owner was very unprofessional and didn't inform me even 5minutes before cleaning appointment time whether I was ok with one cleaner and want to reschedule. Also they took pictures of my house without taking our consent. In addition ,they cleaned our house for only 8hours and still charged $300. Never ever use this cleaning service. read more

I needed a deep cleaning of my kitchen and regular cleaning of a new bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The cleaners where prompt and professional! They did a great job at the basic stuff and even moved some heavy furniture to clean. My only disappointment was that my kitchen didn't receive the deep cleaning I needed and specifically asked for in my video. Also I paid extra for her to clean inside my refrigerator! Overall I would use them again for light cleaning and dusting. Also, I appreciate that they were able to accommodate my last minute request. read more

She was super responsive from the get-go, offered an affordable flat-rate for cleaning our 1-bedroom and was willing to work with the landlord to gain access to the building since we had already left.
