Honestly, I came here accidentally by receiving wrong repair shop names from a person speaking on behalf of another family member, as I was supposed to go to the shop my family has previously used. It turns out XPerts is just down the street from another car shop used nearby on Whittier Boulevard. This was a very good find. In all fairness, I received more work done than the original service requested, however the positive value was there to get a place to find as a home for my vehicles in the future. read more

Came in right at 8am expecting quick service and a smooth experience, but it was the complete opposite. I was the first customer there and both the front doors and gates were still locked. Ended up waiting about 15 minutes past opening time just for them to let me in, and no one even bothered to greet me. After finally getting inside, I was told it would still be about an hour wait for a basic oil change -- despite me being the only customer there. That made no sense. I decided to leave and went to another shop across the street, where I was in and out in 20 minutes. Big difference in professionalism and efficiency. Definitely won't be coming back. I got the flyer which advertised fluid changes for 329 so I called them up and told them I had a 2017 RAV4 would this apply? The guy said sure and will throw in a free oil change so I said I'll see you in a week. Went in today with the ad and the guy at the counter said one second let me check came back and said that'll be probably more 550 at least. At some point it's probably better to take your car to the dealership I mean, I don't send my food back at a restaurant and I don't argue with my mechanic cause I want things done right so I just left. Next time I get the expert ad I'll put it by the toilet in case I run out of paper ha ha read more

Today, I was let down after confirming a service quote this morning. When I arrived with the necessary funds, Mike informed me that they couldn't complete the work because some parts were unavailable. I was understanding, as things do happen. However, Mike then suggested that they could only do my breaks and rotors for double the original price. I couldn't believe it and decided to go somewhere else. The moral of the story is that Mike lost his job to someone up the street for the same price he originally quoted me. I'm disappointed with this place. read more

Here's my follow up review , Well I first had a good impression of this place but that changed real fast when the manager mars came in two days after I dropped off the truck and he calls me to ask for $1100.00 just to diagnose the truck and I know my extended warranty don't cover diagnostic fees so I would've been in the shit hole while he enjoys $1100.00 that he takes from me so I picked up my truck and now I'm taking it somewhere else where they won't leave me broke just to diagnose my truck even though I can tell him exactly what's wrong with it!!! I have been to quite a few others and have always felt scammed or lied to. But here Mike was the best at being honest and really made me feel comfortable.
