Wish I could provide a lesser rating than one star but so be it. I called in the morning to get a "quote" about what I might pay for a service and if I bought an aftermarket part could they install it. The mechanic said yes, he even gave me a quote for both if they provided it and if I bought the part. Feeling satisfied with the response, I brought my car to this shop and agreed to the service and diagnostic. The mechanic said they were not busy and could get my car checked with in an hour or two. I had to call after almost three hours to find out if they had a chance to look at my car. He conveniently said I was just about to call you. He quoted me for an additional part but for almost 4x times the amount he quoted me. I understand that prices and estimates can vary but when I have to call and then you quote me for prices that are wildly different and say that it's manufacturer parts and not aftermarket is total BS. The. mechanic has the audacity to then say his mechanics don't want to install aftermarket parts on cars. I asked why he said they could install it in the morning g when I talked to him and he couldn't provide any good answer to it other than excuses than try to blame me for my misunderstanding him about the aftermarket parts installation. Then another three hours go by and I call 30 minutes before their 6pm closing time and even had shown up at the shop and the shop was closed about 20 minutes before closing. The lack of professionalism and utter disrespect fora new client coming in to their shop is not only disrespectful but I would discourage anyone from coming to this place for any reason other than give them the middle finger as they drive by. "Customers Beware!" I towed my classic car to Premiere Auto Care at 521 W. Imperial hwy in La Habra because my car wouldn't start. The owner Hamzeh kept my car for 6 days! I paid $1000 to replace the ignition coil and distributor unit. When I picked up my car a plastic part of my dash was broken off! Hamzeh denied it and lied to my face! A week later, my car didn't start again, so being under warranty, I towed my car back there for the second time! They said the points needed to be adjusted. I drove off, but then after a few days, I started my car and it was shaking badly and the engine shut off! I paid $1000 and I still have the same problem! The shop owner is unethical, dishonest and denied that he gave me a 1 year warranty! Don't take your car to this shop!!!!! This shop deserves less than a one star rating!!! -Mark read more

I been coming here for over 6 years . I thought one of the workers was the owner this entire time , I was wrong the owner I met today and he's very rude , I try to explain the trim of my vehicle but he wants to keep overpricing me and saying I need a larger quart size , I try to explain and show him but he get mad at me and tell me I'm not his customer anymore cause I try to correct him .. Why is this guy mad when I just try to explain what I need . It's funny cause even his workers are apologizing and he tells me he's like that all the time ? Word of advice don't get mad when someone is telling you what they need , if your busy and can't handle customer don't get mad and yell at them for no reason. The owner of the shop was dishonest and rude to me. I have submitted complaints to the CA Bureau of Auto Repairs, (https://www.bar.ca.gov/complaint -there is the link in case you decide to take your car to All Tune and Lube). regarding their "service." 7/1/23- Rotor and brake pad replacement, upon All Tune and Lube shop recommendation. Mileage was at 111000 miles when rotors and pads replaced, car started having rotor issues again around 1 year later, approx. 120000 miles. Rotors replaced per warranty on 5/8/24. 3/21/25- Returned to shop, car shaking when braking again, mileage at approx. 124000 miles. All Tune and Lube inspected car and stated nothing wrong with rotors and pads, diagnosed issue as caused by "low levels of brake fluid." Took car to different shop to change and replace brake fluid, car still shaking when braking. 6/2/25- Called All Tune and Lube to discuss issue with owner, Ahzmed, and owner stated he would do repairs under warranty. Made appointment for 4:30pm, arrived at shop and owner proceeded to tell me that he needed to check the warranty and after checking mileage that the rotors were out of warranty by date (warranty is for 2 years) and mileage (warranty is for 24,000 total miles). I reminded him that these rotors were already replaced one year ago and he still refused to replace under warranty because he said it was past the date/mileage. I reminded him that I brought it in with the same issue in March and was told that the rotors were NOT the problem. Now that the warranty is conveniently expired, the rotors are the problem again. SHADY SHADY SHADY SHADY. And currently I am seeking a reputable auto repair station to fix All and Lube's mistakes. read more

CUSTOMERS BEWARE.I brought my vehicle in 8 am monday when they open. I was quoted $623.52 for a master cylinder and 2 brake hoses and told I would get it back the same day. I called at 4 pm to ask for status and was told it would now be $ 2300.00 + and that they were waiting for parts. I asked what parts they said two new calipers a brake booster which I was unaware and had not approved. Now, when I first got there I told them I had done the brakes 2 years ago at another shop and I thought it was a leaky master cylinder. When I went to inquire about the $2300.00. The owner told me it was because my truck had been sitting for 3 years. I told him it was my daily driver as a senior citizen and disabled veteran , I told him I drive daily and drive it about 1500 miles a year. He then said it was a misunderstanding and adjusted the price to $1300+ for 1 master cylinder 2 rear brake cylinders 4 brake hose and bleeding the system. I patiently waited , Monday, Tuesday and on Wednesday morning I spoke to the tech who then told me it he installed the master cylinder, one hose and would then work on the remaining three hoses and 2 rear cylinders and bleeding the system. Wednesday 4pm I showed up the tech said he was trying to bleed the system but was doing it by himself and had no one to help him bleed it. I spoke to the office guy and he referred me to the tech. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was gone for the Day. Now , when I was told it was a misunderstanding and they thought it had been sitting for 3 years I asked them to check their own records, because last December 2024 I had them install a new distributor and had a complete fuel injection system installed 2 years ago so they have records of dates and mileage. My gut tells me I was being taken advantage of . Also they are short on personnel young guys that seem to lack experience. I am sorry to say I have lost trust and will not be returning in the future. To their credit the jobs they did previously were prompt and fairly priced. I have worked on cars for40 years including full restoration of engine transmission brakes and all components. I could have done this myself but as I said previously I am now in my mid 60s and am disabled. In my old school book this did not feel right. I had not read the current reviews I wish I had I only went by my previous experience. Finally I was advised Wednesday after 5pm they close at 6pm that my vehicle was go to go. I told the office guy it was late and told him I would pick up the next day. After picking it up and driving it the brakes were spongy. I checked to see if they bled that abs module and they had not. I returned to ask the tech , he told me my truck did not have one which speaks to his inexperience.He then called a senior tech who appeared to be unaware of the abs bleed process. He told me they use a machine that bleeds the abs which is incorrect and also negates what the tech said about needing a second person to do the bleeding. This is my honest opinion and I would recommend anyone to do their due diligence and get rock solid estimate in writing ahead of time and follow up daily to make sure the estimate is not amended without your approval. Due diligence. Due diligence. Simple formula: quote 600 then elevate price to 2300. Give 1000 discount to 1300 So you pay 2x original quote of 600 + and it's supposed to make you feel grateful to get this hughe discount. Oldest trick in the book. Used car dealer method. read more

bad experience. i had my oil change and tires rotated here which took 3 hours. my group and i left and came back when they told us that my car was ready. we found my car in drive mode, all windows down, and unlocked with no employee around watching the car. they also rummaged through my car, and they left my pouch with my pads open. overall an uncomfortable, unprofessional, and violating experience. don't send your cars here or the cars of any female you love and care about. read more

All Tune and Lube was amazing. Referred to me by a close friend as I was out of state and my car was down in CA. Robert and Enrique were amazing. Mainly worked with Robert but Enrique was on things as well. Robert took amazing care of everything we needed and kept in great communications. They actually took care of getting us four new rims and tires due to our vehicle being vandalized. Super professional spot. Let's start with that. They're up to date with all their permits and are registered with several different agencies as an "Approved Repair Shop". I came here because my CarMax insurance said this was good and my husband and I had already been here for Oil Changes. They are quick to address your car, find the problem, talk to you about it, and go over your options. They aren't rude or unprofessional about your hesitation either. They're record keeping is organized and their wait room is comfortable and cool (in the Summer) for the long waits. 7-Eleven is next door if you choose to wait outside instead. Prices, well, I won't comment on the prices only because I'm not familiar enough with Auto Repair Industry to compare and decide whether or not these are "fair" prices. But, I will say the Oil Change is about the same as the competitors, this place just has better customer service and are more professional to work with. read more

I had my truck take it in for a simple job, which was the water pump and after picking my truck up the fan and clutch fell off the company did nothing for me after I called them and repaired the truck myself I went to the shop told them do you remember what happened, they said yes I was going to get an oil change and they told me it would be $90 when I had my own oil filter you talk about a slap in the face. Looking at the best suspension specialists in the area All Tune came up. Got my car over there for inspection and review. Office staff and admin was very polite, courteous, in spite of their busyness. They gave me a flat fee inspection cost that was very reasonable. Only took them a few hours to get to my car. They provided a reasonable quote. The only reason I didn't move forward was due to the value of the car wasn't with the additional capital investment. Woke up in the morning to drive to work and it was slightly difficult to put my car into gear. The clutch was getting softer as I drove 19 miles to work. This place is down the street from my job so I dropped by that day. This place charged me $140 to diagnose what was obviously a clutch issue, but I was open to find out if it was more than just the clutch. So basically, I paid them $140 for an outright lie. Paid them to lie to me telling me my transmission was making noises and that I needed a new over $4000 transmission for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. Nope! I explained it wasn't and never was making noises. The only noise I was aware of was the slight growl possibly coming from the drive shaft. I explained and asked how it could possibly be the transmission if it was obvious something was wrong with the clutch. The guy gave me some long bull answer. It was obvious he was full of it. When I drove my car away from the place it was exponentially worse. At that point I couldn't get it into gear without grinding the gears a bit. Anyhow, I got my clutch replaced elsewhere along with the slave cylinder for thousands less and now it drives perfectly fine. The mechanic who fixed it never mentioned any noises or anything else wrong. So again, I basically paid this rip off joint to lie to me. One of their mechanics even boasted about how experienced and how much of a professional the other mechanic was who looked at and tested my car. What a joke! Could you imagine if I paid these guys over $4000 for something I didn't even need? Stay away from this place! It's a rip joint. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had a check engine light on, took my truck in I needed my vent valve replaced. They replaced the valve, engine light came back days later took it in again, they got the same code for defective valve? They said it wasn't the valve and that my fuel pump needed replacing?? This was the second time taking it thereI! I didn't go ahead with the work I didn't trust them. I then took it to get a smog check, I didn't pass my smog check due to a leaking valve that All Tune and lube had replaced and charged me $567.56 when I took it back my 4th and final visit the best the owner could do is knock off $60 dollars?? Because I was 27 days past my warranty, my first initial visit, but on my second visit I was within my warranty and paperwork to prove, but they had no knowledge of it because it wasn't in their computer??? I would still have to pay for the same parts and labor? Waste more time just so they can diagnose again for the same problem. It was brought to my attention that All Tune & Lube routed the vent value incorrectly which caused a small leak at the front of the valve and a complete tear on the rear of it! The mechanic used the term "Mickey mouse job". Who ever did the work...Now I'm paying another $500.73 dollars just to have the job done correctly and I can pass smog! I wasted so much time and money and ultimately paying double to have the problem resolved which All tune and lube created! They are not trustworthy they will deny all claims and will not work with the customer. I will now be contacting the better service bureau to state my claim. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!! I went in for an oil change on a Sunday morning. It took a little over an hour for the oil change and there were no complaints there. Customer Service: (1/5) Customer service wasn't the best. He was quite cold and short with his speech. I'm not sure if that was because he wasn't proficient in English or if that's just his personality, but he is not a friendly person. If you want to go somewhere where they are friendly, and are able to make you feel comfortable, this is not your place. Double Charged Credit Card: (0/5) He charged my credit card once and told me it didn't go through. I showed him that the charge did go through on my end, but he denied it. So he charged my card again. Lo and behold, I find out that the first charge did go through and he double charged me. The duty is on the business owner to make sure that he doesn't double charge his customers. Luckily, a month later, I saw that I was charged twice on my statement and reported it to my credit card company. If you decide to get work done here, make sure to double check your statements! Overall: (2/5) Ultimately, he got the job done, but his customer service was WAY below average. He was cold, short with his speech, and unfriendly.
