Came in right at 8am expecting quick service and a smooth experience, but it was the complete opposite. I was the first customer there and both the front doors and gates were still locked. Ended up waiting about 15 minutes past opening time just for them to let me in, and no one even bothered to greet me. After finally getting inside, I was told it would still be about an hour wait for a basic oil change -- despite me being the only customer there. That made no sense. I decided to leave and went to another shop across the street, where I was in and out in 20 minutes. Big difference in professionalism and efficiency. Definitely won't be coming back. Today, I was let down after confirming a service quote this morning. When I arrived with the necessary funds, Mike informed me that they couldn't complete the work because some parts were unavailable. I was understanding, as things do happen. However, Mike then suggested that they could only do my breaks and rotors for double the original price. I couldn't believe it and decided to go somewhere else. The moral of the story is that Mike lost his job to someone up the street for the same price he originally quoted me. I'm disappointed with this place. read more

I only wanted a smog. I was just down for the weekend. I live in Vegas. Wow Service was amazing. The knowledge and honesty was top notch. I have been to quite a few others and have always felt scammed or lied to. But here Mike was the best at being honest and really made me feel comfortable. I went in for a smog check as it had to be a STAR station certified shop. Super reasonable price for smog with coupon, and they also performed a courtesy inspection. They pointed out where I had oil leaks, but did not use any high-pressure tactics for repair. I would definitely go back to the shop. read more
